• Bledar (7/5): - The only thing I like about this hotel, was the location which is close to the beach and bars. Coral cliff hotel is a ok hotel for couple of nights. Is a bit old and need update, breakfast is not great .

• Damián (3/5): MALA EXPERIENCIA EN TODA LA ESTADIA. - La ubicacion El trato del personal no fue muy agradable a pesar que en Filipinas todo el mundo es muy servicial, tuvimos muchos inconvenientes en la habitación, nos dieron pegada a la recepción con lo cual los ruidos eran constantes, al estar en planta baja las ventanas las teniamos bloqueadas con "cañas" con lo cual no teniamos vista el exterior, el lava manos del baño perdía agua y caia todo al piso con lo cual tuvieron que venir a arreglarlo, un dia llegamos de la excursión y teniamos el mueble lleno de HORMIGAS VOLADORAS vinieron tiraron desinfectante y tuvimos que limpiar nosotros.... Nos alojamos 3 noches y NUNCA HICIERON LA HABITACION NI CAMBIARON LAS TOALLAS, cuando les ibamos a decir de la limpieza nos decian que por la tarde la hacian y volviamos y todo seguia igual, las toallas limpias las tuvimos que ir a pedir y hasta pedir que las cambien porque estaban muy ROTAS! El aire acondicionado de pared goteaba y caia todo sobre la cama.... en fin muy mala experiencia con este hotel

• Patricia (4/5): Nice hotel, but extremely noisy during the festival with no prior warning. - The hotel itself is nice, with clean rooms, a good view, and a generally pleasant setup. We stayed during the Kulambo Festival (March 15–18), which we were not informed about at the time of booking. The main stage was located very close to the hotel, and the noise level was extremely high and continued late into the night – until around 1:30 AM the first night, midnight the second, and as late as 4:30 AM the third night. It was nearly impossible to sleep. After the first night, we asked if we could change accommodation, but the manager assured us the following nights would be quieter, which was not the case. This is something that should be clearly communicated to guests in advance, especially since it is a recurring annual event.

• Frank (5/5): Good location but forgetful staff - The location is great. Rooms are noisy as no noise-proofing glass has been used. The Aircon was also not really cold. I was very disappointed by one staff member: I preordered a taxi to the airport. When I returned to the hotel to go to the airport, there was no taxi arranged and the staff member had gone causing inconvenience. I recommend doing such arrangements with many of the offices and shops outside.

Sevimsizler, selamsizlar. 55 günlük Güney Doğu Asya seyahatimizin en kötü ve en pahalı oteli. Bu fiyatın dörtte biri etmez.
• BAT SHEVA (3/5): בעיניי המלון לא מומלץ למי שמחפש נוחות. לחבר'ה צעירים הוא יכול להיות סבבה. - המיקום של בית המלון מעולה, ממש במרכז אל נידו וגם הצוות מאוד משתדל. המלון לא ממש אטרקטיבי ומיועד לחבר'ה צעירים שיוצאים לטייל בבוקר וחוזרים בערב. רוב החדרים כוללים מיטות יחיד ולא מיטה זוגית, אין מקרר בחדרים, אבל יש נמלים. ארוחת הבוקר מזעזעת ואולי הכי קריטי - אין מעלית. לקומה הראשונה זה לא נורא, בשאר הקומות זה פחות נחמד.

• Khalil Vijande (5/5): - La ubicación. El wifi no funcionó en ningún momento. Únicamente funcionaba en el lobby de entrada. Hicimos el reclamo pero nos fueron indiferentes. Quisimos pagar con tarjeta, sobre lo cual, nos dijeron que era solo efectivo y vimos que a otro huéspedes si les aceptaron el pago con tarjeta. La habitación tenía una limpieza regular. La cama cómoda. Es funcional solo para ir de pasada.

Personale sempre gentile. A noi non funzionava l’acqua calda, non era piacevole ma ci siamo adattati perché comunque il clima lo consentiva. il dispenser con l’acqua potabile non era al nostro piano ma a quello sotto e non sempre aveva acqua a disposizione. Eravamo al 4 piano senza ascensore, ma non è stato troppo un problema. Pulizia da rivedere, al nostro arrivo c’erano gomitoli di polvere e lenzuola macchiate. Wi-fi inesistente, dicono che funziona poco ma in realtà non si collega nemmeno. Sul resto dell’isola mai avuto problemi con altri wi-fi…
• Niamh (5/5): If you are looking for a budget friendly hotel with a good location, that’s the coral cliff - The location was great and the staff were very helpful at getting our scooters each day. The water from the shower, tap and toilet smelt bad. It didn’t feel very clean at all. And the shower door didn’t really work.

• Frank (8/5): Recommended for a clean stay - Nice clean descent and quiet enough 4 floors building in the center of town. Would stay here again yes. First place in a week that actually provided shower gel in bathroom. For local standards nothing to nag about. When I would be in The Netherlands I would say fix the door of the shower and freshen the bathroom up a bit. The rest is really okay.

We had a balcony. The room balcony view was great. The bed is good. The shower has strong water current. There is water station at every floor. No elevator, zero Wi-Fi connection, no tv signal, the water flooded in the shower area, can’t throw toilet paper in the toilet, no hair dryer, can’t use the safety box because last guest lost the key.

• Georgia (2/5): Very poor - Good location, very central to shops and beach. Staff were friendly. Bathroom was very dirty, looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months. Water from shower smelt like sewerage. Mould was found on pillow and bed sheets looked as if they hadn't been washed, I felt itchy after sleeping in them. Floor tiles were cracked in room, felt unsafe. Disappointing window view of another building across the road, and aircon was very noisy. WIFI barely worked in my room. Definitely not worth the price you pay for this hotel.
• Saba (8/5): Very good - Great location… away from loud noises. They have water dispensers on every floor. Theres no lift in this facility but staff are really helpful to help you with your luggage. Looks a bit older than the photos but very clean. The aircon blades was broken and we had the cool air straight on our head and couldn’t move the blades to guide the cool air away from us. Otherwise no issues :)

Friendly and helpful staff, few breakfast options to choose from, however not the best of taste. Room is of decent size No elevator in the hotel, not a problem to us, probably will be to the elderly. No view from the room. Room is a little too basic for the price paid.

• Christopher (7/5): A comfortable hotel with a few rough edges- good if you just need a comfortable sleep. - Location close to everything in the town, nice views from the upper floor room that I had, mattresses and bedding were the best I had in Philippines, quilts instead of just a sheet. Decent shower pressure. Staff were quick to fix inoperative hot water. Price seemed a bit too high for what you got, rooms definitely a lot rougher than the photos would suggest. Breakfast very basic. EFTPOS was broken.

The hotel didn't have any working POS terminal, and I needed to withdraw money from ATM to pay for my room, which, in the end, made the room more expensive as 300PHP surcharge. The room was full of mosquitos, and the breakfast was really basic. The stuff was really not smiling and felt not very welcoming.

• Kimberly (4/5): Didn’t meet our expectations but staff was excellent - Breakfast was great as there was a variety of foods to choose from. Staff was excellent! Everyone was very helpful, and they even offered tours, scooter rentals, and also booked us a tricycle when we needed to get back to the airport. The hotel was very accessible to the beach and to the streets filled with restaurants and bars Firstly, we entered our hotel room and it was very moist. Lots of bed lice on the bed. Not sure if it was because it was moist in the room or there was mold somewhere, or maybe both…. We had our AC on the entire time as above the AC unit was a huge opening for the outside so cold air was going out and hot air coming in. Ants were scattered on the table, fresh towels did not look new at all. Definitely had bleach stains all over them.

• Ren (9/5): A Decent Place to Stay with Cheerful Staff, Thanks Coral Cliff Hotel - I like the location of this hotel, it is near the town center yet not too near that the place is not disturbed by the town's night life. We booked the queen room with a balcony and we have a view of the Taraw Cliff. The staff are approachable most especially Ms. Arlene, who extended a helping hand and made an extra mile when we arrived early at the hotel. We were given notice as well to be careful in using tap water and the hotel made an effort to keep the guests safe by installing purified water stations along the hallway for utility use. Our room bed is comfortable, the air-conditioning is cool and the wifi connection is okay. For the restroom, I am cautious to use the tap water, the faucet and shower are okay but I think for the bidet, the water pressure is too strong maybe it could be replaced with new ones and adjust the pressure. We have a decent breakfast, since it is complimentary, please do not expect a fabulous one but at least they have a menu where you could select and vary your meals. Our room is always clean, thanks to the staff who always clean it every morning. The hotel is accessible to the nearest convenience store, church and also a walking distance to Bacuit Bay (the usual meeting place) during island hopping activities. Overall, we are pleased that we chose this hotel for our stay. We enjoyed El Nido, and this hotel experience was part of it. For the restroom, I am cautious to use the tap water, the faucet and shower are okay but I think for the bidet, the water pressure is too strong maybe it could be replaced with new ones and adjust the pressure.
• Krzysztof (1/5): Money stolen from my room - STAY AWAY!!! - Location. Money was stolen from my room !!! Safety deposit was not available in the room. The staff said they don't have a key and they don't know the PIN to the safe???!!! Very suspicious. The water heater was not working Wi-fi was not working Room was smaller than described This hotel is a huge disaster !!! It doesn't match the description at all! Stay away if you want to have a nice vacation.

At check in not allowed to pay with card..even is sign can pay with visa. In the end we could pay 50% with card for some reason. Breakfast very Basic by european standards. Smallest 23sqm room I ever had.

• Jessica (8/5): Great location and proper hotel stay in El Nido - Great convenient location!! Could get everywhere really easy and staff were helpful in organising transport. Comfy bed and great aircon. Breakfast orders were always forgotten so had to wait a bit extra for this. Bins weren't emptied in the room. None of this would negatively impact my stay though!

The bathroom emitted a foul odour that permeated the entire room, making our stay incredibly uncomfortable. To make matters worse, the floors were disgustingly dirty, as if they hadn't been cleaned in ages.

Water dispensers on each floor. Good WiFi. Good TV channels. Lock on door was faulty which meant we were locked in our room for 15minutes whilst the lock was broken into and replaced. Shower not hot enough. Breakfast staff somewhat slow to respond.
