• Ma Elizabeth (2/5): I wish the AC was working, it was super hot so it’s already uncomfortable to get some sleep but also the fact that the n - Booked just minutes before midnight so it’s a last minute thing and the owner was responsive From entering the building, the smell was so bad but entering the main room was ok. My biggest problem was that the AC wasn’t working at all and it was so hot and also the noise from the outside, just the day before staying here I was few mins walk away from the St. Peter’s Basilica and I had the most peaceful night ever. The rooms were also soundproofed so whatever noise was going on outside, I can have a good and peaceful sleep. So my main problem was the noise, AC not working and the smell

• Jadson Luiz (7/5): Ótima localização, mas a chegada assusta. - Bom quarto, com espaço de cozinha compartilhável, mas quarto e banheiros privativos. Ótima localização, da pra ir andando para o coliseu. Vários pontos de ônibus por perto, ajudando a locomoção pelo restante da cidade. A entrada do prédio e a área comum, até chegar a acomodação é assustadoramente suja e fedorenta, com mofo e mal limpo.

• Michael (1/5): bad - It was central The ‘guest house’ sharing a windowless kitchen and eating area with other occupants in, I think, 8 separate rooms - though central and mostly clean - is situated on two vast junctions, and near a hospital ( convenient I suppose if you become ill) - so you cannot get away from the constant noise - there are sirens and cars all night. You are also on the first floor. You don’t just need ear plugs - you need noise cancelling headphones! The double glazing does not cut out the sound, and could do with updating, and if you open the windows ( and the blinds are exterior, so the rooms are dark ) you are bombarded by gas fumes from the traffic. There is only one flat pillow per a guest, the place smells of cheap clothes washing liquid and is sterile. There are ( unnervingly ) as you do not meet the owners - cameras in every corridor. You are also three flights up (and you are ‘forbidden’ though it works - to use the lift). So if you are elderly, disabled, or have very heavy suitcases - there are access issues. It is expensive, basically, for what you get.

La pulizia e i prodotti della cucina dovrebbero essere maggiori avendo trovato il bollitore rotto.

• Valentina (9/5): - abbiamo soggiornato il questo b&b solo una notte. buona la posizione servita da mezzi per raggiungere facilmente il centro. La camera un po' piccola ma con tutto l'essenziale e pulita. bagno spazioso, finestrato (non scontato) completamente ristrutturato e super pulito. Parti comuni accoglienti. Ottima comunicazione per il check in, precisi e gentili. Nel complesso la mia valutazione è molto buona.
• Luca (5/5): Buono per alcune cose, male per altre. - Posizione davvero eccellente sia per ristoranti in zona, sia per distanza da metro o da posti turistici. Staff molto gentile e disponibile, con possibilità di lasciare i bagagli prima/dopo del check out/in. Pulizia pessima, la trapunta rovinata e capelli di altre persone, stessa cosa per lo strato di sotto. Lenzuola invece sembravano pulite. Durante la notte ci stava un leggero rumore meccanico che si ripeteva periodicamente proveniente credo dll’ariatore (spento). Abbiamo preso camera piccola, ma era così piccola che non ci si poteva muovere in due (errore mio forse che non ho visto bene le dimensioni prima di prenotare). Essendo la camera piccola, dopo poco inizia a fare molto caldo, volevo accendere l’aria condizionata ma non andava l’impostazione “freddo”. Abbiamo aperto la finestra ma essendo in una posizione molto centrale (cosa positiva) passano macchine continuamente che fanno rumore (cosa negativa soprattuto perché stiamo al primo piano). Nel complesso comunque non ci sono stati disagi particolari

• Nikolett (8/5): - 2 éjszakát töltöttünk a szálláson, ahhoz teljesen elegendő volt, jó ár-érték arány. Közel a Colosseumhoz, de a többi nevezetesség is séta távra van. Nagyon hangos. Nyilván az elhelyezkedésről a szállásadó nem tehet, de hangszigetelt ablakok lehet segítenének.

• Jane (10/5): Honestly it's an amazing setup. The room and location was perfect - The room was comfortable and spacious. The bathroom was clean and had everything I needed. The best was that there is air conditioning. The fact that they allow to leave the luggage in the common area before check in time and also after check out made so much easier to enjoy the city without the burden of carrying suitcases all over Rome. Also it's close to the Roma Termini. n/a

• Concetta (9/5): - Il soggiorno è stato davvero piacevole. La stanza era pulita, accogliente e arredata con il giusto necessario , con una vista mozzafiato . Unico aspetto se vogliamo chiamarlo “negativo@ è che affacciandosi direttamente sulla piazza, può esserci un po’ di rumore, soprattutto nelle ore notturne o al primo mattino, dovuto al traffico e alla vivacità della zona. Nulla però che rovini l’esperienza.

• De Marzo (8/5): Bella esperienza - Posizione. Ben servita, a 15 minuti dal Colosseo e proprio di fronte a San Giovanni In Laterano. Stazione Termini a mezz'ora di cammino (più o meno 2km). Vano doccia ben capiente. Letto comodo. Possibilità di usare il forno a microonde e la macchina per il caffè nella zona in comune. La cucina è dotata di pochi ma utili utensili (piatti in ceramica, bicchieri di plastica e bicchierini per il caffè, tazze, ciotole, non ho visto posate) Un po' fredda la stanza, freddissimo il bagno. La stanza si affaccia in una zona trafficata e molto spesso passano vetture a sirene spiegate. Un po' piccola per due persone (ma di questo ero al corrente).

• Daniel (9/5): Buena Experiencia - La ubicación ( A escaso10 minutos a pié hasta el Coliseo y justo en frente la basilica papal de San Giovanni Laterano) y la comodidad de la habitación ( Al menos la N° 4 San Valentín que fue la nuestra). Que compramos alimentos propios para el desayuno lo guardamos en la nevera común ( La cual estaba vacía) y al día siguiente nos lo habían sustraido todo, por lo que como recomendación para futuras estancias tenga cuidado. Si las habitaciones tuvieran una nevera minibar sería genial, ya que hay gente que no respeta el uso comunitario. Y en segundo lugar el ruido de las sirenas en la zona para personas sensibles al ruido nocturno es un poco incómodo.

One thing we really appreciated was that they allowed us to store our luggage at the hotel even after check-out, which made our departure to the airport so much easier and stress-free. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring the area. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting!
