• MARINE (7/5): Parfait pour les petits budgets - Le personnel est très agréable et serviable. Les massages dans le service Spa. Les groupes de jeunes qui font le bazard toutes les nuits dans les couloirs. Le petit déjeuner n'étais pas de qualité et moi qui suis intolérante au gluten je n'avais aucune alternative.

• CLAUDETTE (10/5): - Nous avons adoré l'hôtel avec ma collègue et ses enfants. Tout le monde est très sympa. Les chambres sont très belles et propres avec toujours un décor différent sur le lit quand nous rentrons le soir. Le petit déjeuner est bien fourni. Le personnel toujours au petit soin pour nous. L'hôtel est un peu loin du centre mais nous aimons marcher et nous avons pu découvrir d'autres endroits de Marrakech.

Breakfast was decent for the money paid. Don't have any complaints really. Hotel was close to the L16 bus stop, which gets you to Jemaa el-fnaa square. Takeaways and shops located close by, which was really useful. Would stay again!

• Nada (8/5): - The hotel is very comfortable and clean. The staff are really helpful and kind. The rooms are big and ours had a a little nice terrace. The breakfast is yummy and diverse. The hotel is near a hospital which made it very easy to find taxis and to tell taxis the location. Nothing not to like. One little thing that they have only one lift and one afternoon it wasn't working so that was not pleasant with a toddler and a buggy but that is only luck I guess.

Sconsiglio vivamente - -Pavimento sporco -Bagno allagato, abbiamo segnalato la questione più volte, ci hanno detto che sarebbero passati a pulire ma non l’hanno mai fatto. Con due bambini la questione era proprio ingestibile. -Presenti solo due asciugami, uno piccolo e uno grande, per noi che eravamo in 4. Abbiamo dovuto reclamare per 3 volte affinché ce ne forniscano altri, alla fine ce ne hanno dato solo uno. Ovviamente messi malissimo, datati, ormai erano grigi, altro che bianchi! -Staff inizialmente sembrava essere cordiale, poi appena abbiamo soggiornato tutti si sono dimostrati bruschi, scocciati ad ogni nostra piccola richiesta. -La luce in bagno era praticamente inesistente. -Acqua fredda o leggermente tiepida. -Mancavano 3 lampadine in tutta la stanza, l’entrata completamente al buio.

• segura (10/5): - Habitación amplia con muy buena ubicación. Camas grandes cómodas y con un baño amplio.El persona del hotel servicial y muy amable son encantadores. Estaban en Ramadán y el desayuno te lo llevaban a la habitación, pero al quejarnos tomaron medidas y lo pusieron en el buffet. Que al estar en Ramadán no avisaron de que restaurante y piscina estaban cerrados y que tampoco había hamman.( Solo por qué están en Ramadán) Los zumos del buffet no eran naturales. La terraza de la habitación no la limpian y tenía bastante polvo no podías comer en el mesa de la terraza.

Desayunamos en una mesa sin mantel y el desayuno no era variado. Un plato preparado, el mismo los tres primeros días, y sin café. Y porque pedímos té, sino tampoco, solo zumo de naranja. El plato llevaba un tazón de sopa q no nos gustó y pedimos q nos pusieran otra cosa en vez de eso...y nada, traían lo mismo. El ultimo día abrieron una sala. Con buffet, mejor porque había algo más de variedad pero insuficiente. Después la ducha no tragaba y por el lateral tb salía agua...así q cada vez q nos duchamos el suelo del baño lleno de agua, y el váter tampoco tragaba bien, lo dijimos en recepción pero nada...la parte de fuera del hotel muy dejada...y la piscina q aparece en el anuncio...no la vimos
