L’emplacement et la vue c’est vraiment super .’on a aimé qu’il y ai des activités inclus dans l’hôtel Comme les cours de yoga , le fatbike le gym le spa ect . Le restaurant est délicieux . C’était agréable d’avoir les accessoires dans la chambre comme lavabo coutellerie micro onde ect . Un plus pour la propreté et la beauté des lieux .

On m’a d’abord assigné une chambre a l’étage 0 et la vue n’était pas convenable. On nous a changé pour une chambre a l’étage 1, le 118. C’était ok mais la vue n’était pas ce à quoi je m’attendais. Je sais que l’hôtel était plein mais j’avais réservé d’avance. À part ça tout était parfait!

Everything at the resort is excellent in our option with the exception of a strict policy for restaurant (breakfast and dinner) reservations. It is difficult to receive a table without prior (days in advance) reservation. There should be 2 or 3 tables set aside for patrons without a reservation. Reason mentioned above.

Sandra (4/5): Un site enchanteur, pour les enfants et votre chien - La vue sur le lac, le restaurant Le bruit et chiens .Ce fut notre 2e année et l an passé était tellement exceptionnel peu de bruits , que nous avons décidé d y retourner cette année. Nous avons été déçu du bruit. J ai 4 enfants donc je sais bien qu ils doivent bouger. Par contre laisser les enfants courir dans l hotel a longueur de journée, crié. Pour moi c est non. Il y a tellement d activites pour eux. Les chiens qui jappe et pleure c est non. Les propriétaires de chien doivent s occuper de leur animal. Déjà d être dans un lieu autre que chez eux c est pas evident imaginez que d etre seul dans une chambre. Sa me désole que l hotel meme avec toutes les caméras le soir ne voit pas ou entende pas les enfants courir , prendre les ascenseurs..... L insonorisation n est pas au top. Nous entendons les enfants courir tard le soir en haut de nous. Nous avons fait un séjour de 8 jours comme l an passé. Sinon le restaurant super bon par contre peut etre diversifié un peu le menu.

The location is perfect - really close to old Quebec and other attractions in the area. So many fun activities on premises that we didn't even want to leave it. Gorgeous lake view. Each staff member we've dealt with was fantastic and so welcoming. We absolutely loved our stay! Highly recommend! Nothing - it is perfect

Also, beware some rooms say they have a lake view but it's merely a partial view. The restaurant was very average (we tried breakfast and dinner)

Nous avions une chambre "studio" pour 4 avec un lit king et un canapé lit, il n'était pas très confortable. Il y avait seulement 2 peignoir pour 4 personnes.

The only thing we didn’t like is that we didn’t get any housekeeping service when we asked for it. We went there for a wedding, it was very lovely at the hotel.
