- Brittany (6/5): Very bad experience here. I would not recommend. - The receptionist was friendly, and there’s a small parking lot. The check-in process was absurd. It all had to be done by me on my phone, and it required I take and submit a photo of my face. The room was dirty. There were unwashed dishes in the kitchen sink, hair knotted in the bathroom sink. Also, there was a lot of maintenance needed, with bathroom fixtures loose on the wall. Then the room was INCREDIBLY hot, 26c, 79F and there was no way to cool it down besides opening windows, which had no screens so flies would come in. We’ve stayed in budget hotels all over Patagonia, and this was the only bad experience we’ve had.

- Ekkehard (8/5): Modernes Haus, OK für Motorrad - Modernes Gebäude mit guter Ausstattung, freundlicher Empfang. Parkplatz vor dem Haus ist offen zur Straße, noch OK für Motorrad. Supermarkt in 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Etwas schlichtes Frühstück, die Zutaten dazu gibt es am Abend zuvor, nichts frisches dabei.

El desayuno “seco” realmente muy malo ( un pan pan de molde, muffin, jugo pequeño en caja y sachet de mantequilla y mermelada) Podrían mejorarlo, ya que el lugar es bueno, pero en eso se caen.

- Iulia (10/5): Exceptional - We only stayed for one night. Check-in was smooth, the ladies were nice. The apartment was clean and comfortable. We ate at the local neighborhood restaurant Leymi which was great. They don't provide a traditional breakfast, but it includes pack of juice, granola bars, packs of gem and 2 slices of toast. We don't care much for these kind of things. Keep in mind this is an Apartment, not a hotel, so they do what they can to provide you with some nourishment for breakfast. Nothing to complain

- Janine (7/5): I wouldn't stay again - Spacious apartment with just about off road parking. Receptionist unhelpful, reception area like a kindergarten with what appeared to be staffs children running around and screaming all the time. TV unadjustable and unable to view from sofa. Breakfast given the night before and is a joke. Wifi intermittent though had a good signal didn't work often. Location poor nothing in area only a basic shop across the road. Bedroom window is next to adjacent apartments patio area.so you can't have bedroom window open and noise from other guests could be a big problem.

They contacted me and advised me of the case after a few hours. They are willing to keep it for me until I pick it up three days later.

- Arthur (10/5): Appartementhaus - Das Hotel Apartment ist sehr abgelegen von der Stadt in einem Wohnquartier. Die Zimmer sind grosszügig ausgelegt mit Küche, Bad, Schlafzimmer und einem zweiten Schlafzimmer. Parkplätze stehen vor dem Hotel zu Verfügung. Das angebotene Frühstück wird ins Appartement geliefert und ist relativ spärlich. Ansonsten ist das Appartementhaus relativ neu und daher auch in eines sehr guten Zustand.

Trotz fehlenden englisch Kenntnissen, konnten wir beim sehr hilfsbereitem Personal, alles organisieren was wir brauchten (Taxi, Föhn etc.). Lage in ruhiger Nachbarschaft, 4min mit dem Taxi vom Flughafen entfernt. Zimmer war gross und sauber.

Gutes Badezimmer mit Shampoo und Seife, gutes Schlafzimmer mit grossem bequemem Bett. Das Frühstück ist in Ordnung und wird zur Wunschzeit ins Zimmer gebracht. Ins Zentrum sind es zu Fuss gut 30 Minuten, mit dem Taxi geht’s schneller. Parkplatz ist vor dem Haus vorhanden, die Strasse ist ruhig. Alles in allem empfehlenswert.
