• Giovanni Soru (10/5): - We had a pleasant stay from the start! Nadia ensured we are comfortable & sorted with everything we need. She speaks English, Arabic, French & Turkish. There are upgrades being done on the place and we are excited to see the results! The place is perfectly located in the quiet & colourful streets of Alaçati with the basics within walking distance from the hotel. The car parking area is also just 2mins walk from the hotel. We dropped and picked up our luggage at the front door. I also loved the introduction of Asian & African decor in the reception area. The map on the wall where people could pin a note is also great! The rooms are clean and comfortable. It exceeded my expectations. Nothing.

• Ana (6/5): Acogedor hotel pero las habitaciones están en otro edificio - La ubicación muy céntrica en el pueblo. El personal era atento y amable. Nos dieron una habitación aparte sin acceso al lobby que era la parte más bonita del hotel. La habitación estaba bien pero no se accedía a nada ya que estaba en un edificio aparte.

Oda asla güneş almıyor ve banyo havalanmıyor. 3 kişilik oda seçerken iki katlı oda olacağını sanıyorduk ve rez yapmadan önce aradık otele ulaşamadık, bize 1 odada 4 kişilik yataklı bir oda verdiler. İkinci sorun da gece ve sabah odamızın hemen dibinde masaların oluşundan dolayı kahvaltı saatlerinde gürültüden dolayı 8.30’da uyanmamız, aynı şekilde gece 02.30’a kadar insanların sesini duymamızdan dolayı uyuyamamız. Çamaşır hizmeti sorduğumuzda duyduğumuz 800 liralık ücrete şok olmakla birlikte en azından beyaz ve siyahları ayrı ayrı yıkayalım dediğimizde 1600 tl para istenmesiydi, yardımcı olmak gibi bir niyet hissedemedik. Fiyat-Performans bir yer bile olsa rutubet kabul edilemez.

Alles ist sehr sauber, das Personal ist hilfsbereit und freundlich. Ich kann dieses Hotel nur weiterempfehlen und werde definitiv nächstes Jahr wieder hier buchen.

The rooms are very cozy and clean , with all the amenities you could ask for. The location is perfect and close to key attractions yet peaceful enough to truly rest. We especially liked that we could leave our luggage after check-out, it gave us extra time to enjoy the city without carrying bags around. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. We’ll definitely be coming back on our next trip!

Originally, provided a room downstairs, it was like a dungeon, dark, no window view, it had a film so you could not see through. On the next day, the switched room was upstairs and much better, bright and sunny. No parking. No car access, prepare to drag your lagguage on cobblestone road

Location was superb: nice quiet street and just around the corner you find all the lively activities, restaurants, boutiques, etc. Don’t use Apple Maps to find this place. It brought us to a different property, but a gentleman there offered to drive us in a 3-wheel/3person scooter (plus our 2suit cases), racing through the narrow and very crowded streets. It turned out to be quite the Adventure…!😆

• Alfred (10/5): Great stay in fun town. - Close to everything, yet extremely quiet for the location. Rooms were clean and the staff were friendly. Breakfast was included and there was a sizable variation to choice from. Old town location does not allow cars. However, there was parking 4 minutes away in a safe paid parking lot.

There was only one lady who did not speak English, we had to carry our suitcases above the stairs on own own. Then the AC wasn’t working well so we had to call them multiple times for someone to show up to help us fix the AC. AC started leaking in the middle of the night and flooded the room and made some of our belongings wet. When informed the staff they didn’t seem too bothered but they changed our room. In general, there are better options for the same or lower price in the area! Not returning.

We expected a normal-good hotel, similar than others in the area, but we were really surprised about its charm being a small hotel, full of pictoresque details. Very well located but quiet to have a good rest. The staff, all of them, really nice. And the buffet breakfast, amazing. When possible, we'll repeat the experience!

Our room however was quite smaller than we expected it was not suitable for 2 big suitcases,and we didn't have enough room to move around. The bed was small for my height and it made kinda like a squeaky noise which was kind of annoying.Despite of that everything was perfect we will definitely come back

Receptionist Nadia was friendly and helpful starting from my early check in until late check out - A Quite cozy place few steps close to facilities area, and far a little bit from central noise. Wifi connection issue. Kettle was not available but they reacted fast to bring it . Bidet water was not working ( it was fixed during the third day )
• Inara (10/5): Perfect spot in Alacati - This charming hotel was truly a wonderful find. It is clean and cozy, with a warm family-like atmosphere thanks to the incredibly friendly staff and owners. The delicious breakfasts felt like family gatherings in a lovely yard. Our room had all the essentials - WiFi, air conditioning, fridge, etc. (all working perfectly) The location is perfect, just a 5-minute walk from the bustling centre of Alacati, with lots of restaurants and cafes nearby, but still on a quiet street. I highly recommend this place for a comfortable and welcoming stay in Alacati.

• Poturoglu (5/5): Passable - I really liked the location; it was excellent and very convenient. The staff was also friendly and helpful. The room was really small and not very functional, lacking hangers for clothing. Additionally, the bathroom door was hard to open and close, which was inconvenient. The Wi-Fi also wasn't connected right away, and I had to log in each time, which was quite frustrating. The breakfast was disappointing; while there were many options, the quality of the ingredients was not good, and I was surprised to find that coffee was charged extra.

Ancak odaya döndüğümüzde odaya bizim isteğimiz dışında girilmiş, eşyalarımızın ve çamaşırlarımızın yeri değiştirilmişti. Resepsiyona indiğimizde yetkili kişi odada dnd kartı olduğunu, kapıya kart asılmadığı için oda temizliği yapıldığını söyledi ancak odada asılacak bir dnd kartı yoktu. Bu durumun üzerine yetkili kişiyle tekrar bir konuşma gerçekleştirdik. Konuşmada dnd kart sistemini otelin kullanmadığını, odaya girilmesi istenmiyorsa resepsiyona söylenmesi gerektiğini söyledi. Ancak otele giriş yaptığımız gün bu konuya dair bir bilgilendirme de tarafımıza yapılmadı. Kaldı ki her ne kadar odamıza rızamız dışında girilmişse de eşyalarımızın tanımadığımız insanlar tarafından ellenip yerlerinin değiştirilmesi hoş bir davranış değildi. Otel yönetiminin de ertesi gün kahvaltıda bilgilendirme için yanımıza gelip odaya girilmesini istemiyorsanız bildirmeniz gerekirdi tarzı suçlayıcı davranışı da hoş değildi. Otelde dnd kartının olmaması durumunda -ki bu durum da otel standartlarına uymamakta- oteldeki uygulamayı kendilerinin tarafımıza bildirmesi gerekirken bizim onlara bildirmemizi istemeleri baştan aşağı saçmalıktı. Ayrıca önceki gün çalışanları otelde dnd kart sistemi uygulaması olduğunu herkesin odasına kart bırakıldığını tarafıma söylemişti. Eşyalarımızın ve çamaşırlarımızın karıştırılması dışında; kahvaltı ve oda temizliği standarttı. Otelin yeri merkeze yakındı. Ortalamanın altında bir tecrübeydi.

• Mariya (10/5): Amazing stay, highly recommend - We want to thank Nadia for her hospitality and the whole staff for the amazing experience. We arrived in the afternoon before check-in times but our room was ready and we were accommodated straight away without a problem - the room was clean and tidy, a bit small but perfect for two people, there were amenities and the most important, aircon as summers there are HOT :) The outside area of the hotel is also really well thought of, there are tables and benches which you can relax or work on and those are the breakfast place to be in the mornings. Location is perfect, it's in the centre of the city but also tucked in the streets where it's nice, quiet and tranquil. We stayed for just one night but every question and request was met with a smile and the breakfast and service were INCREDIBLE. We asked on check-out if we can leave our luggage at reception in order to visit Cesme and sightsee before our flight and that was as well accommodated, it was of huge help to be able to come back and collect it later on. Me and my friend thank you all at Maison d'Azur and we'll definitely be back with more friends so they can feel the magic of Alacati as well! Nothing.
• Olivia (9/5): Absolutely stunning spot in Alaçati - best breakfast! - The hotel was beautifully done, comfortable and the breakfast was the best we’ve had in Turkey. Perfectly located in a quiet street but close to the lovely Alaçati Carsi area. When booking it showed a picture of a lovely balcony but we were on the ground floor and had a very tiny outside square.
