- Kate (10/5): Beautiful, chic hotel, perfect location. I'll be back! - The hotel is BEAUTIFUL! All of the details are unique, artistic, and chic. The restaurant is gorgeous. The only strange thing is that the elevator is very slow to come (takes several minutes) and is shared with the service team, so you might have someone with a whole cleaning cart or dirty dishes in the elevator with you going to your room. It takes away from the chic vibe.

The staff were always friendly and engaging. We ate breakfast each day in the restaurant and had one dinner. Food intolerances were accommodated for and the breakfast choice and quality was always excellent.

Det enda som min fru inte tyckte om var fisken vi hade till middagen, förra året åt jag grillade havsabborren som hon smakade på. Hon är ingen fiskälskare med då tyckte hon om den, så vi beställde den båda två. Tyvärr så var den gjord på annat sätt i år vilket inte föll henne i smaken. We stayed for three days to celebrate my wife’s birthday, and the experience truly exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm and professional service at the reception, and that same high standard was maintained throughout our entire stay – every member of staff we encountered was truly top class. We have previously enjoyed brunch at the hotel, and the breakfast lived up to the same high standard – beautifully presented, generous, and of excellent quality throughout. A special mention goes to the rooftop bar Le Hibou, which delivered both outstanding drinks and world-class service, in a wonderful atmosphere that really added something extra to our stay. The room was fresh, modern, and very well equipped – everything you could wish for in a comfortable hotel experience. The location is also hard to beat, with close proximity to everything Stockholm has to offer, making the hotel a perfect base for a weekend in the city. We are extremely satisfied with our entire stay and will without a doubt choose Bank Hotel again the next time we visit Stockholm.

Our room was beautifully laid out with a lovely separate sitting area, comfortable bedroom and a large beautiful bathroom with bath and separate shower. It had all amenities you could possibly need. The location of the hotel is perfect for visiting the many sites in Stockholm and although very central it’s really quiet too. The hotel is decorated beautifully with plenty bars and restaurant options. The staff were all extremely friendly and welcoming which found to be true throughout Stockholm, a really great city with great people.

- Daniel (9/5): Schönes Stadthotel mit Flair - Spitzenlage mitten in der Stadt. Schönes Design und Zimmer. Wahnsinnig tolle Aussicht von der Rooftopbar. Bereich zum ruhigen Verweilen hat etwas gefehlt. Beim Frühstück könnte noch etwas Besonderes eingebaut werden 😉

- Barbara (9/5): Tolles Hotel für einen Städtetrip oder auch für längeren Aufenthalt in Stockholm. - Sehr schönes Hotel. Super leckeres Frühstück. Sehr zuvorkommendes und freundliches Personal. Keine Möglichkeit Jacken aufzuhängen (ausser im Kleiderschrank). Dasselbe gilt im Badezimmer für Tücher.

- armans736 (10/5): Long Stay - I chose to stay at Bank Hotel for an extended period while my apartment was being renovated, and it turned out to be one of my best hotel experiences. It truly felt like home. The entire team was incredibly kind, attentive, and consistently made me feel seen and supported. The service was outstanding throughout my stay. I also really enjoyed the restaurants, and their rooftop bar is absolutely incredible.
- Angelika (9/5): - Comfy bed, spacious bathroom, great location, the breakfast was amazing. Attention to detail was lacking in certain areas design wise for the room. There was a big touch screen on the wall of the bedroom near the bed to adjust the heating/ aircon which you’d think is convenient, only to realise it never switches off, so when you turn off the lights for sleep in the room, you’re left with a massive glaring light in the room. Incredibly disturbing. We ended up having to cover it with a t-shirt. Would have been a better idea to have this screen somewhere not by the bed.

- Anna (8/5): The service and restaurant were wonderful - Service was excellent. Location great. Restaurant and bar brilliant. The room was very small and the wardrobe was in the middle of the hallway.
