Oliver (9/5): Das Herz ist hier zu Hause, aber der Zahn der Zeit nagt leider - Die Freundlichkeit des Pächters und seiner Familie (wie schon die Jahre vorher), sowie die Lage Die Besitzer investieren leider kein Geld in die Unterkunft, was man an den Terrassenmöbeln, dem Schwimmbad und anderen Details leider vermisst! Ansonsten wäre die Unterkunft traumhaft… der aktuelle Pächter gibt aber sein Bestes
Thomas (9/5): Wir kommen sicherlich wieder, da man schöner nicht wohnen kann. - Wir hatten eine absolut schöne Wohnung. Von unserem Balkon hatten wir einen herrlichen Blick auf das Otztal. Es war absolut ruhig dort oben. Alles was man etwas hörte war ein Wasserfall sobal man ein Fenster geöffnet hat. Es war einfach nur schön da oben. Es gab ein kleines Schwimmbad und eine Sauna was wir regelmäßig nutzten. Das Frühstück war immer sehr gut und vor allem Lokal. Alles in allem ein wirklich tolle Zeit und ein netter Gastgeber. Die Badewanne war unter einer Schräge was den Ein und Ausstieg etwas erschwerte. Sonnst war alles perfekt.

(9/5): Dobre warunki w tradycyjnym, pięknie położonym domu. - + niesamowita lokalizacja powyżej 1600 m n.p.m. i piękne widoki na okoliczne góry, + niedaleko to wielkiego wodospadu, + ładny wystrój domu, + prywatny parking, + dobra komunikacja z gospodarzem (online), + balkon + dokładna instrukcja samodzielnego zameldowania + spokojna okolica - dla niektórych dojazd może być dość straszny (wąska, wysoko położona droga), ciężko mi sobie wyobrazić dojazd w zimie, - przydałby się czajnik (elektryczny lub zwykły), - trzeba długo czekać na ciepłą wodę, ale dobrze, że jest, - dość wolny Internet, - chłodna woda w basenie (ale rozumiem, że ogrzewanie wody to zapewne duże koszty)
Roberta (10/5): - Die Wohnung mit ihrem Mobiliar ist sehr gemütlich. Auf dem Balkon ist ein großer Tisch, wo man bequem draußen essen kann. Das Panorama ist wunderbar und die Lage sehr ruhig. Die Besitzer sind sehr nett und entgegenkommend.
Charley (3/5): Ontgoocheld. - Alles buiten het verblijf. Het ontbijt. De ontvangst: niet gehad, zoek het zelf maar uit. De kamer: ouderwets, slechte matras, tapijt, onhygiënisch. Geen warm water in de keuken. Badkamer, geen douche wel ligbad maar duurt heel lang voor er wat warm water uit de kraan komt. Zwembad: water is slechts 22 graden, wat te koud is om te zwemmen. Bij vraag of het warmer kan, onbeleefd afgewimpeld met een enkele NEIN!

Loes (7/5): - The view is magnificent. You are right on a hikers path high up. Very authentic looking interior. It's extremely noisy. You can hear your neighbors talk and walk. The bed was very uncomfortable. The pool was unclean.

Joanna (8/5): Traditional guesthouse with charm and spectacular views - Perched at above 1500m with spectacular views, this traditional guesthouse offers an authentic stay in the Tyrolean mountains. Straight out of a fairytale, the rooms take you back in time, the quiet is healing and the views make you plan your next hike. The owner was as kind and friendly and the breakfast was delicious (including the home-made pear juice and an Easter egg treat!). Our dog was allowed to stay with us too which was a big bonus for us. Absolutely loved our stay here and will come again! We chose the double bedroom which had a shared shower that we were aware of, however this shower was the open public shower in the pool area (there is no closed, private shared shower room), which caught us off guard, but wasn't a big deal. Some areas were a little 'tired' and could do with an update (this does not refer to the room decor, which was perfect with its old charm!).

Guy (10/5): Thank you very much for your hospitality! - Great place. The breakfast was nice, and the location is excellent for those looking for a peaceful spot with a lovely view. The apartment was great, with a good space for cooking and an extra sofa bed in the kitchen for the child. While we didn’t have a balcony, it was very pleasant to sit outside on the front porch of the property, which offered a quiet, beautiful view.

Martiné (9/5): Superb - Fantastic surroundings! The scenery was truly amazing, very quiet, no cars just the sound of the wind in the trees at night. Very friendly host with good recommendations on what to do and when. Functional kitchenette where we could prepare dinner. Will definitely recommend it to friends and family and try to come back! Nice breakfast, but I was missing eggs- have always had that in Austria for breakfast. Very dark when arriving late, no lights whatsoever. The restaurant was closed unfortunately during our stay. Would have appreciated if there was salt, pepper and a couple of the bags just to start you off. Since it is a long drive to the closest store and everything was closed when we arrived. Very short bed (too short for a person taller than 180) and uncomfortable pillow and no extra.

Sergey (9/5): An amazing place in a far away corner of Niederthai - It's an amazing place in a far away corner of Niederthai, the views are breathtaking. It's a top notch place to hideaway. We also had a fireplace in our room, and the combination of it and mountains view is incredible. There's also a hiking path just right from your door, so we were really happy with this apts. A sauna is too small to fit all the people in the evening. It is only 4 people max. Take this into account if you're planning to spend evenings using the sauna and a pool. Sometimes it's just not possible due to a lot a people who have the same plans :) But this is not a huge drawback, it is what it is.

Andrew (8/5): Stunning views an overall amazing location for a long or short stay. - What an amazing location, superb views and the building had great charm. Its a very remote location but well worth it, the view down the valley is nothing short of stunning. The rooms and facilities are old but good and some very handy parking for our motorbikes. If going by bike if you follow the sat nav it will take you up a dirt path, there is a road route, dont take the short left route go the long right route if you dont like steep dirt roads, however if you do its a fun little hack up a dirt road to the property.

My bed was a little too hard for my back, and there was no curtain for the shower. The other beds would have been softer but were taken by the other family members, and the shower was still great, good water pressure.

We thought we would come early morning and asked the owner for check in at that time, he did not refuse to help us and left the letter with instructions. We were going to visit Aqua Dome, but we were so tired to go and recently we have visited it, so we decided to spent the whole day at the swimming pool and in sauna at this place. And didn’t regret! It was super cool, there were no people, and there were drinks in the refrigerator, so we could take juice, or beer and pay later. It was a little scary on our way up to this place: serpentine, cliffs. It’s better to have all-wheel drive car and to be a very confident driver. Be careful! Matteo (9/5): Good price for value mountain hut with cozy feeling and warm atmosphere. - The room is nicely decorated, Tirol style. All very clean and looked after. The owner and manager of the B&B is very professional and friendly. We liked the breakfast very much. Check-in was very uncomplicated. Nothing. All was Ok.
David (9/5): Cozy room, in a stunning location, with an amazing view. - The location is absolutely amazing. Very quiet place with an amazing view. The room is adorable and has everything you need. The pool is clean and there is a sauna as well. Parking was no problem and the check -in process was easy/friendly.

Alexandra (8/5): Mysigt - Underbart område, så otroligt vackert. Stor lägenhet som var i lite äldre skick men kändes geniun och mysig ändå. Bäddsoffan dock rätt svår att sova på som vuxen. Jättefin frukost och god barbecue, frukost i dyraste laget dock. Läget är som sagt obeskrivligt vackert, väl värt ett besök. Otroligt trevlig och välkomnande personal.

Helena (8/5): Österrike på riktigt! - Vi kom sent på natten, klart utanför önskad incheckningstid, men det löste sig för de var var vänliga och tillmötesgående. Vägen dit var bitvis grusväg och tämligen brant men när vi vaknade upp hade vi ett fantastiskt alplandskap utanför fönstret. Trots att det var högt upp på berget var det nära till friluftsakriviteter såsom cykling och vandring samt ett vackert vattenfall,på gångavstånd, med klättringsmöjlighet.
Johan (6/5): nice view - Austrian guest house with many authentic details and located at a fairly remote location we had a private toilet down the corridor and the shower was in a different building (which did contain a small indoor swimming pool and sauna) excellent location for people that love to walk and climb mountains with wonderful view but less suited for one day stop over business travellers like us.
