- Gayane (6/5): Мы брали 2-комнатный номер и он ну очень большой. Нам понравился номер, хотя мог бы быть удобнее. - Spa процедуры это конечно большой плюс к этому отелю! Но это процедуры находятся в здании рядом и не совсем удобно туда-сюда идти каждый день, еще и с учетом того, что у них перерыв с 2-ух до 3-х часов. Еда, мне очень е понравилась еда и обслуживание в ресторане. Еда скудная и если не успеешь пораньше, может чего-то не достанется, т.к. редко когда пополняли закончившиеся блюда. Завтрак все время тот же - яичница, ну совсем не вкусная, сосиски, гречка ну и колбасы и сыры. Вроде есть, что покушать, но надоедает. Обслуживает всех один человек, очень медленно и очень плохо. Я брала full board, но на месте сразу же поменяла, оставила только завтрак. Может кому-то понравится, но мне совсем не понравился ресторан, скорее столовая, да и та не очень.

A recepción a kezembe nyomták a kulcsot, hogy menjek, de azt se mondták hogy melyik szoba, úgy kellett megkérdezni. Semmi információt nem adtak a reggeli időpontján kívül. Igazából nem is voltak a recepción. Uszoda nincs a szállodában.

Zimmer ansprechend, sauber und bietet genug Platz für 2 Personen. Das Frühstück war eine Katastrophe, alle "warmen" Gerichte waren kalt(Eierspeißen), die Auswahl war dürftig. Der Aufzug macht keinen guten Eindruck, mal ging er komplett aus (Licht, fuhr nicht mehr) jedoch reagierte er, zum Glück, auf die Taste Tür auf. Da muss umbedingt etwas gemacht werden. Das Mittagsbuffet ist nicht zu empfehlen, alles war kalt und von mindrer Qualität, geht da lieber woanders essen.

- Hugo (8/5): Mooi hotel met toegang tot mooi zwembad - Mooi en groot hotel dat een dependance is van het Moselle Armenia hotel. Het zwembad zit in het hoofdhotel en is zeer de moeite waard. Verder zit het op wandelafstand van de warmwaterbronnen en het "Swimming Cafe "Jermuk"' een aanrader. personeel (op één dame na) spreekt zeer gebrekkig engels.

Upon arrival, a beautiful bouquet of roses (which I had requested in advance) was waiting in our room – a delicate touch that set the tone right away. The staff were truly friendly and attentive, always ready to help. The room was huge, making our stay very comfortable. We also enjoyed the leisure facilities, especially the billiard table and the swimming pool. A few small points could be improved: in mid-September there was no heating, and it quickly felt cold after stepping out of the shower. In addition, the breakfast and dinner buffet lacked a bit of variety.

In una struttura così imponente ed importante ci si sarebbe aspettato che parlassero quantomeno inglese, invece la comunicazione è risultata molto difficile. La colazione non all’altezza del nome, fredda, scadente e poco varia. La peggiore di tutto il viaggio. Il ristorante é aperto un ora sola, sia a colazione che a pranzo che a cena. In ultimo è stato l’albergo più costoso che abbiamo prenotato, motivo per cui avevamo ben altre aspettative

- Julia (10/5): - We stayed with our parents and kids from the US and had a wonderful time. The hotel is cozy, beautifully designed, and very comfortable. The staff were especially kind, attentive, and welcoming. The food was very disappointing -often old, with flies around and even in the sausages. There was no variety, always the same dishes. It would be better to offer meals with an extra charge rather than this kind of quality. Unfortunately, our children got sick with stomach problems during the stay and are still struggling after the trip.

Постельное бельё белоснежное. В номере было 2 бутылки воды, тарелки и приборы, тапочки, мыльно-рыльные принадлежности.. Холодильник, фен в наличии. В целом номер чистый, но от предыдущих гостей на полу были семечки, значит пылесосят не очень (пол ковролин). Завтрак хороший, выбор блюд большой. Не знаю, что едят люди дома, которые пишут в отзывах, что завтраки ужасные. Отель рекомендую.
- Beatrice (9/5): Servizi e stanza presidenziale ad un prezzo onesto - Pulizia, accoglienza, personale gentile e disponibile. Le camere sono molto spaziose e ben tenute. Il bagno ha tutto il necessario per la pulizia. La colazione era abbondante ma un po' scarna della parte più dolce. Detto questo non credo debba essere cambiato quello che viene offerto. Essendo italiana sono abituata a una colazione dolce ma viaggio proprio per scoprire nuove culture alimentari.
- Bagumian (9/5): Prime location, good food and very clean property. - Very clean and spacious! The pool was in the sister property so it was a little inconvenient. Also, I wanted to use their mineral baths, but was told I had to have physical clearance done by their doctor beforehand to get proper assignment of treatment. Although, I understand their concern since the baths can be hot, but I wish they had open baths for their guests that they can use at their own risk.

Les responsables ont fait le maximum pour rendre mon séjour agréable et répondre à mes demandes avec le sourire. Une chambre dans le style des grands hôtels à l'ancienne, spacieuse et très propre. Les repas sous forme de buffet étaient vraiment incroyables. Un grand merci à la direction pour ces belles prestations.

Размер комнаты был приятным сюрпризом, много пространства чтобы даже сделать быструю разминку, ничего в комнате из мебели не скрипело и шаги хорошо скрывал ковёр. По ощущениям не хватило чайника, хотелось бы иметь возможность заварить чай себе в номере. Я почти не взаимодействовала с персоналом потому что не хотелось, поэтому так и не узнала многие вещи, которые наверняка можно было бы решить. Вокруг отеля частично идут строительные работы, в основном только в обеденное время. Моему спутнику не очень нравился этот шум. Ещё несмотря на то, что кормили вкусно, к одному (из двух) наших номеров доносились запахи готовки с кухни. С кухни 1го этажа до балкона 3го. Пожалуйста, модернизируйте вытяжку. Кривые сидушки на унитазах немного расстраивают, это неудобно! К чистоте поверхностей и текстиля претензий нет.

The rooms are massive, I normally stay at Marriott properties and was a bit apprehensive, but the room was humongous. I have two kids and they had enough space to run around inside the room! It’s right in the centre and walking distance from the waterfall too. No thermal spa, only downside. Nothing really, my family and I enjoyed!

As with most rooms booked through Booking, the room was on the top floor, at the end of the corridor. None of the staff were helpful in helping us carry our bags. Despite having nothing to do. The staff fits in perfectly with the former Russian spa resort: gruff and never say a word too many.

The hotel location in booking app was first building’s address but I was stayed in second. Two building are not far from each other (3-5 minutes walk)
