- Gema (1/5): Decepción total - La ubicación Mi estancia en este hotel está siendo una decepción tras otra. No lo recomiendo en absoluto por los siguientes motivos: Pésimo mantenimiento y limpieza: Como se ve en las fotos, la habitación está en un estado lamentable. Muebles rotos con el aglomerado a la vista, el sillón visiblemente manchado y sucio, y el espejo del baño totalmente oxidado. Hasta las botellas de cortesía están deformadas y tienen las etiquetas rotas. Una imagen de dejadez absoluta. Además, los cortinones están sucios, lo que remata la sensación de falta de limpieza. Imposible descansar: Nos asignaron el primer piso por lo que pedimos cambio a una planta más alta por las obras de la calle (que me causaron mucha alergia) y el ruido y con cama de matrimonio pero nos dijeron que no es posible porque el hotel está lleno. Ni siquiera se ofrecieron a juntarlas, algo básico en cualquier hotel. Al estar tan abajo, el estruendo de la música nocturna se oye muchísimo dentro de la habitación. Además, el horario del desayuno es muy justo (solo hasta las 10:00). Instalaciones incómodas: La cortina de plástico de la ducha resulta muy incómoda y poco higiénica. Problema de privacidad y luz: Al estar en un primer piso, es inaceptable que solo tengan cortinas opacas (blackout). Durante el día no puedes abrirlas porque te ven directamente desde la calle, pero si las cierras te quedas totalmente a oscuras. No tienen las típicas cortinas finas que dejan pasar la luz manteniendo la privacidad, algo básico en cualquier hotel. Conclusión: Una gestión muy pobre, instalaciones descuidadas y ninguna orientación al bienestar del huésped. No volveré ni recomiendo a nadie que venga.

- Silvana (10/5): - El hotel era muy lundo y comodo me hubiera gustado q estuviera en Benidor la playa del Levante ...y lo unico q habis muchos jubilados porq fui en octubre como si fuera en marzo a mar del plata pero me gudyo !! Muy recomendable ...el personal muy amoroso La ubicacion en cto a la zona hubiera preferido la playa del Levante

- Fabio (5/5): - Localização Unica coisa apontar é que 1 criança de 6 anos paga o mesmo como adulto para comer e dormir, quando a volta deste hotel existe varios que é gratis a estadia da criança quanto mais comer pelo valor de 1 adulto , deixa muito a desejar ainda mais que a 3 anos seguidos costumo ficar neste hotel e este ano reparei que o comer esta perder qualidades

Staff were mostly very friendly and professional. The breakfast leaves a lot to be desired. It is mainly catering for Spanish people which is not a problem if you are made aware of this when making the booking.

- Colin (8/5): Good hotel in a great location for the old town. - Great location just to the Poniente beach side of the old town. The lady on reception was very helpful, the room was attractive with comfortable bed, good shower with plenty of hot water, good breakfast with lots of choice, overall we were very happy with the hotel. The parking was full but we were able to park a short walk away. No real negatives, but British guests will do better here if they can understand a few words of Spanish language as this is a smallish hotel and unlike the big faceless multi-national hotels it is staffed with mainly Spanish speaking personnel.

The receptionist was extremely helpful and spoke some English, which I appreciated. The hotel was well located, close to the beachfront. I was unwell, so spent the early evening in bed. I found it quite noisy, with doors banging and a lady in high heels walking around in the room above.
