- Andrew (1/5): Scam - Avoid this place The location of the hotel is not correct. We wanted to book a hotel next to the ocean. The hotel has two locations listed on the booking.com map. We arrived at the location listed by the owner and booking.com and there was no hotel in this area. The owner said it was okay to get a refund, they now changed his mind and decided to keep our money
- Lior (1/5): Reap off - Nothing, this place is a reap off, nothing like the photos, we ask for our money back, because we've been lied and deceived, but we only got part of the cost back . And we didn't even stay there. Watch out. .
- Graham (7/5): Good - The ripped toilet mosquito mesh on the bathroom window and the gaps around the front door that let lots of mosquitos in the room all night sadly ......
- Patrick (2/5): Very poor - I don't usually complain but I felt like this time it would be necessary to let the future guests know what they will most probably experience. The ad mentions there is a seaview from our room. There is absolutely no sea view from anywhere in this homestay . I went to see the person in charge and told her very politely the ad stated we were supposed to have a sea view. She then told me "you are not happy?" And then told me that if I wanted to see the view I could get on my motocycle and go see it... Besides that they gave use a key and a lock but even with the lock on, it was very easy to open the door, what they surely knew but didn't bother to tell us. Finally the room smelled pretty bad because of the humidity.

- Debbie (8/5): We loved it here, the hospitality and service made up for the location - The host and staff were amazing, they went above and beyond to ensure we got the most from our stay, making sure we saw and experienced everything the area had to offer The location required you needing a vehicle

- Clare (7/5): Good - Super friendly owner and staff. Charming rooms with lovely decor touches. Nice lounging area. Interesting lay-out of rooms and bungalows on a hillside (steps can be slippy in monsoon season!!) Laem Sak is a fascinating, little-touristed area. Nothing wrong particularly but from the photos and map we had the impression it was on the water, and closer to the town 'centre'. FYI It is on a main road heading into the town.

- Jana (10/5): Exceptional - The accomodation is unique, beautiful rooms nestled in beautiful gardens within the jungle in a lovely quiet area. The hosts are AMAZING. So helpful, and so keen to help us explore the Laek Sam area. Wonderful kayaking, national parks, caves, amazing seafood, the most beautiful Temple, in a truly unique small town setting. Almost no tourists so it feels like the real Thailand! The owner and staff were so wonderful. Attentive to our needs and introduced us to many new Thai foods. They even loaned us mopeds to use. 100% recommend if you're keen to be off the beaten path and see some incredible Thai lifestyle and wonderful people. Nothing. It was wonderful for our family .
