- Victor (2/5): Bad villa very far from the beach - It was real deception! There are not hot water in the shower, no WiFi, no normal facilities for the kitchen! In fact the distance to the beach is 8 kilometres instead of information of descriptions on Expedia.com! It seems Expedia must check the information from the owner! Now I can't beleive your information! I have stayed only one night instead of 12 and didn't get any compensation!
- jan (2/5): eco spring phu quoc is SKAM! - Did't find the place. Local driver called to number shown hotels.com site and they told the place is closed. I paid 120e for 4 nights in advance. Tryied to call the number but no connection. Tryied to reach same hotel from other phone numbers shown on other bookin sites. On hang upp immediatly, other didn,t speak english and sended test message where was number to agodas bookingsite to this hotel, other numbers couln't be connected. I think it's a SKAM! Just want my money back. Not spoiling my holiday for this.
