- TM (8/5): Staff need a bit more training to handle unforeseen issues. - Had an issue with the refrigerator, we needed to keep medicine in overnight. The front desk staff was great, tried to assist, but they were not familiar with the setting and operation of the refrigerator. I actually googled the instructions for setting the temperature, which were unsuccessful. The staff ended up upgrading us to a room with a working refrigerator. We had expected a complimentary breakfast as indicated in the booking app, but that was not the case, The staff at the breakfast were not very friendly when they informed us, so we left without breakfast.

It was beautiful, yet modern and simply decorated. There was NOTHING that could have been better! The bathroom is always my "scary" part. It was SPOTLESS!!!! The bed was so comfortable!!! Everything was absolutely fantastic! It was a little more than we normally pay for a room, but it was WELL WORTH IT!!!
- hartmowen (10/5): Beautiful, Clean Hotel with Great Service - The AC Hotel Biltmore Village is in a perfect location—very central to everything in the Asheville area. The hotel itself is beautiful, with thoughtful design details and an overall sense of cleanliness throughout. The front desk staff was especially welcoming and hospitable. My room felt both inviting and spotless. One detail I really appreciated was that the air conditioning fan stayed on through the night—a small thing, but it made a big difference for a comfortable sleep. We also stopped by the bar for drinks, which were excellent, and the service there was just as great. I’ll definitely be booking this hotel again the next time I’m in Asheville.

This was our first trip to Asheville so appreciated staff recommendations for activities etc. The hotel was newly renovated so very clean sleek look. Nice workout space , pool and hot tub. - OneDirtyMartini (10/5): Perfect location if you plan to visit Biltmore Estates. - Recently renovated, this hotel is welcoming with large rooms, comfy beds, and large bathrooms. Free parking too. Breakfast is about $17 per person, so we passed and found lots of good breakfast spots downtown. Very quick drive to Biltmore Estates, cheaper than staying at a hotel on the property.

They have a restaurant/bar that’s open til midnight. The rooms are very clean (thanks Zoraida) and comfortable. My only complaint is the lighting in the bathroom is not great and it makes shaving for me, or applying makeup, for wife difficult because of the shadows created from the lights above. Needs a brighter vanity light. Other than that it’s a very nice hotel and I would definitely stay again. Btw, there are still local businesses suffering from the hurricane a year and a half ago. Support them (La Rumba Latino is excellent for dinner and The Daily Grind is fantastic for a quick cup of Joe).

The room was clean, warm, and comfortable, and the staff was genuinely friendly the whole time. They checked in on guests and made sure everyone had what they needed, even with the weather being so rough. They easily could’ve called out because of the storm, but they showed up and took care of people anyway, and it really meant a lot. Also, the location is perfect - super close to the Biltmore and right off the interstate, but far enough back that you don’t hear a bunch of traffic noise. I’d definitely stay here again.

Being a new hotel, I appreciated the updated design of the rooms and facilities, which seemed well thought-out. The fitness center had free weights, a cable machine, stair stepper and treadmill, which was unexpected and convenient. The indoor pool looked meticulously maintained. So happy to have stayed here and would happily do so again!

As a Tesla owner, the on-site Tesla Superchargers were a huge plus and made this hotel the perfect choice. Parking was also great and very convenient, which is rare for a downtown location. The room was excellent—clean, comfortable, modern, and well designed. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, which made working and streaming effortless. Breakfast was delicious, fresh, and well worth it. The amenities really stood out: • The gym was well equipped and easy to use • The pool was solid and relaxing • The hot tub was AMAZING—perfect after a long day Location-wise, you can’t beat it. The hotel is very close to the center of downtown Nashville, making it easy to get everywhere without the chaos of being right in the middle of the noise. Overall, this hotel checked every box—comfort, convenience, amenities, service, and location. If you’re staying in Nashville, this is an excellent choice. I’ll definitely be back.

- SouthernComfort13 (10/5): Excellent!! - We are here now and are really enjoying our stay. The staff have been kind and professional and very friendly. I had a question about a charge at breakfast and the young woman training other staff came over and explained it very patiently. This hotel is brand new and still smells like new construction. The rooms are spacious and clean, the beds are comfy, the shower is nice and hot with good pressure. There are lots of power outlets which makes it easy to charge multiple devices. Plenty of parking that’s complimentary and the breakfast was pretty good. Staff is restaurant was very attentive. Every single front desk person we encountered has been great. Last night we thought our thermostat was malfunctioning in the room, so my husband called down for help- it was totally user error, but the woman at the front desk was really sweet about it. All in all I would stay again.

Book a high floor you can hear people walk across the floor all the time. The breakfast over priced for what you get not worth it. Matters stands off to the side on her phone being rude. Daniel at the front desk was incredibly kind, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. My room was clean and comfortable, which was everything after a long day of traveling! I'm obsessed with AC Hotel breakfasts, but sadly I didn't get a chance to enjoy them this time. Still, this stay was wonderful, and I'm already looking forward to coming back!

- FratHouseLife (8/5): Fantastic staff, terrible bed…weird toilets. - We stayed here for two nights from 10/22-10/24 while celebrating our anniversary. The room was large and clean. Staff were super friendly and accommodating. But the bed…. The most uncomfortable bed I’ve experienced at any hotel anywhere. The first night, neither one of us slept for more than two hours at a stretch because the mattress was so awful. At one point, I went to the living room area of the suite thinking the sofa might be more comfortable. It wasn’t. Our second night was a bit better, but only because we loaded up on enough melatonin to take down a small grizzly bear. Also, why the square toilets? There is nothing about them that is convenient or comfortable! Having said that, the shower was fantastic. I am still recovering from the effects of a stroke I had two years ago and neglected to request a mobility accessible room. It turns out, it wasn’t really necessary as the shower was a step in stall shower with both an adjustable hand held shower head and a rain shower head as well, and the shower floor was made to be no-slip. I was also appreciative of the fully closing shower doors that slid open on either side of side, and kept the water from spilling on to the tile floor, creating a fall hazard. Oh, and the bath products are Korres products! Fantastic! I’m actually changing my shampoo based on our stay here, the shampoo was so good. Going back to the bed situation, the night desk clerk was very kind and brought us additional pillows in an effort to make us more comfortable. All the staff were wonderful and kind. We will definitely consider staying here again as we are in Asheville quite often, but we will definitely travel with a mattress topper next time.

Shower took a few minutes for water to heat up in the beginning. I also noticed just a bit of water leaking from the bathroom wall which I thought was odd. - Adport40 (2/5): Horrible - We traveled to Asheville for a wedding at the new AC Hotel. We originally called for an early check in but arrived at 3:00pm. We were assigned room 208 for our two night stay. They intentionally assigned us this room knowing they have received numerous complaints concerning a faulty elevator. Racial profiling at its best. Every time someone was in the elevator we would hear the loud shaft. After complaining they moved us to a different room the next night. They had the nerve to advise me to download an ambient noise app to drown out the noise. Worst Marriott experience ever. Only offered me 3000 points for our inconvenience.

Room 508 has a nice view of the hills behind the property. The gym is small but well equipped. The indoor pool and heated spa is very nice. Yamil at the front desk is exceptional. The bathroom is small but very efficient. I especially liked the shower. The location of the hotel is very convenient to the activities in the area. Housekeeping noise starting at 7:30 AM. No complimentary breakfast. The dining area was empty when I went there at 8:30 AM. It looks like very few people are willing to spend $17 for breakfast. I feel the hotel is missing an opportunity to increase the number of people who might select this hotel by not serving complimentary breakfast.

The hotel is recently renovated and opened as an AC Hotel. Breakfast is no longer complimentary. There is a nice bar in the lobby area along with a breakfast area where you can buy breakfast. There was one employee who was very helpful and friendly at the front desk. His name is Yamil, and the AC Hotel is fortunate to have him working at the front desk. He is very knowledgeable about the hotel, as he worked there when it was the Scenic Hotel before the renovation. He was always happy to answer any questions that I had. He definitely made our stay much more enjoyable, and I appreciate that! The hotel is conveniently located to Biltmore Village and other areas of Asheville.
