Близо до кафе , закусвалня , сладоледи и много приятни ресторанти . Мауро беше много усложлив . Даде ни насоки и съвети за престоя ни. Няма шум от улицата а си на самата нея. Терасата е много приятна и се ползва само от стаята към нея . Има нужда от повече внимание към почистването . Имаше паяжини . Банята е наистина малка и трудно да се изкъпеш без да не се удряш поне 10 пъти в крана на вода . Въпреки тези неща си изкарахме страхотни 3 нощувки .
• Chrysoula (6/5): - Very good communication with the owner, who was helpful and responsive throughout our stay. The apartment is located outside the ZTL area, which is very convenient if you are travelling by car. It is about a 20-minute walk from Ponte Vecchio, although if you do not enjoy walking, it may feel a little far. The apartment was clean and spacious, and there was also secure private parking available for €15 per day, which was very convenient. The property could benefit from some renovation. Most importantly, the mattress really needs to be replaced — it was extremely soft and thin, which can be uncomfortable especially if you have back problems. The bed was also noisy and creaky, and the air conditioning made quite a lot of noise. The bathroom was also quite small and could use a bit more attention and maintenance. With a few improvements, this place could be excellent.

• Nico (8/5): Lovely room with terrace. - The host was lovely, check in was easy and helpful met us outside the property and gave us some useful hints and things to do in Florence. The bed was comfortable and the room clean. The location was a little further away from the central area however only around a 15-20 minute walk in a straight line, which meant we found some fantastic restaurants out of the hustle and bustle :).

Ubicación buena...no en el centro pero con muchos buses que te llevan a el. Andando...15-20 min a Ponte Vecchio Luz algo escasa... No hay armario como tal...sino una ' hornacina' con perchas...y SIN luz, ( se ven unos tubos donde debería ir la lámpara...inexistente).

Mauro ottima, persona solare e disponibile che ci ha subito dato indicazioni sui servizi nei dintorni e dandoci disponibilità gratuita per deposito bagagli al checkout. Posizione ottima, se si arriva in macchina si è appena fuori sa ZTL e con parcheggi sua liberi che a pagamento nei dintorni. A due passi caffetterie, supermercati, ristoranti e 10 minuti a piedi il centro.

• Giovanni (8/5): Un appoggio perfetto per godere di Firenze, una delle città più belle d'Italia - Mauro, titolare della struttura è una persona seria, puntuale e precisa, sempre disponibile e gentile. La struttura è in una posizione strategica, a due passi dal centro e ben servita. Il box auto seppure a pagamento, è un plus considerato il costo a Firenze dei parcheggi nelle strisce blu. La stanza era pulita e provvista di bollitore, indispensabile per una colazione veloce. Nel complesso quindi c'è tutto quello che serve per un soggiorno breve e confortevole. Grazie Mauro! Il nostro bagno (non so nelle alte stanze) era sprovvisto di bidet e avrebbe anche bisogno di una rinfrescata. L'ingresso della struttura, inoltre richiederebbe una illuminazione più efficace e sicura.

L’host, Mauro, è stato super gentile, disponibile e accogliente! Solo una piccola nota, che per un soggiorno di solo qualche giorno è più che passabile… la stanza in cui abbiamo alloggiato era dotata di tutti i comfort, eccetto del bidet.

The host was very nice, very convenient location if you need to be on the South side of Florence. Do not expect a terrace on the Boboli garden, which is 500m away. The room could use some refreshing; there isn't a table or a place to work except the bed; the Wi-fi is unreliable, too. The minibar wasn't working; unfortunately, I discovered it after I bought grocery and had to throw away a lot of fresh stuff.

A garage for parking was also available at a good rate. Rooms were clean and comfortable. A set of opaque curtains for keeping the room darker would have been nice, but the ones there were fine.

La chambre est simple, pratique et confortable, avec tout le nécessaire. L’emplacement est idéal pour visiter Florence (nous avons tout fait à pieds depuis le logement). Le parking est un vrai atout !

Bus stop in front of the property Wifi isn’t very good, the bed is a bit noisy, 20-25 min walking to the centre. Conversation with the host was very stray forward only to take the payment for the tax, I was expecting a better customer service as per the reviews.

In Florence you can't drive into the center. At a glance the apartment is the same as in the pictures, but it has long needed a major renovation. The air conditioner did not work properly. The view from the window was terrible. And in the small room where my children slept there were a huge number of ants that bit them and did not let them sleep.

She repeatedly messaged me about the city tax every day of our holiday when I had told her that we will leave the cash at the end of the trip. She wanted us to meet her at specific times in the day to give her the money (whilst we were on holiday!!). We should not have to accommodate and change our plans for our hosts. That’s ridiculous.

It didn’t have breakfast and it was sometimes hard to get in touch with the staff as there is no one at the desk and messages aren’t always replied to straight away. Our room didn’t look like the pictures but was still a good room. Tip- don’t put the key fully in the front door as it will not open.

The apartment was excellent, but the bedroom where our children slept didn’t have curtains to darken the room so they were up very early. The wifi connection was also quite poor unless we were standing by our front door.

Smart TV able access Hong Kong channels and YouTube. The AC not working on the 2nd night. The 3rd night AC repaired but once turn-off cannot be turn-on again. But their response is fast whenever we text them, excellent. The WiFi is weak can improve.
• Philip (9/5): Beautiful, conveniently located. Must stay!! - Lovely mini residences in a very walkable distance to the centre. Mauro greeted us and gave us a map with lots of recommendations which were helpful. The room was large and comfortable with a nice private bathroom. Lovely tall ceilings and large window letting in the beautiful Florentine light. Very walkable to the centre or easy to get to on the bus (11/12/36/37 - get off at Porta Romana or Piazza Calza which are just over the road) Great coffee shops next door or over the road at Porta Romana. Easy walk down a single road into the Pitti Palace and Old Bridge (5-10m). Bus to the Piazza Michaelangelo for the sunset just outside the door (number 12). Maybe more frequent room service to refresh the sheets,. bathroom etc. although this isn't an advertised feature it would have been nice. The kettle had the smallest power cord I've ever seen which wasn't detachable which was weird. Not much not to like. Highly recommended

• Martina (10/5): Exceptional - Spacious appartment with one living room (bed and double bad) with a kitchenette. One separate bedroom (2 single beds). Mauro, the host, waited for us upon our arrival. He was available on WhatsApp all the time and replied quickly to every question or enquiry. He gave as a map and recommended several spots. Very close you find Pizza Romana-highly recommend to visit and try pizzas. They also deliver. Caffeteria very close, almost next door. As well as bakery. Carrefour express grocery shop 4 mins walking distance. The appartment is directly at Porta Romana, several buses stop around. Unfortunately our experience was not good, buses were not on time, or there were several deviations....Google maps do not work in this regard .... So we walked. It takes minimum 20 mins by walk to the Ponte Vecchio. It is a straight street Via Romana.

• I (10/5): Great place, close to all the amenities - Location is good, just by the bus stop. You do not need to use public transportation to go around, everything is a walkable distance, but for someone who needs a ride, there are plenty of buses/streetcars. The Host Mauro is a great person, met us personally, provided all the instructions, answered questions, gave us the guideness and draw the routes on a map. He was easily accessible via WhatsApp if any questions. The room has everything you need for a few days stay. The matrass is very comfortable but the bed frame is quite noisy. I believe because it's a metal one and maybe a good decision will be to rub or spray the parts.
