• HEMEN (7/5): Overall stay was good. Very warm and helpful staff. - Break-fast was good with multiple options. Restaurant staff was warm and courteous. Resort has great location, view and greenery. There is ample parking space. Cleanliness of restaurant and rooms could have been better. Segregation of Veg and Non-Veg food at the buffest counter could have been better. Accessibility can be improved across the resort. Panoramic View Rooms are complete NO NO for senior citizens and PWD.

• Sheetal (9/5): It was splendid and a perfect relaxation away from the city life - The ambience was perfect with slight drizzzling and close to nature. The room is spacious and enough bedding was provided. The view was too good. The staff were courteous and very polite and helpful Nothing as such
• Deepak (6/5): A nice relaxing stay in a picturesque location with the best view in Mulshi. - The location and view was perfect. The room is good and sizeable for a family of 2 with a child. The breakfast was decent and the property has an excellent spa with a great masseuse. The staff was a bit untrained and unprepared for the long weekend rush. It was difficult to get things in time and seemed that the hotel was unprepared, especially in the restaurant. Many people complained and fought with the staff. The happy hours board said all drinks buy 2 get 1 free, but when inquired, cocktails and some other drinks were not included in the happy hours. The food taste was decent. The staff gradually realized their shortfall and were much better on day 2. mentioned above

• Dipali (8/5): Overall good stay with family n friends - The location is near to lake, beautifully made with ample of spaces inside and outside the rooms. Indoor games lawn pool available Some of the activities were closed due to some function. The restaurant is small and service was delayed.
• ADHEESH (5/5): - Location was good. View fantastic from the panaromic rooms , prefer 104-108 rooms. Bathrooms are very dated and old. The room can remain as it is, but bathrooms must be moden and look clean and comfortable. Breakfast needs attention. Nothing in terms of variety,. Same food everyday. Taste is very mediocre. Looks luke good is without garlic, onion or ginger. The Management has to eat the Breakfast for 2-3 days to understand what other people are facing, specially on weekends when you charge more but nothing extra in terms of service. Not value for money. The lunch and dinner options are good though, so can use the restaurant for lunch or dinner.

Stained sheets, wet floors, dirty outside area. Room stinks. 2. Staff lacks basic training and hospitality. They neither know how to clean or how to deal with guests. 3. There's no view while room claims panoramic lake view. Lake is far away from property. 4. There is one common balcony for three families. Lack of privacy. 5. Pictures do not match reality. 6. Cafe is poor and unhygienic

• Jitendra (4/5): Not value for money stay, very expensive for what they are offering - Location - Cleanliness and hygiene- Room was stinking, possibly because or dirty mopping. Pillow covers were not fresh and clean. Towels were torn at the borders. - Food- very basic and far from being tasty. Breakfast buffet was very average and unmanaged. - Facilities- All the indoor recreation facilities were broken and unusable. If you are going in monsoon, you have nothing to do other than staying in room. No covered sit-outs to enjoy view in monsoon. No privacy as room entrance is hardly 2 feet away from each other. Not value for money stay, very expensive for what they are offering.

• Rajat (1/5): Bad - Service is very pathetic & poor. The establishment does not like to provide any service, including food. While I requested them for snack items at 6:4pm then they told they don't server this time which is not mentioned in anywhere.
• Prashant (6/5): Overall a very pleasant stay but a few improvements will make it brilliant. - The property location and our room location were excellent! The view from the room was stunning. The breakfast variety was quite good and tasty. There are two live cooking stands as well, serving omelets, dosa, and uttapa. What I liked most was the entire staff at the facility. Each and every person was very polite, smiling, and prompt to serve you. Room service is also quite prompt. Their positive attitude compensated for all the things that we didn't like. The pool is 4.5 feet deep and sufficient to enjoy a good swim. There was no internet in our room, and the management showed no interest in/action to fix it. I couldn't watch TV or use my phone with WiFi at all. Almost no hot water in the shower and no pressure to hot water at all. The outside room surroundings were not cleaned after the previous guests. Aluminium foils and empty containers were lying on the side lawn. The room description didn't say that the approach to the road is NOT senior-friendly. There are quite a few steps to climb to reach the room. However, I found that they are building a ramp and constructing for the same.

Wish the manager was considerate abt this. The indoor alacarte could be better and faster in service as room sevice was faster and we had to wait fr our food in the hotel room. The kitchen wasnt clean enough.

• Gade (8/5): Great place to stay with your family - The location is very nice. Lake facing view is awesome 👌. Food at the restaurant is very delicious. It is exactly how it is shown in the pictures. Vishnu at the restaurant was particularly helpful. Breakfast needs a little more spread. When I'm at a luxurious stay, I need a good shower system and good water pressure. Sadly, the showerhead was old and worn out. Hot water pressure was not up to the mark. My fridge was also not working, but they got it changed.
