- Naila (10/5): - We were extremely satisfied and would definitely choose this place again if we come back to Bodrum. The beaches are just a 5-minute walk away. There are plenty of bars and restaurants around, making it ideal for those who enjoy nightlife. Using the hotel’s own pool was also very convenient. The staff were very helpful and attentive — when we weren’t happy with our first room, they immediately assisted us and changed it. The new room was spacious, comfortable, and clean, with a beautiful sea view from the balcony.

- Hasan Kemal (10/5): Haftasonu için ideal - Gümbet barlar bölgesinde temiz bir butik otel. Apart odalarında uzun süreli konaklamak da mümkün. Deniz manzaralı odasının manzarası ve konforu mükemmeldi. Otele vardığımızda odamızda klima çalışır halde ve serindi bu çok hoşumuza gitti. Otopark sıkıntısı, gece barların gürültüsü eksileriydi ancak sorun etmekdik. Kahvaltı hizmeti de yoktu ama isterseniz odadaki mutfağınızı kullanmanız mümkündü. Genel olarak biz memnun kaldık.
- Verified traveler (2/5): Not clean - We got to the stay very late and unfortunately the room was not clean at all. Hair everywhere on the bed and pillows, fridge was not cleaned, floor was not mopped and bathroom was not cleaned. We went to ask for a clean bedsheet at least and when mentioned about the cleanliness the receptionist he said okay and he gave us a new bedsheet. This also had hairs when we put it on the bed. We were super exhausted so just wanted to sleep and check out. I have more than enough pictures to present this.

Otelin konumu mükemmel; hem çarşıya çok yakın hem de sahile yürüme mesafesinde, Bodruma her geldiğimde bu otelde kalacağım.. herkese tavsiye ederim .
- Verified traveler (4/5): Imbarazzante - Più che delle condizioni dell’alloggio che non erano assolutamente paragonabili alle foto pubblicate in questo sito, vorrei parlare della gestione di questa prenotazione che è stata a dir poco imbarazzante. L’assistenza clienti ha gestito la cosa a proprio piacimento, facendo cose da me non richieste. Mi hanno completamente rovinato la vacanza. Una volta arrivato all’alloggio, ho constatato che non confermava gli standard proposti. L’appartamento presentava grossi difetti e scarsa pulizia. Ho chiesto gentilmente di porre rimedio a questa situazione, ma non ho mai chiesto di cancellare la prenotazione e chiedere un rimborso. Cosa che ho del.com ha fatto senza avvisare. Così sono rimasto a girovagare per Bodrum, consapevole di non avere una prenotazione con una famiglia e due bambini. Sono stato tre ore a litigare con un call center virtuale. E mi hanno detto che una volta che la cancellazione è stata effettuata, non si poteva fare altro. Mi hanno proposto uno sconto sulle future prenotazioni, ma in realtà non hanno minimamente risolto il problema in quel momento per me. Ho dovuto gestire la situazione in autonomia e prenotare nuovamente la camera che avevano cancellato. La cosa più deludente è stata il fatto che mi hanno detto che avevo chiesto io la cancellazione del rimborso. Per fortuna ho fatto screenshot di tutta la comunicazione che testimonia ciò che ho detto realmente. Dopo tanti anni che uso Hotel.com questa volta posso dire che non sono stati minimamente all’altezza.

- Linus (2/5): TERRIBLE - AVOID!!! - TERRIBLE - WE ONLY STAYED ONE NIGHT AS WE ARRIVED LATE, BUT WOULD OTHERWISE NOT HAVE STAYED AT ALL. WE CHECKED OUT THE FOLLOWING DAY AFTER DEMANDING A REFUND. The room absolutely reeked of smoke, even though it was meant to be non-smoking accommodation. We booked this "self-catering" room to have the option of cooking, but the only utensils provided were a single fork and a pasta strainer! Bathroom and kitchen tiles were dirty, mirrors and glass filthy and the wood rotting in the bathroom. Bare electric cables in the kitchen cupboard. To top it off the one night we stayed neither of us slept at all as a very loud, intermittent plumbing noise kept us up.

- Verified traveler (10/5): Comfortable Stay in Gumbet - Stayed one night in this hotel. Was a comfortable stay once a few small issues were addressed by the staff. Something in the bathroom was making a loud noise so a technical person was called to come and switch it off (ceiling) so that I could sleep properly as it was my last night in Turkey. There was also a slight misunderstanding about trying to print my flight boarding pass as I was initially told that I could print it from the hotel (once the free seat check in was open) but then last night, it seemed I couldn't. This was going to be a stressful last day in Bodrum trying to find somewhere that I could as digital copies are not acceptable in the airport. Anyway, this issue was sorted this morning and I have two copies. A bit of a relief so all good. One good thing for me in this hotel is that there are more English channels on the tv not found in other hotels: Sky news, BBC, France 24, Al Jezeera, etc. This was great for me! Nice view from the small terrace.

- kübra (6/5): 3,5/5 - Deniz manzaralı stüdyo odayı çift olarak tercih ettik iki kiş için alan yeterliydi balkon geniş ve güzel. Kıyafet dolapları çok kısa uzun kıyafetler asmaya uygun değil. Klima odayı buz gibi yapacak kadar iyi soğutuyordu. En üst kat olmasına gece klimayı kapatıp uyuyabildik oda sıcak olmuyordu bu çok önemliydi. Banyo küçük, duşa kabin küçük fakat su sızma sorunu yoktu. 3 gecelik konaklama için koyulan şampuan ve sabun sayısı yeterliydi. Yastıklar yükseklik açısından bizim için yeterliydi fakat içleri gerçekten lekeliydi. Ricamız üzerine nevresim ve çarşafları değiştirmeyi kabul ettiler fakat unuttular gece aradığımızda bize verdiler biz değiştirdik. Son olarak oda kartını kart bölmesinden çıkarınca klimanın çalışmaya devam ettiğini fark ettik, unutulması durumlarında enerji tasarrufu açısından buna dikkat edilebilir. Genel olarak buraya puanım 3,5/5

Bu yüzden başka otelde konaklamayı tercih ediyorum. umursamaz tavırları mevcut.. personellerin tümünün değişmesi gerekir.. otel odasına pike istememize rağmen 2. Gün verip " aaaa size pike getirmediler mi" gibi şaşkın tavırlar sergilemeleri komikti. Otel konum olarak plaja yakın ama yokuşta kalıyor plaja inip çıkmak yorucu oluyor. Yüksek seste uyku problemim olmadığından ben uyudum ama sakinlik isteyenler için tavsiye etmem gece klüplerinin yüksek sesi heryerden duyuluyor
- Verified traveler (8/5): Tatil deneyimimiz - Giriş yapacağımız gün erken saatlerde arayıp erken giriş yapıp yapamayacağımızı sorduk. Onlar da bunun mümkün olmadığını odamızın bizim için hazırlandığı söylediler. Saat 2 olduğunda ve odaya giriş yapmak istediğimizde ise görevli bizi hiç beklemiyormuşcasına odaya çıkıp temiz olup olmadığına bakayım dedi. Odaya çıktığımızda genel olarak düzenliydi. Çarşaflar temizdi ama yatak örtüsü malesef kirliydi. Salondaki kanepe de çok eski deforme ve kirli duruyordu. Yatak harici bir yerde oturmak istemedim açıkçası. Mutfak görünürde var ama hiçbir malzemesi yok. Paslı tekli eski bir elektrikli ocak. 2 kaşık. Tozlu lekeli birkaç bardak. Neyseki banyo yeni olduğu için iyiydi. Otelin özelliklerinde çamaşırhane de yazıyordu ama görevliye sorduğumda böyle bi hizmetleri olmadığını söyledi. Bir de en azından bir çamaşır teli olmasını beklerdim sonuçta her gün sürekli denize havuza gidiliyor. Günlük istediğimiz temiz havlularda da lekeler vardı malesef. Çıkış yapacağımız gün de geç çıkış yapmak istedik, o gün için yeni rezervasyonları olmamasına rağmen ancak saat 15.00 te çıkabileceğimizi söylediler onu da son dakika. Konumu vs dolmuşlara yakın ama muhit olarak hiç güzel bir yerde değilmiş. Tekrar tercih edeceğimizi sanmıyorum.
- D9199UNstephaniet (2/5): Do not stay here as solo women - Enjoyed how small the resort was, at first. Had a strange meeting with a young woman there. Learned she was an escort trying to groom me and my friend and was facilitated by the resort. Druggjes took over the rooms while managing their escort business. Stayed up all night with my neighbour room as they were worried for me and worried for the girlfriend in their suite. Our doors wouldn’t lock. Resort said they would fix them “that week”. Got taunted all night. The guys looking in my room. We all left the following morning. Very disheartening to experience that.

Only downside was that it is top of a large slope however this didn't affect us but if you have mobility issues then this could cause a bit of a problem. All in all we enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend and go back to this hotel. Free WiFi and Aircon as well.

The rooms are big with AC, comfortable bed and a nice living room.They also have a nice swimming pool and the staff is very accommodating. The place was a a little noisy, but overall I would recommend it!

- mona (8/5): - Staff are incredibly helpful and kind, what ever we needed they would provide. The pool area is lovely and we spent alot of time in it. The bathroom is really dirty and outdated, shower needs a deep clean in between guests. The walls are so thin i could hear the people in the rooms around us talking clearly. Also the skylight above our bed was really frustrating lots of lights and noise. The location is Perfect for people who are there to party because the location is near the clubs/pubs. But wouldn’t recommend it for families with young kids.

- Firas (10/5): - Room is clean with nice view to the sea. Quite pool to enjoy in the afternoon. The most important is staff are extremely nice and very cooperative especially Ms, Cana who would do anything to make your stay very pleasant. The room I had with a small Kitchenette is convenient for preparing a breakfast which is an extra added to value. The Wi-Fi connection is a little weak and cuts off from time to time but I didn’t have a problem as I had my own LTE. will definitely return back.

- Passport52259312930 (10/5): Well worth a stay - The hotel is clean, tidy and very well maintained The staff are lovely and friendly. Rooms are spacious and bright Parking is limited but they are very accommodating The views from one side of the hotel is a great view across the bay. Each suit has its own kitchenette and sofa bed.
- bibii2022 (2/5): Disgusting behavior of the receptionist - I spent a week in this hotel. Clean room, nice service.. it would be so successful stay if not for the behavior of the one employee. A man working at reception (Soner) is a very brazen and confident person. Even though I was not alone there he was flirting and trying to get me. That was so disgusting and awful. Girls, be careful, please. I think the owner should consider making changes in his stuff because he gonna loose the customers.

- V4516XHemilys (2/5): I don't recommend - the hotel is nice but i will never go back and would not recommend it to anyone. The old receptionist is flirting with all the women, he is naughty, sloppy, he doesn't want to leave you alone, you can't feel safe there all day long!

- Verified traveler (8/5): - It is a nice and clean hotel. It is very close to the beach but 40 mins walking to the city centre. It takes at most 10 mins by bus but it is not very often. Towels, soap, shower gel and slippers are provided. On expedia, breakfast is stated as available but it is not. There are many markets, patisseries, cafes and restaurants around the hotel.

The location was ideal and cert close to the beach and other major sites of interest. Staff were friendly, kind and very helpful. I definitely reccomend this place to othees who want to visit Bodrum.

- Verified traveler (10/5): Value for Money - Great room with sea views and very conveniently located a few minutes walk to Gümbet beach. It was also very easy to get to Bodrum city and other neighbouring areas. The room itself was very clean and the staff were extremely accommodating, especially the owner. All Covid-19 health and safety measures were in place and adhered to at all times. The hotel also has an incredibly clean pool which we enjoyed using during our stay.
- ElkeW587 (8/5): Good size suite - The suite has a good size, with a small kitchenette enough to prepare a coffee or even a small meal. The internet was most unreliable, I needed to hotspot so I could work (very crucial for me that internet doesn't freeze and drop out constantly). Service needs to be requested, otherwise they don't come and tend to the rooms. That is nice if you stay for just a couple of days. Location - would depend on what you want to do. If you are a night owl, you'll love it here, it's a stone throw from the bars and shops. It gets noisy from around 9pm and well into the night. Not one, but two balconies! I didn't ask for parking specifically, but it's not obvious where you can put a car (ask if you have this need!). I parked mine a 5-10 minute walk away from the hotel. I had a gorgeous view over the harbor. Breakfast is not included.

- mgj30 (10/5): Lovely, clean apart! - M Suite is an excellent apart very close to all the services of Gümbet. The bars are very close but the music cannot be heard in the room when the doors and windows are closed. Very nice and clean pool area and the staff is very nice as well.

- Me_Me_Elf (8/5): Excellent View from Upper Floors - Our 3rd time visiting the resort but 1st time at M Suite. We were very happy with the accommodation provided. Excellent location for both restaurants, bars & beach. A lovely clean pool. 1 bed apartment with sofa bed shared by our teenage daughters. The room was a little small for 4 but we didn't let this spoil our holiday. Nicely presented room and friendly owners. We would definitely consider returning. Thank you.

- Verified traveler (8/5): - Nice spacious rooms with 2 balconies and great shower. Only the aircon was not working but the weather was cooling enough. Not so close to the bus terminal and main tourist strip but it has its own great beaches too and is around many pubs and clubs which can be rather noisy til late night.
- 307muzaffera (10/5): Fantastic stay at M-Suite - This is my second extended stay at M-Suite Apart Hotel in Gumbet, Bodrum in the past two years..it is very clean, professionally managed and reasonably priced...fresh towels and clean sheets upon request and laundry service at a reasonable fee was a big plus...Hotel Manager, Feray Hanım, Karen and Koray at the bar pouring drinks of choice and delicious breakfast in the morning made it a memorable stay...thank you guys...hope to see you next summer... - Tolga,Ozan,Okan (10/5): Perfect hotel, close to the beach and clubs - Ive had a great time here, it wasnt only a peaceful and relaxing holiday because i met staff who have gave the amazing service and in a short while we have become like a family with them. Always asking how we’re getting on, if we need anything and helping us out in every situation. I would like to thank the M suite family, (Koray,Feray,Veli, karen and the friends Kitty and Ozgur) for all their help in our 12 days trip. I would definitely reccommend this place and will be back here next year!

- 804vinayd (10/5): Brilliant - All thatvis required by a traveller is present in the hotel.Cosy rooms,clean and tidy too.Has a modern aura attached to it too and an absolutely stunning view of gumbet beach.Hotel is situated at the heart of gumbet,with restaurants,bars as well as travel agencies and the bus stand close to the vicinity.
