Por poner, cambiaría el box de la ducha, es muy chiquito y cuando sos medio grande se complica.
- Juha (10/5): Viiden tähden hotellin mukavuus yhdistettynä yksityisyyteen ja elävään ympäristöön henkilökohtaisella palvelulla murto-o - Asunto oli aivan loistava! Se sijaitsi tunnelmallisella pikku kadulla lähellä vanhaakaupunkia (Alfama) ja rantaa. Asunto oli siisti ja kodikas. Vuode oli mukava ja asunnossa oli kompaktisti kaikki mitä tarvitsimme hyvää Wi-Fi-yhteyttä myöden. Sisäänkirjautuminen ja asuntoon sisäänpääsy oli helppoa ja vaivatonta. Tulimme myöhään illalla ja oli mukavaa päästä muitta mutkitta asuntoon ja löytää pöydältä pullo viiniä , juusto jakelseja pieniä keksejä. Parasta kuitenkin oli palvelu. Viestintä oli sujuvaa ja Martinhon ystävällisyys ja avuliaisuus oli vailla vertaa. Kaiken kaikkiaan SantoSweetHome oli niin postiivinen kokemus että käännymme jatkossa heidän puoleensa aina kun käymme Lissabonissa. Etenkin jos tilaa lentokentältä yksityisen kuljetuksen , on majoittuminen lyhyelläkin visiitillä melkeinpä helpompaa kuin hotellissa ja paljon viihtyisämpää. Kiitos Martinho vielä kerran! -
- Christine (9/5): Excellent communication - Great location in a narrow street. It was busy during the day but quiet at night. Eating places very close by. Very clean, comfortable beds, good shower. Backs on to a building site, at the moment. So there was machinery noise and shouting from 8am. We used the sofa bed which virtually takes up the whole of the lounge area. Not a problem to us as we were out all day long. It made the dining table cramped.

Wir waren mit Kleinkind auf der Reise unterwegs und konnten die Küche abends schlecht bzw. nicht nutzen, da die Küche und das Schlafzimmer nicht ausreichend abgetrennt voneinander sind.

Great value, great location, will be back! - Great location, great value, great balcony, well appointed with laundry, kitchen, etc It’s on the top (5th) floor which was totally fine for us, but may be difficult for some people or if you have lots of luggage! But we liked the views, away from street and neighbor noises, so not really a negative for us.

- Ionel (9/5): Cozy, elegant apartment with everything we needed—truly a perfect stay! - We specifically looked for a place that wasn’t on a hill, so we wouldn’t have to climb back after a long day of sightseeing. The apartment was small but elegant, comfortable, and decorated with a holiday-like charm—it exceeded all our expectations. Upon arrival, a bottle of Portuguese wine awaited us as a warm welcome. The kitchen was fully equipped and modern, including a washing machine and an iron—nothing was missing, and we felt right at home. There was also air conditioning and a hairdryer. The street comes alive in the evenings, with many small taverns offering a wide variety of dishes to suit every taste. Communication with the owners was always prompt and helpful. Thanks to them, we discovered Zapata, which quickly became our favorite spot for dinner. Conveniently, the metro station is just a 10-minute walk away, tram 28 is close by, and Commerce Square is also within easy reach. For us, this apartment was the perfect choice. Everything was almost perfect! The apartment is cozy and small, but very comfortable and had everything we needed. We felt right at home from the moment we arrived.

Mieszkanie miesci sie w starym budynku, strome schody (nie polecam dla osob starszych), wieczorem halas bo ulica jest mala ale ruchliwa, samochody, restauracje tuz pod nosem.lokalizacja w samym centrum blisko do gl.atrakcji. bardzo udany pobyt. - Glenn (10/5): Amazing little spot in the heart of Lisbon! - This was a gem of a property in the perfect location in Lisbon. 15-25 min walk to everything. Or right around the corner you have local shops and restaurants. A grocery store 100 meters away. The host was amazing - answered all our questions. The property had everything we needed, including small kitchen and he even set up the sofa bed for my mother and I. The only issue was parking. But weekend parking was free and street parking was close - just a little pricey. Other than that; zero complaints! A real delight to stay there and I would highly recommend! Parking!

- AMPARO (10/5): Excelente! - Me gustaron todos los detalles del apartamento, tiene hasta la sombrilla para la playa. Para el desayuno teniamos queso, leche mermelada, mantequilla, pan tostado, cafetera,.. ha! y botella de vino. La cama muy cómoda, descansamos perfectamente al ser una zona muy, muy tranquila, sobre tener algunas tascas por allí no hay ruidos. Fuimos en coche y no tuvimos ningun problema para aparcar en la zona ningún día, hay también un parkin cerca. Repetiremos!! Por decir algo, echamos de menos un ascensor, (imposible por el pacio) después de patear todo el día, subir cinco plantas hasta el ático... pero al llegar arriba, la comodidad lo compensaba. Falta de puntos de información turística en la ciudad.

- Fabio (9/5): An excellent stay in a perfectly located, clean apartment with an outstanding host - The stay was more than positive - the apartment is located in a very central area, with restaurants, bars and mini markets directly below the building. The apartment is very tidy and clean - following the instructions, check-in was very easy. Sabrina guided us impeccably and was always very courteous and present - upon our arrival she had left us a typical cheese and a bottle of red wine as a welcome gift, completely offered. I think the price is honest and interesting based on the comparisons I made for my visit period. A small note on which the apartment can improve is the beds - a bit small if you have to share it with a second person. In our case it was a couple of nights and it didn't create major problems - a bit of extra comfort would have turned my 9 into a 10

Vi hadde lagt til i søket 2 bad,men det var bare et bad!

- Carina (8/5): Gemütliche und ruhige Ferienwohnung in perfekter Lage - Sehr zentral gelegen, perfekt für den Start von Erkundungstouren in die einzelnen Stadtteile und trotzdem sehr ruhig in der Wohnung. Die Ausstattung hatte alles, was man für einen mehrtägigen Städtetrip benötigt. In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es die Green Street mit vielen Essensmöglichkeiten. Die Treppe im Flur ist recht steil, das sollte man mit viel Gepäck bedenken.
- nicola (5/5): Non ci ritorneremo - La posizione in centro a Lisbona e l'host che ci ha dato il nome di buoni ristoranti, L'appartamento troppo piccolo, c'era muffa e la cauzione che dobbiamo dare in anticipo di 200 euro. E' assurdo, senza neanche vedere la casa si deve pagare tutto in anticipo e dare anche la cauzione.
- Piotr (10/5): - Great cozy, yet spacious apartment for 1-2 people. Clean, well equipped and decorated. Host goes above and beyond with extras like cheese/wine/coffee etc. Multiple restaurants and shops within 5min walking distance. Bathroom ventilation needs some work, lockbox was never taken away from the door so it was troublesome to use. These are very minor complaints - it was great overall.

- josefa (9/5): Ubicación ideal - La ubicación es ideal, muy céntrico y a la vez zona tranquila. Nos recorrimos todo el centro sin necesidad de usar transporte. Por poner alguna pega, es que teníamos la habitación en una cuarta planta y no hay ascensor. Para nosotros no fue un problema, pero puedo entender que si lo sea para otras personas. Sin lugar a dudas repetiría el alojamiento.

- Marie-Claire (8/5): Appartement recommandé - L'emplacement est idéal, la climatisation dans la chambre est très appréciable car il a fait chaud. Il est propre et bien équipé sauf pour cuisiner. Le partenariat avec le parking couvert est très pratique. Les échanges à distance étaient très réactifs. La rue abrite des restaurants, mais les fenêtres sont bien isolées et le bruit cesse vers 23h30. La literie ne nous a pas convenu (matelas trop mou). Au niveau de la cuisine, il manque des couverts, saladiers, essoreuse à salade, bols. Il faudrait mettre un écriteau pour demander aux gens de ne pas faire trop de bruit dans les escaliers (jeunes très bruyants qui sortaient le soir et rentraient tôt le matin malgré que nous leur ayons fait la remarque)

- Sarah (9/5): Great location with welcoming hosts - Great location and hosts were very welcoming. The apartment is near restaurants and attractions, which made getting around the city very easy. The host left some cheese and wine as a welcome gift, which was a nice touch. Part of the desirable location is being next to bars and restaurants, so be prepared for some outside noise. It’s pretty quiet with all doors and windows closed, but you lose the nice cross breeze
- Neville (9/5): Great apartment in central Lisbon - Staff are extremely helpful and responsive. Location is 10 min walk from city centre. Apartment has all that is needed for a short stay and is very clean. Really nothing much to say here..... perhaps the air conditioning unit needs a service but it was efficient to cool the apartment
- Chandrashekhar (10/5): Great value with warm hospitality !!! - Most cooperative staff, amazing welcome drink with snacks, and a top location – all at the cheapest price. Highly recommended for travelers!!!! The advance deposit system is a bit confusing at first, but things get sorted out later. Rooms are slightly congested, but considering the price, it’s a good value overall.

- Alla (8/5): I would definitely come again! - Our main goal was to spend the minimum of time in the flat and most outside and it was the best spot for it! The team: is great! They helped me from the very beginning to solve some booking issues and tried to do their best. Thank you for that. My navigation misled us at the day of arrival and we run into their office, so the team member brought us directly to the location and helped us to get upstairs with our heavy luggage. Location: Perfect, Hipster vibes. Many great coffee spots. Restaurants. Time Out market 10 min away. Train station 15 min to get to Cascais or Sintra (both must see). There is also a supermarket 2 min away, so that we could get and make ourselves a heathy balanced breakfast. Flat itself: had everything we needed, the kitchen fully equipped for everyday needs, we even had Netflix, so our daughter could watch her favs. The bathrom was quite spacy and modern in comparison to the rest of the flat and with working battery - helped a lot. to stay warm while taking a shower. I would come again, because the location itself represented 85% of the trip sucess. The flat is located in quite an old building and some smell was expected. We got used to it very quickly, but I would suggest to use some kind of drying machine to absorb it. Take into account rough stairs if you have disabilities or very small kids.

The goodies that they provided was a nice treat after a long journey. The construction was loud, but there is construction everywhere in Lisbon.

- Christophe (6/5): A bit disappointing this time - Nice little attentions Clean Conveniently furnished Well located Strong smeel of cat pee in kitchen of 1A due, there are probably cats on the construction site behind building and smell comes though the ventilation. Stove air extractor does not work and fuse blow up when microwave and stove work together. Shower is so tiny I bumped onto the wall when putting soap. Some of the furniture's start to be on the old side: bathroom mirror, bed, shower, paint on the door... Been staying there many times but street now starts to be full of bars so it gets noisy at night
