Guest Reviews
- Steffen (2/5): Gammelt slidt - Slidt gammelt hotel

- Chakrid (10/5): - คุ้มราคาครับ
- Tom (8/5): Reppu matkailijalle hinta ja laatu kohdallaan. - Uima-allas hyvä ja hyvin hoidettu. Huoneista puuttuu yö pöytä ja lampu. Vain parveke valo ja huone valo. Sänky monta yötä niin hierojalle asiaa. Kylpyhuone pn nähnyt parhaat päivät kauan sitten.
Siivous huonotasoinen.Henkilökunnalla erittäin huono englanninkielen taito.
- Sanyajin (10/5): Great Service - Nice place with great view. Mr.Nu at reception was very helpful and super friendly. He is truly a gem. He knows lots of information and gave us lots of great recommendation. We will definitely stay here again.
- Thomas (10/5): Top - Great place loverly cold pool ,g ,clean rooms and super cheap
- Dean (8/5): - Nice pool, good for price
- Jcmorgan2002 (8/5): Great value for money - Good rooms. Bed was big and room spacious. Nice view of rooftops firm balcony. Pool was amazing! Made the whole trip worth it. Bathroom clean. Basic but great value for money and perfect for a couple of nights. Walking distance to 7/11 and restaurants and taxis are widely available.
- Walter (6/5): - Clean, nice pool and convenient to town. Nice views high floor, nice staff and English speaking. Good parking. But many barking dogs and hot on south side of building. No cooking facilities in room
- Walter (6/5): - Comfortable basic rooms. But many dogs barking and many loud motorbikes passing by. Views are good.
- Wawrzyniec (4/5): - Nobody cleans the room.
No kitchen no food.
Staff don’t speak English
- Verified traveler (6/5): - OK hotel with good facility though a bit far from beach.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Gazza - Just OK hotel for a night or short stay. If you’re looking for a beach stay, this is not your hotel as you will need a car for travelling around.
- Neil (6/5): - Not bad, but not great either. A bit out of town, rather like a dormitory. Small room and a bit run down.
- Eagle (8/5): - If you have a car or bike it is ok, otherwise I suggest staying in town
- TigerYeoh (6/5): Good place to stay for a few nights - Basic rooms with wash basin at the walk-out balcony. We get to view a small hill from our rooms. Pool was crowded most times with long term stay visitors from europe. There is a small kitchen serving local and western dishes at reasonable prices. Also a convenience store beside the reception. A 15-minute walk to most eating places. Best to have own vehicle.
- habib (8/5): Agréable séjour - Trop bien tranquille piscine balcon.
...il faut juste un scooter
- Verified traveler (8/5): -
- ErnstK340 (6/5): Nice hotel for its price - Rooms were ok, beds ok. A/C VERY noicy. Problen was worn rubber mounts on outside unit. Tried to tell, but not easy.
Reseptionists very friendly.
Shower best in main building, changed room from annex to main.
All in all, ok hotel.
- Ross (8/5): - Nice hotel with many restaurants in and around property. Pool was closed a few days for maintenance but no big deal. The beach is a 30 minute walk away or use the hotel shuttle van.
- dongkwon (10/5): - free Wifi, swimming pool is good, The gym needs maintenance. Location is more than 3km from beach and downtown. if you are couple, I recommended to rent a bike, 250 baht per day at the hotel. It's cheaper than taxi and very convenient. Seven-Eleven, Family Mart Convenience Store is around 300 m
- Verified traveler (10/5): Good Place to Stay - Good place to stay for a reasonable price.
- Nathasikarn (10/5): - Staff is helpful. Room is clean. Furniture is good. Nice Hotel!
- cloudlessnight (4/5): Inadequate service - We called in before the day to ask about extra bed. The staff picked up call by saying all rooms are booked, without even greeting first. They told us to inform information desk about extra bed when we arrive at the hotel; didn't ask further information. Therefore, we had to inform information desk again and they seemed to decline at first but we explained that we called in before. Consequently, we had to wait for maid to prepare for 20 minutes.
Towels are unable to absorb water and also leave some of itself on body.
Room floor is elevated from the hallway. There's no any sign indicated. It's similar to toilet floor which is lower than room floor. There's also no indication.
There's no doorknob to open the toilet door. We had to pull the lock very hard to open it.
Despite aforementioned, the room is clean, the bed is comfortable and the view is nice. Hopefully they listen to guests and adjust some facilities to improve service.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Room is OK but no maintenance at all.
- Verified traveler (4/5): - This hotel was recommended by a friend who suggested it was good value for money. It was cheap but the reception was not welcoming and the room had a stale smell. I complained and the receptionist arranged for a house keeping lady to spray the room. The duvet cover was grubby and the bed was very hard.
Although three nights had been booked we checked out after the first night. A refund was not possible. We stayed at another hotel that we had used before.
I have say that this was a cheap hotel and could be considered as value for money. It was not what we wanted so we moved on.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Bit far from city...no problem if you have scooter. Security was good.
- Helena (10/5): Pro nás SUPER. - Když Vám chybí židle, řekněte si o ně. Když Vám chybí varná konvice, řekněte si o ní, když nemáte každý den vodu zdarma, dostanete jí, když si o ní řeknete.
Jinak je pitná voda k dostání v automatu u hotelu. 1 litr pitné vody a trocha navíc stojí 1 thb.
- Verified traveler (4/5): - You get what you pay for. It is a budget hotel which was probably nice years ago but is not well-maintained. The photos are a bit misleading. The bathroom fixtures were rusty and the walls had stains on them. It was not the worst hotel I have stayed in but I would not want to have stayed longer than a couple of days. It is about a mile walk to the main area of Hua Hin but there are lots of restaurants, convenience stores, etc. within walking distance. Good coffee shop just outside the hotel. I used the gym although some of the equipment was extremely old and it does not have air-con. I did not use the pool but it looked fine. I found the staff friendly and helpful. It is a decent budget option for 1-2 nights.
- travellers (6/5): - I have visited Hua Hin a lot over the last 10 years The hotel is value for money, but it is really for people who are staying for a few monthes and want a value for money room
If yoir coming on holliday i would spend a little more and get some comfort
The beds are hard i never got a decent nites sleep the rooms are dated, the staff were not the nicest the cleaner was the nicest person i met, i checked out a week early,
- Luke (8/5): Great value for money - Solid venue, a little far from he beach but rooms are great for the price you pay. If you don't mind a 15 minute (slight) uphill walk home from town or the beach, great value.
- ezbp (10/5): Fun visit - Had a lovely time here. Fun swimming pool and unreal waterpark nearby!! The rooms are spacious, very basic but for the price they are clean and air conned with a nice balcony which has a beautiful view. Friendly staff too!
- john (8/5): Comfortable, not very friendly staff - Clean rooms, comfortable beds. Quiet and located outside the noisy places, which was excellent for us. You will need transportation to go to the beach and markets, but the hotel has some motorbikes and bycicles for rent. The pool was good enough and the gym has the basic things you need (3 treadmills, some elliptical machines, steady bikes, some weights...)
If you go for a restful place to sleep and relax after a day at the beach or a walk across the markets, this is a good place to consider.
The staff is not very friendly and their english is very basic. If you want your room to get cleaned you need to call to a cellphone number since there are no telephones inside the rooms.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Ok for the value of the money. End of the street has some bars and places to eat.
- LKJE (8/5): Good rooms at good rates - We have stayed here on a few occasions in the last couple of years. There are 2 hotels one slightly newer than the other. A good size pool which is always slightly cold but clean as is the rest of the place. 600 baht a night but long term 3 months the price comes down to 6000/ 6500 baht per month. There is a gym, cafe and shop too which sells soap, toothpaste, crisps and beer etc at good prices. Rooms are clean with a fridge freezer tv and shower room all reasonable size too with a balcony most with good views of hin leak fai hill or looking to the sea.
- ernie (2/5): - It was awful from the moment I arrived how can you put a place like this on your web site amazes me left a day early
- may-may2404 (4/5): Ok - The Receptionist were not the most friendliest as my brother has lost his WiFi password token and went downstairs to ask for another one which they ask in return for us to pay for in exchange for a new log in and password.
- Verified traveler (8/5): It has it's good points - Comfortable room with great storage and plenty of sockets. Large fridge in the room was a bonus, good range of tv channels and excellent air con, after asking (as per our booking) we were provided with a kettle). Good wifi, pool was nice, gym facilities looked good (we didn't try them out).
Most staff were unhelpful and the hotel could not provide basic information or maps of the area, the expectation is for the guest to call their own transport which is difficult if you don't have a Thai sim. One member of reception staff was very pleasant and helpful unlike her colleagues who were not helpful and unable to raise a smile.
We could eat by the pool which was pleasant, the food wasn't the best and acquiring service was a huge problem unless you went into the kitchen. The shop provides some basics but isn't always manned for you to buy.
The location wasn't good and is far further from the beach than advertised, there are bars and restaurants but most of them are a good fifteen minute walk. There are very few tuk tuks around to allow you to get anywhere.
Further soundproofing in rooms would be a blessing to avoid listening to others enjoying themselves!
- alan (8/5): Good for a budget hotel - Service was helpful .its a budget hotel and long stay place . For for the price you cannot moan. simple but great value .
Not much on soi 88 its a walk or taxi . Desk staff were helpful and pleasant .
- 359JohnW (10/5): Fantastic - Just spent 15 nights at the Terminal and cannot fault it. From check in to check out I enjoyed the entire stay. Great size room with modern bathroom and separate shower. Large wardrobe, TV with plenty of western channels including sports channels, fast WiFi with up to 3 devices being logged on as well as a large fridge for drinks or snacks. The pool area is excellent with sun beds and deck chairs to relax alongside a good sized pool. A mini market to get cold drink, snacks as well as those things you forgot you needed. I didn’t use the cafe on-site so unfortunately can’t comment but it always had someone using it which is always a good sign.
The staff were very friendly and always acknowledged you when walking through the buildings.
Some of the reviews I read did give me some concerns before I arrived, but they were soon laid to rest. There is no additional charges for your room to be cleaned, you simply drop your key off at reception when the rooms available for the staff to clean it. This works for me as if I want a lie in there’s nothing worse than a knock on the door by housekeeping trying to get in to clean.
Having stayed in Soi 88 for several visits over the last couple of years I’ve seen it grow with bars and places to eat. Right outside the Terminal is a great cafe and laundry.
All in all I had a great stay and am already planning to book my return at the beginning of March.
- John (10/5): Great place and facilities - I had two great weeks at the Terminal and couldn’t fault it.
The booking in was easy, 200 baht deposit for the key was good, usually it can be 500 baht in a lot of places.
The room was large with a good sized shower room, separate shower not a wet room and huge mirror with good lighting. The room had a large wardrobe with plenty of shelf space as well. Internet connection was fast and you could have up to 3 devices with access throughout the site.
Fantastic pool area and a mini market on site as well as a place to eat.
The local area has grown over the last few years and you have local food and a great laundry service right outside.
All in all I had a great stay, which after reading some reviews I did have some concerns.
To confirm if anyone had doubts, you don’t pay extra to have your room cleaned or use the pool. You simply let reception know when your room is free to be cleaned, which works for me as there’s nothing worse than housekeeping knocking when you’re having a lie in. There is a charge for external people to use the pool, and the signage explains that.
I’m going to be returning at the beginning of March and the Terminal will be my regular base for my twice yearly visits to Hua Hin going forward.
Great accommodation and for me the location is great, you can walk to the beach in 20 minutes and Soi 88 is getting busier with bars and places to eat popping up all the time.
- Yew Keat (8/5): Nice hotel and friendly staffs. - Hotel is not close to the beach but still good as located near to the mountain side. Get less noise and nice view from the hotel. Room is clean and spacious. However, water flow from the shower is low and there's no kettle for hot water.
Besides, hotel also provides transportation services. You can easily rent a car, motorbike and bicycle. Nearby have 24hrs family mart.
