- Suzanne (6/5): lovely hotel with a few caveats - The breakfast was good . The coffee was actually pretty decent. I liked the dark roast. The room was very nice. the shower worked well. Lots of towels. the bed was comfortable. There was a lot of traffic noise in the morning. I asked for a quiet room but didn't get one. Also there was a lead-footed person above me who clomped around a lot. Kept me up. In the future I will be sure to ask for a room in back on the top floor.

- Marymae (10/5): Awesome - Clean,friendyness we couldn't get a grown room
- Sonal (1/5): Very bad experience rooms were stinking - Breakfast was good My room was stinking so badly that when I entered the room, I informed on the front desk that my room is stinking excessively. So someone from front desk. came to check the room and she also said yes, it is smelling very bad. Then she deodorise the room and I asked her to either clean the room or change my room, but they do not have any availability of any any room available, so they were not able to change my room. I want compensation of this. It was extremely bad. Who will take the responsibility of if I have any health issues because of that I was staying with my old parents. I thought maybe after sometime, the foul smell will go away, but it did not, and it was very difficult to stay there for one night. I asked them to refund so that I can move into some other room or some other hotel, but they told me to connect with Booking.com and Booking.com will connect to their manager Josh. So please connect with the manager. They are aware of the situation and do the needful. I am highly dissatisfied and disappointed.

- Travel45126948478 (10/5): Restful and convenient stop on or trip. - Very clean. Great staff. Room was clean, fresh and all amenities stocked. Breakfast buffet was well stocked. Hot food good and waffles were excellent.

- bklynred (8/5): Decent stay - We have stayed here before and will stay here again when we visit family in Eden. We arrived a few days after an accumulation of snow. The driveway and parking lot, while cleared, still had quite a bit of snow and ice in the ground making it difficult to walk. Rooms are comfortable although pillows were a bit soft for us. Breakfast is good although not back to pre Covid choices. We were greeted but a front desk person who was friendly and helpful.
- Melanie (9/5): - Room size was huge Parking was ok.
- QIHANG (9/5): -
- Guest (9/5): -
- Charles (9/5): - Pet friendly, the exterior door by the stairs actually worked and locked like it is supposed to for safety
- R1196XXlindar (10/5): Excellent choice - This was my first visit to this hotel and it was a pleasant stay. Other hotels in the area are not up to their standard. The room was clean spacious and comfortable. The front desk personal were great. The breakfast was super. The food was of a wide selection and delicious. Coffee excellent. What else could you ask for
- Gerald (10/5): I look forward to returning there next year! - Great breakfast. Clean and well equipped workout room! Using the tv remote was a bit cumbersome.
- Kristy (9/5): -
- Scarlet (10/5): - Rooms were clean.
- Jeffrey (10/5): - Everyone was absolutely fantastic during our stay for the Bills game. We’d stay again our next trip to Buffalo

- Steve (10/5): -
- Elizabeth (8/5): - Friendly staff
- Lee (8/5): - Most area restaurants closed on Mondays. Had to drive 20 mins.
- Shawne L. (8/5): - Shower was never very hot. Room was ok. Breakfast had quite a few options.
- Devin (6/5): - In and out for a Bills game.
- Tricia (10/5): - It was a great stay, clean room, friendly staff and pet friendly!
- Patricia (10/5): - Very quiet rooms except for the noisy air conditioning unit. Why do most hotels have units that wake the dead? Couldn’t hear anything next door or in the hall.
Very clean, towels were nice and soft. Breakfast was standard Hampton Inn fare, which I am never a fan of. Price was high, but on par with other like hotels in the area. Bed was a bit soft, but okay.
I will use them again when I need a clean, decent place to stay!
- Heghine (10/5): - The cleanliness was the most impressive thing I’ve ever seen the beds and the bathrooms was amazing the served breakfast was so impressive too
- Ben (10/5): - An oasis in the middle of the highway desert. Great location. Easy on and off turnpike. Spendy but well worth the cost.
- Savanna (8/5): - Could have been cleaner but not too bad
- Karen (10/5): - Very clean hotel
- Rushelle (8/5): - Room was clean. Staffs were excellent only thing the carpet in hallway you can see the dirt. Overal experience 9.5/10.
Book the room
- drewtoo (8/5): Typical Hampton Inn. Overall clean. - Typical Hampton Inn. Price seemed a little high but guess typical for the area.
Overall clean room but carpet was sticky.
Bathroom sink clogged.
Beds comfortable.
Standard meh breakfast but hey, it's included.
I mentioned the floor and sink when checking out and they apologized and said points would be added to our account.
Front desk personnel were nice and helpful.
Will probably stay here in the future when visiting family.
- Robert (10/5): - clean friendly and convenient.
- Margaret (10/5): - Exhaust fan wasn’t working. Told staff after check out
- William (10/5): - great staff
- JANET (10/5): - Great staff! Wonderful breakfast
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Our stay at Hampton inn Hamburg NY was what a hotel stay should be.
- David (10/5): - Clean.
- Debra (10/5): Wonderful - Wonderful place to stay. The staff was wonderful and very accommodating to our needs and always so welcoming and asking about our trip. Breakfast was great as well and Michael was very helpful in giving us healthy options for breakfast. Would definitely recommend this hotel!!!!
- Pamela (8/5): -
- Aldo (10/5): -
- Cheryl (6/5): Room needed repair - Breakfast food and service was excellent. Staff was friendly. Our bathroom door kept sliding open and would not stay closed. Difficult for our family with a boy and girls. Also a fixture had fallen off the wall as well as the iron. They were both in the closet with the screws still sticking out. I reported this but got no response. When I checked out, they already knew about it. I don’t think they should have booked that room. I made my reservation months in advance.
- eddy j (6/5): - When we arrived the gentelman working the desk was great. My only complaint would be the hotel is dated and that our room did not have a tub.
- Alexa (10/5): - Everything was excellent.
- MissLoraLane (8/5): This is a good hotel in the area to stay at - We stayed for two nights in this hotel while in Buffalo. It was a good hotel because it was on the outskirts of buffalo and a suburb. There’s a lot of shopping around, like Walmart and target and ice cream places.
The hotel itself was great for a Hampton. It was clean, and comfortable. I will say the beds are a little bit too high, especially for me. I’m short so it’s hard to get up into the bed. Other than that everything was fantastic, and welcoming. If you’re Hilton member you get two free bottles of water per room. The breakfast was great there was two waffle machines one that made a big Belgian waffle and the other one that made for mini waffles. The hot items also rotated every day between different types of eggs, sausage, etc. There were no complaints at all. I would stay at this Hampton Inn again in the area.
- Jumercedes (10/5): - It is clean with nice comfortable room
- Susan (2/5): No Sleeping Allowed. - 1. Noisy upstairs & in hallways from 11-midnight.
2 Kids running around loudly each night & in the afternoons
3. Awakened by fire alarm in early am - then heard kids laughing & running
4. Housekeeping knocking on door at 8:45am to clean room
5. Food snack crumbs in hallway & toothbrush laying there- housekeeping seemed no to notice
6. Pillows were uncomfortable
I probably would not stay here again.
- Russell (10/5): Exceeded expectations - Clean! Friendly! Loved the bathroom and shower spaciousness.
We will return!
- Christopher (10/5): - Great pit stop on the way to Niagara and Boston
- Victor (5/5): Used to be a nice place but cost has gone up and condition of hotel has gone way down. Staff was friendly. - Location Condition of hotel, security and cost.
- 785mannyt (2/5): - I paid $369 for the room for tonight July 19th 2025 and just now checked in at the Hampton inn Hamburg- Buffalo NY and they gave the worse room with only a king size bed, I’m with my son and specifically requested a two bed room. The room is in the ground floor facing the highway and very noisy with the traffic, the only solution that the lady at the front desk gave me was a full refund and to go find another hotel at 10 at night with my 10 year old son after driving here 8 hours from NYC. Everything is totally unacceptable all the management at this hotel should be fired…
- bklynred (8/5): Been here before - Stayed overnight for the third or fourth time here as it is close to relatives we were visiting. Rooms are comfortable but walls are indeed thin. We could hear the tv and conversations in the rooms on either side of us. Front desk staff are friendly and accommodating. One elevator was out so we got in the other and quickly but briefly got stuck. Staff was very apologetic but that left us having to walk up to the third floor with our luggage.
Breakfast is always good there. Good selections and plenty available. Coffee and flavored water available all day and evening.
- Jason (10/5): Great hotel in Hamburg - Room was great, AC worked really well during the 90+ degree weather. The staff was very friendly and the cleaning staff were all local folks. If ya know what I mean. Nice breakfast area, that we used as an after party spot when we were coming back from the local Macedonian Festival. Only negative, one elevator was down..stopped running when we were in it! :) Will definitely stay again next year!
- Tracy (10/5): - Hotel was very clean, comfortable and a pleasure to stay at.
- angela (8/5): - Pros… it was very clean . The staff were very friendly . The hot breakfast was very good
Cons… the guests in the next room had a child that was up all night banging on the wall, jumping on the bed
- Moore (8/5): I will book another stay at this hotel if I'm enter in the area again. - The breakfast was good, clean, staff was available. The towels at the pool were so small.
- Owlwise44 (6/5): OK to stay - The hotel accommodations are adequate, but the walls in the rooms are quite thin, making it easy to hear noise from neighboring rooms. The quality of the food is typical for a hotel, but it may not meet everyone's expectations. Additionally, the pillows in the rooms could benefit from replacement to enhance guest comfort.
- Devlina (8/5): Very good -
- stephen (8/5): - Staff is great. Buffet is excellent for the price of the room. Only complaints not enough drawer space for clothes and no cups for the bathroom. Repeat customer overall 4 stars
- Cheryl (10/5): - Quiet and comfortable
- William (8/5): - We only stayed 1 night. We were in town for a baseball tournament. I will point out that I was appreciative of the security. The employee working the front desk on 6/28, night shift did her job. The gentleman that checked me in . Very knowledgeable of the hotel business and gave me all the information I needed. The staff at this Hampton inn Hamburg ny location is awesome. Please note, when you have awesome staff. You have good management behind them. Thank you.
- Spencer (6/5): Room Service issue - Overall we were happy with our stay except for the room service. This was a 5 day stay for a funeral for a relative. The first morning the towels were changed and garbage removed. No service was provided and we were left with overflowing garbage and wet towels. Each night we returned late as we had to make arrangements. When I talked to the night clerk she said we had to request service. When I told her there was no sign in the bathroom to let us know. She replied that it was on their website No apology and a maid never entered our room At first I thought I had left the do not disturb sign on door but the second morning I made sure I removed it and the rooms on either side of us were being cleaned when we left. The night clerk did give me clean towels. It would seem like a simple thing to have a small notice in the room to inform like every other hotel does since the pandemic. I guess I will need to read the entire website or just use a more user-friendly place. We have liked the Hampton Inn and this may just the Buffalo hotels policy
- Shemtov (8/5): - price too high
- Alison (10/5): Exceptional -
- Elisabeth (8/5): Very good -
- Ginger (10/5): - Awesome
- Cynthia (10/5): - I loved the freshness of the room. That it was clean and close to the concert venue. Made it easier to get around the area.
- Jared (2/5): - No room available to stay
- West (8/5): Great location - friendly staff - but weird bath door - We found this place shortly after Covid short staffing made us abandon the place we'd stayed at previously.
Breakfast location was fantastic. The breakfast room was very spacious and never felt packed even when there were quite a few people in it. Continental breakfast was fairly standard, was very well maintained and had a nice variety of foods. Hot food choices changed daily, which was nice as we stayed four nights. Always a variation on eggs and breakfast meats. Also oatmeal, a couple of waffle stations, variety of drinks, sometimes freshly made biscuits. Please tip the staff.
Available hot water, tea, coffee and hot cocoa 24/7 (or at least every time I went to look for it).
Staff were consistently informative and friendly.
Elevators were quick.
A well-stocked convenience store/gas station is also immediately next door. My one complaint - and sorry to devote so much to this, as it's may appear to be a strange thing to focus on - but the "door" to the bathroom isn't a door that closes. It's a sliding barn-style door on runners. The bathroom is adjacent to the closet - so when one is open, the other is closed.
It's just a poor choice. It means that from within the bathroom you can always lean in and see part of the room through a ~3" or 4" bottom-to-top gap all the way around the panel - from the room you can lean in and see the mirror in the bathroom, and into the clear glass shower.
Of course if you're sharing a room, the assumption is that you don't have many secrets from the person who can hear every noise you make in there, right?
The door in our room needed adjustment, as it wouldn't stay closed. You roll it across the doorway, then hop in the shower or sit down for a deep think, only to have it decide it really wanted to protect the modesty of your clothing in the closet. Trading one multi-purpose door instead of two single purpose doors, and not blocking the room entry door - which I suspect was the reason behind this strange choice. It made sense, so someone leaving the bathroom didn't walk into an open closet door, It may have seemed innovative at one time, but not for those who can't use the toilet if someone else can hear, or who don't want to risk waking someone up with a flush, a more standard room configuration might have been a better option.
- Beth (10/5): Exceptional -
- Heather (3/5): Poor -
- Yvonne (8/5): - Beautiful but only there from 6 to 6.
- Ellery (4/5): - Room was not clean!
- John (10/5): Exceptional - it was awesome saved alot of money. with breakfast.
- Pamela (10/5): - Our family had a very nice stay. Quiet, comfortable and a great breakfast! Friendly staff. We have stayed at this hotel for the past 5 yrs.
- Terrell (10/5): - Nice and clean
- Jacqueline (10/5): - Great stay.
- Michael (10/5): - Staff was very friendly and accommodating
- chong (2/5): - There were ants all over the floor. When we notified the staff, they offer bug spray. We had to insist on room change. We checked out early instead.
- Shirley (10/5): - Very clean and rooms are nice and modern . We felt comfortable and safe . It seemed expensive for the area but we were glad to have a comfortable spot to spend the night . Staff were very friendly ,
- Christopher (8/5): - Hot water could have been hotter and a little more parking spots otherwise, excellent start and stay staff and super clean
- James (10/5): - Very clean, friendly staff and accommodation for family gatherings.
- Deborah (10/5): - Clean comfortable accommodation.
- Ron (10/5): Exceptional -
- Verified traveler (6/5): Not great - Got the same hotel room as we did three years ago, and apparently they did not fix the massive chunk of wood missing from the door frame where the lock sits.
The bed was made on top nice and neatly but once you pull back the covers, it was a complete mess and quite honestly, I was not sure if it was slept in or not.
Seems like customer service no longer exist!
- April (10/5): April - Enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Check-in was quick and easy. Staff were friendly. The hotel is very clean. Loved the flowers on the tables in the breakfast area. Enjoyed the pool; it was a perfect temperature.
- Jeanna (7/5): Decent hotel. Likely to book again for the price - Convenient location. Clean Bathroom sink clogged. Broken wall decor piece. Side entrance that was "locked at all times for security" wasn't locked (depending on which way you turned the handle it would stick and allow the door to keep opening without a key)
- John (10/5): - Staff were friendly and happy to do their jobs
