- Ashish (6/5): It was a decent stay compared to the amount charged - Location is fantastic The additional bed was not good, the appearance of room is also not good
- Artur (1/5): - Овербукинг!Нас не заселили
- Prakriti (9/5): comfortable - The staff is very cooperative and nice. The hotel provides very good facilities within budget. No ventilation in the washroom.
- Donatella (5/5): Tutto sommato accettabile - Per lo standard indiano la struttura è passabile Ci vorrebbe un po più di pulizia

- Ahmed (3/5): - Staff we good and helpful The room was very small, stuffy, with no windows. Request to change was met with, no rooms were available. It's definitely not worth the price.

- Huzeifa Najmi (7/5): - Location was good staff were good Bathroom v small
- Saurabh (5/5): Passable -
- Jessie (1/5): Very dirty, not recommended - Very dirty, our first room had a very old AC unit that did not work so we got moved to another room which smelt very badly of smoke. The rooms were unclean, coat hangers in the wardrobe were sticky with dirt, the floors looked like they had not been mopped in a long time, the toilet was dirty. Not recommended!
- Sriram (7/5): Good - The exterior is nice and the access to it is not congested. We arrived early and they were happy to store our bags until checkin time while we went out for a bit. Most likely, they'd have made a room available early had we asked for it. Friendly staff helped overcome our initial anxiety on realizing that the place is run by a minority community (which I don't mind at all but also didn't expect given the name Regal Palace). The pictures of the room shown at the time of booking are nice. My bad for not noticing that the selected room had no windows (who would have thought?). Also the interior paint wasn't as nice as shown. It had damp areas. Breakfast quality wasn't great; oily puris and insipid idly chutney on our day. Location wise, it is a short taxi ride to any place in SoBo but it is not easily walkable to the beach because it is on the other side of the railway tracks.
- Saad (6/5): Pleasant -

- Mayur (5/5): Overall the experience was okay, expected much better at the room charges are high - Location was good and they served good breakfast Very small rooms, unable to walk properly in the room, it was double bed but the they put two single mattress on it, there was lot of noise in the hotel due to marriage functions.

There was stronger non vegetarian food smell even in the list. It was noisy most of the time due to various events hosted there. The room service was poor even dental kit wasn’t provided despite asking multiple times, same with towels. I don’t recommend this hotel. It’s poorly maintained and not worth the value i paid.

- Murtaza (10/5): Exceptional -
- Aji (4/5): Pathetic - I did not like anything in specific. The staff at the reception asked me to pay the amount before checking in, that is at the start. No hotel where I've stayed has asked me to pay before staying. When I asked him if I can pay during the checkout, he said please pay now. The complimentary breakfast offered was worst, very less quantity, cold food and at least these guys don't have the sense to give heated food.
The A/C in my room started leaking the same day I checked-in the hotel. The next day cooling was barely available.
I would recommend others to spend a little extra and stay at a good place rather than this. This hotel is not cheap tho.
- Abhilash (10/5): - Great experience!!!
- Siddharth (6/5): Pleasant - . Expensive
- Patel (9/5): Superb -
- Prashant (1/5): Bad - Lot of flies there not hygiene and bathroom is very tiny room is small not worth for money
- Kartik2907 (7/5): Good - Location is so helpful to travel from CSTM Oil included in food highly this is the one thing I didn't like.
- Chandra4288 (8/5): Very good -
- Pragnesh (8/5): Very good -
- Robin (6/5): - Hotel management and staff are friendly and work hard.
However, this is not a hotel for at least the American tourist expecting, say, what would be a standard room at a Hilton, Holiday Inn or Marriott property. Hotel rooms have a run-down, dingy atmosphere; though to be fair, the hotel is under renovation.
Location is excellent, if your work is in/around the South Mumbai area. A train station is a few minutes away, and buses/taxis/Uber are easily available.
Hotel has a three-star rating at Expedia. I would rate it no more than two-stars.
- Ankul (1/5): Bad -
- Dubey (1/5): Bad - Staffs are good Staffs not professional, there was a dirty room (without proper paint, very little or we can say almost no amenities),
They charged 1500 for 4 hrs early they checked in that was really very disappointing on the overall trip & staff was also at that moment.
- Annie (5/5): huge scope of improvement - location unclean / dirty
- Ajit (1/5): Bad -
- Stanzin (3/5): Poor -

- Simanchal (10/5): it’s awesome, clean and value for money. - it’s very close to local train station easy to commute anywhere. cleanliness is very good. NA

- Atul (3/5): Poor -
- Nihal (7/5): Good -
- Basant (3/5): Poor - Nothing The rooms, the breakfast
- Tauheed (6/5): Pleasant -
- Maria (7/5): Good - Staff courtesy and hotel location in terms of transport availability and safety Windowless rooms, no ventilation in bathrooms, flush not working, bed linen were worn out
- Vivek (7/5): Good Location. Good Ambience. Cooperative Staff - Best location. Nearest to Girgaun Chowpatty and charni road station.
Many famous eateries around to satisfy hunger.
Cooperative staff. Clean ambience. Comfortable rooms. Room was little smelly as there are no windows in room for fresh air and ventilation.
- Rajesh (10/5): Exceptional -
- Ramya (3/5): Poor -
- Jitendra (8/5): Very good -
- Utsab (7/5): Good -
- Agrawal (3/5): Bad experience and zero value for money - While check in the hotel took the entire amount as advance payment. We tried to get tea in the morning which was denied
Evening dinner was charged and money was taken every time before delivering the food.
It is not a hotel only a 1 star dormitory This was a total bad experience

- Rabindra (8/5): Very good -
- Nahida (8/5): Iwe enjoyed our stay in hotel Regal Palace. - Hospitality of the staff Helpful staff, neatness, cleanliness and human behaviour
- Gaile_1959 (6/5): Ring ring - Wow should have booked on line. There was no chance of a discount to online prices once there. Room were clean, sheets were grey. The noise from the reception was unbelievable. We mover room. Smaller room, smaller bed. Same price as the big one. The room phones were so loud that every time any room phone rang the whole floor woke up. So ring ring it was for three long nights. Breakfast was provided and was ok. Dont order spice free and noone get what that means. Few staff speak english but those that did were wonderful. They couldnt do enough for you. Handy location for the CBD.
- Trip827885 (2/5): Terrible - Waste of money. No proper facilities, bathrooms are too bad. Beds are dirty. Public washrooms will be cleaner then this hotel washrooms. Very bad experience we had. Not preferable. There is no ventilation in hotel room and bath room.
- freakynit (10/5): Nice, affordable and location wise perfect - This is a nice hotel. Rooms are clean. Staff is well behaved, and seems experienced in hospitality. Location is just wow. Transport is super easy to get as the hotel ia real close to chowpatty beach. Overall a nice stay.
- SALIMSAYANI (8/5): Good Place - Rooms are compact but i feel comfortable. local station nearby and other market area also nearby so it was so easy for me to stay. Food from restaurant is average but a bit costly as per taste. it wasnt hot also. we had 2 rooms ,1 had new AC one had Old, both working good but still a bit disappointment. overall i liked, i will come back.
- OshoV5 (6/5): First see the rooms before you check in - I got a room without even a single exhaust system, no windows, 10/8 room attached with a bathroom also without exhaust... It's 12 in midnight while I'm writing this, I'm afraid I won't be able to wake up tomorrow, I might die lack of oxygen
- MirkoD662 (2/5): orrible -
Horrible to avoid. Dirty with the mold on the walls as in the picture. Staff does not speak English. Do not go. So the room without windows stinks of mold. I never did such a thing yet and the third volta in india from the pictures looked nice but mine shows the real plaster pieces I fell on the bed
- abdullahshakh007 (8/5): Very comfortable one night stay. Generally satisfied with the room prices, good value in a centralised location. - Had an overnight stay after my friends wedding at the same hotel rooftop banquet. Nice hotel and kept extremely clean. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the owner. As for the hotel itself, from the kind, courteous, and friendly owners, to quite comfortable rooms with very helpful staff, cosy common areas. The hotel is near to station where u can visit chawpatty beach and get a view of marine lines and seafaces. Overall its a good stay at a reasonable price.
- Dharmz (6/5): Good for an overnight stopover - The hotel is clean enough, comfortable enough for a cost-effective overnight stay. There are good street food vendors on the vicinity and the Wankhede is just a short taxi journey away. Word of caution in the daytime rooms are being refurbished!
