- Theo (7/5): - Het personeel was zeer aardig en behulpzaam. Er wordt gezegd en daar betaal je voor “zeezicht” maar dat moet je heel ruim zien want de zee is zo ver weg en dus heb je weinig zicht op. De rooftop bar is erg ongezellig en kaal qua decoratie. Een klein biertje kost 275 baht en dat is erg veel voor deze locatie. Wij zijn lid van IHG hotels en krijgen normaal 20% maar bij het inchecken was men vergeten te vermelden dat dit niet voor alcoholhoudende dranken geldt bij dit hotel. Het eten in het restaurant is matig. Het ontbijt is een buffet maar ondanks de redelijke keuzes die er dus zijn niet erg goed. Al met al was het een teleurstellend verblijf. De prijskwaliteit verhouding ligt totaal scheef en we begrijpen dan ook niet dat dit hotel nou juist zulke goede reviews heeft. Hierop hadden wij het hotel namelijk gekozen.

- Holger (9/5): Tolles Hotel - Schön gelegenes Hotel, unmittelbar neben einem Einkaufszentrum. Großes Zimmer mit bequemen Betten. Außergewöhnllich gutes Frühstück. Vom Hoteldach bietet sich eine schöne Aussicht. Schade allerdings, dass man vom Pool aus nicht gut sehen kann. Empfehlenswert. Das Restaurant auf dem Dach ist ziemlich überteuert.

Alles frisch und appetitlich. Der Kaffee ;ein Traum. Wir hatten eine Suite im 21ten Stock. Wunderschöner Ausblick und toll eingerichtet. Ich finde es toll, dass alle Mitarbeiter immer sehr bemüht sind und immer freundlich sind. Ich würde mit eventuell wünschen, dass man den Bereich des Tourismus / Sightseeing noch etwas fördert. Z.B. ein Infoblatt, was man alle machen kann in der Umgebung und wie man da hin kommt. Leider konnte ich nicht jeden Mitarbeiter mit den Englisch Kenntnissen verstehen.

Nothing within easy walking distance I could find. Also nearest shop for provisions a good walk away. Dining room / breakfast caters for the Chinese market. Very limited western selection. Cold beans, streaky overcooked bacon (cold) snd a ‘chicken’ sausage that I wouldn’t feed to my dog. Great though if you like eggs!

Which left a sour taste in both my partner and I. Like we literally paid for it. Everything was fantastic until this happened. Really weird that the bald bell boy was so adamant about us not drinking there water outside of the hotel and the audacity of taking it away. To be honest, everything was top notch up until this. Takes one person to ruin the entire experience of the stay. Good Job bell boy working the 11:00am check-out on January 28th, 2026. There was no sign about drinking there water or taking the water bottle outside of holiday inn. And even if there was, there wasn't one in English.

Uima-allas 29. kerroksessa ja pitkä allas. Muutama aurinkotuoli. Ilma oli kyllä koko viikon ajan niin harmaa, oliko ilmansaastetta vai mitä, niin eipä juuri kiinnostanut altaalla maata. Kuntosalissa monta laitetta ja vesi ja pyyhkeet käytettävissä. Aamiaisella oli monenlaista ruokaa, mutta painottui enemmän paikalliseen. Henkilökuntaa oli aamiaisella paljon ja todella ystävällistä. Kaikki ok. Ei mitään huonoa mainittavaa. Rayongissa itsessään ei ole nähtävää. Länsimaiseen makuun sopivia ruokapaikkoja ei lainkaan.

Werde immer wieder gerne bei Holiday in übernachten. Das rauchen auf der Terrasse während wir in der Rooftop Bar aßen. Die Preise zur Qualität waren zu teuer.
- Arvid (10/5): Fatastisk hotell og et utrolig hyggelig personale! - Jeg er meget godt fornøyd med stedet. Personalet var fantastisk, i resepsjonen, i frokosten, restaurantene og ellers. Vi hadde et flott og stort rom 14. etasje. Ellers var det et stort Kjøpesenter som nabo. Vi kommer igjen.
- Cécile (9/5): - Très belle chambre. Le soir avec l’éclairage c’est superbe. Confortable, calme. Bouteilles d’eau, bouilloire, thé, café tout est propre. Service de chambre fait chaque jour. L’hôtel est beau également. Petit dej au 5e étage pour 300 b. C’est très diversifié. Au 29e étage piscine non chauffée et au 40 e étage le bar restaurant. Wifi ok. Dommage que les vitres entourant la piscine ne soient pas nettoyées. C’était mon anniversaire quand je suis arrivée et ils ne me l’ont pas souhaité. Pas de surclassement, pas de coupon pour une boisson.. dommage. J’ai eu une part de gâteau le lendemain soir qui m’attendait dans le logement..

- Thomas (2/5): Dårlig service og dårlige værelser. - Udsigten og poolen var i orden Vi fik et værelse uden varmt vand og skulle flytte værelse. Vi fik så et værelse hvor afløbet til håndvasken på badeværelse var i stykke og der lugtede af kloak. Personalet var frække i reception og vi fik ik lov til at forklare hvad vi var utilfredse med før de spurgte hvordan vi ville betale. Restaurant på øverste etage havde kun en bøf tilbage selv om vi ønskede 2. Og mens vi spiste blev alle borde tømt så vi følte os ikke velkommen. Og bøf var helt gennemstegt selv om vi ville have medium. Når man tænker på prisen var det på ingen måde i orden. Og de havde ik flere så det nyttede ik at sige noget. Prøv noget andet end det her hotel. Intet andet end udsigten er okay.

- Carol (6/5): Overcharged on room Still waiting for refund - The choice of breakfast was really good The bed was really hard. We asked for a mattress topper but there were none available so they gave us two extra duvets to put over the mattress which were left on our bed so we had to do them ourselves and on returning from the day out our door had been left open fortunately nothing was taken .We did get an apology but no explanation. We were also overcharged for our room . I emailed them and y confirmed that I had and had issued a refund. It is now over 2 weeks since our stay and despite chasing up twice I have still not received the refund or a response to my emails Would recommend anyone staying ere to check their bill before leaving

- Jarrod (10/5): The perfect stop off hotel onto Koh Kood - We arrived 8pm left 10am next day but it was a very nice, clean hotel with excellent staff/customer service. We ate at the top floor restaurant, very nice also.
