The atmosphere is warm, peaceful, and incredibly welcoming, making it easy to feel at home from the moment you arrive. The rooms were very comfortable, clean, and thoughtfully prepared. One of the best parts of the stay were the four private baths, which were beautifully maintained and made the experience feel really relaxing. The staff (owners?) were absolutely wonderful: kind and always smiling, creating a truly lovely atmosphere. The breakfast was also excellent — fresh, delicious, and clearly prepared with great attention to quality. A wonderful place for anyone looking for a more intimate and authentic ryokan experience.

Ne vous fiez pas aux photos, c’est bien mieux en vrai. L’insonorisation des chambres mais les visiteurs sont en général très respectueux des consignes, mais pour être tranquille prévoyez tout de même des boules Quies .

Staff were polite & service was impeccable. Enjoyed the variety of free coffee available 24/7 Not a complaint as such. I do know the temperature of the hot springs are pretty high but one of the four that they have on site, was a little too hot for us.

The location was EXCELLENT, two minute walk into the middle of it - parking was a little bit confusing (it's next to the hotel - just not a lot of signage), more information before arriving might be helpful! The rooms were a great size and the different baths were great too. Caution to over packers - the narrow stairs can be a bit difficult navigating with big luggage - be ready to be strong and nimble.

- 阿部 (8/5): 各部屋がお豆の名前になっており内装もとても可愛かったです - スタッフの方が皆さん明るくて優しくとても快適に過ごすことができました。 部屋もとても可愛らしく、清潔でした。 朝食に出たお豆がとっても美味しくてお土産に買って帰るほどでした☺︎ 自車で行く際に駐車場の前（2列縦列の前の方に停める場合）に停める方は車の鍵を預かられます。鍵を預けてくださいと言われた際に理由を伝えてもらえず少し不審に思い聞いたところ、後ろの人（2列目の車）が出る場合には車を動かすことがあると教えてくれました。許可がなく自車を動かされては困るのでその点のみはしっかり口頭で説明が欲しかったです。 また、私は人に運転をされもしぶつけられた時が怖いので後ろの人が出る際は声をかけてくださいとフロントにお伝えしました。そして鍵は預けずに自分で持っていました。 駐車場以外は本当に人柄もよく素敵な宿でした！

- Raymond (10/5): Great small lodging spot in the middle of Kusatsu Onsen and near bus terminal. - Breakfasts were exceptional--not the usual Japanese breakfast buffet, but a carefully curated prix fixe style with local products. Rooms are a little tiny, but comfy and adequate. Location is great near Yubatake, the center of the onsen town, as well as nice selection of dining and shopping nearby. The furo downstairs were wonderful! Rooms could use a floor chair and small work space.

- Juno (10/5): - Very unique bean concept! I enjoyed the matcha welcome experience. The bean-themed breakfast was really cute and delicious too. Room was spacious, beds were cozy and comfy. Staff were friendly and helped us make a phone reservation for a local restaurant. The yukata was comfortable and warm even in winter, although the geta was a bit hard to walk in. Would have been better to just walk around town in our own shoes. That said, it is located very near to the Yubatake. Overall an enjoyable stay! Only one thing, the onsen was unfortunately too hot for us to soak in. It was wayyyy hotter than our stay at another onsen 😂

Very friendly and helpful staff For some reason, we ended up on the pull-out sofa bed in tje Sora house I slept on a metal bar. I could have and I should have slept in the adjoining Japanese tatami room pn a Japanese futon.

- Khanh (10/5): - Gem staff (great!!) and this property has 4 private onsen baths that one can use with 24 hour access. Location is very close to the Yubatake and to the bus terminal. I wish I had stayed longer and I would stay here again!
- megumi (10/5): こじんまりしていて、落ち着いて過ごせた。 - チェックインの、時の抹茶と和菓子のサービスが嬉しかった。 浴衣の種類がもっとあったらよかった。
