• Sandeep (3/5): Not a value for money, I wouldn’t recommend - I did not like the property, staff is helpful Cleanliness is required, curtains were dirty, lift stops , not a value for money , advanced paid but refund is not provided yet, sent emails but no response, I did not stayed there for more than an hour , still they charged me for 3 days , check on is auto and same with check out

• Guru (5/5): Value for money - The Hotel doesn't have in-house food facilities, hence the menu option is limited. The location is very prompt and close to many landmarks and malls. The room size is quite spacious. Room and Toilet cleanliness needs to be improved, the furniture and upholstery are old.

(Didn't meet our expectations) Hot water availability needs to be improved - it's not available in the evenings. Also, one is required to waste lot of water (very precious resource) before getting the hot water. Try to get solar power & install water heaters, instead of solar water heaters. It'll reduce your power bill as well as water wastage.

The room staff was not upto expectation, not courteous enough. They misguided our car driver which made the driver sleep inside the car through out night.

• Pradeep (10/5): Ideal accommodation in city centre - It's in the city centre. All major touristy places are nearby. Room and washroom and the amenities are clean. Being summer, hot water is not a necessity. But it's available always. Staff are kind and helpful. Wifi is good. Lots of small eateries and restaurants close by. Nothing.

• Abhay (1/5): Sorry to say, but will never stay at this Hotel - Hardly anything to like about this hotel. One good comment is due for the Hotel manager who was able to let us check out after one night stay and refund the balance. No wifi - I had to struggle at the front desk before they could make the wifi work for half an hour, and that too for just one phone. Extreme lack of cleanliness Broken table Torn curtains Very ugly and unclean Elevator Due to all these issues, we had to leave the Hotel after one night stay. This caused us to arrange for another Hotel option at a very short notice, which was very expensive.

We never got what we ordered. No butter on the toast, sugar, and milk in what was to be black coffee. No understanding of what was required. But it was cheap and cheerful and staff tried their best.

• Kumar (5/5): Treebo was disappointing - Location - centrally located and walking distance at Pune Book Fair where I visited for 7 days. Linen was not good. Pillows bad. Extra pillow horrible. Asked for a big bed for a couple, was given one with two mattresses that kept.shifting from the center.. The mattress life is also near over. Breakfast was not good. We ate only once in 8 days. Plates and cups or mugs were made of plastic. Crockery poor. Bathroom fitting actually hurt the knuckles while operating. There is no service of food expect a local food joint. Front office was kind and good. Thank them for allowing my friends to keep their luggage there for a few hours. Room size was average. But I fail to understand how Treebo has added value to the hotel. The days I booked on Booking dot com where I selected free cancellation and pay when you arrive, I was hounded by Treebo 3 times a day for 10 days to pay the total amount or they would cancel the room due to high demand. Do not appreciate this as I trusted Booking.com which am using for a long time.

Room rent charged higher than thearket rates. Your commitment for break fast, do you know what they are providing, No pratha/ No corn flakes/ no eggs. Being a north indian visitor what else I can take. Very sad.
