• João (10/5): Excellent value! - Excellent experience overall, surpassed our expectations. We felt really good inside the hotel at all times. The breakfast was excellent as well, the gluten-free options with a dedicated toaster made me feel safe. The room was also very quiet at night, so it was an amazing base to return to from exploring London all day. We will be coming back for sure.

• noflux (8/5): Confortable and well located - Good location for what we were planing. It's right next to Aldgate underground station. Easy access to the rest of the city form there. It's also a 10 min walk to Liverpool Street Station or to Tower Bridge area. It has decent breakfast choices and a good dining area. The rooms have a good size, they are clean, beds were comfortable and it had nice shower. Wifi was fast. Lack of room amenities. Apart from the obligatory soap & shampoo, you don't get anything else in the bathroom. Some cue tips, shower cap and extra glasses for brushing your teeth would be a nice addition. The TV had zero channels available (antenna signal not working). Only worked for screen casting with your phone or tablet.

Online check in was so easy, we got an upgrade on arrival (still not sure why), amazing room, big comfortable bed, huge bathroom with separate bath and shower, coffee machine, etc. Really lovely. Kieran at reception was so welcoming, professional and polite. Thank you! We didn’t have the breakfast as we felt it was a bit pricey. But otherwise nothing!

La posizione è da 10 ,scendi e c'è la fermata aldgate east che ti porta dappertutto con la district . Vicino all hotel ci sono localini e supermercati. Tutti giorni avviene il cambio delle tovaglie , e mettono i frigo sempre delle bottiglie d'acqua. L'hotel è nuovo e moderno,alla reception sono molto disponibili se hai un problema ti aiutano a risolverlo. Comunque che dire lo consiglio vivamente. In bagno purtroppo non c'era lo scopino . E naturalmente all estero non c'è il bidè, che per noi italiani è importante. Però tutto il resto è eccellente.

• Alison (5/5): fairly expensive so the quality of the room and fittings was disappointing - location close to tube station, beds quite comfy, room a good size for two people, friendly staff room was really quite stuffy (lack of ventilation), bathroom needs proper extractor fans, shower did not drain properly, tile grouting needs some cleaning (some mould in places), fittings felt quite worn, doors slam and make a loud noise, more style over substance to be honest

I would like to highlight two team members who really elevated my stays here. Moni is a gem. She is very friendly and helpful, She is the epitome of client service and makes every guest feel like they're at home. I hope she is recognized for her outstanding performance. In addition, Kamil is a wonderful manager. I value his professionalism, courteousness and dedication to the guest experience. Kamil always makes sure we are well taken care of.

Welcoming and friendly service by Raj and Nat on arrival. Also has a touch of unique design to it - overall a great option for intermediate budgets.

The room was clean and very comfortable. The location was great. We had a lot of business in the Lloyd's Market. It was within walking distance. The decor, though very nice, was a little dark.
