- Harmony (8/5): Great location and people - The staff was very nice and helpful. The location is excellent, and the hotel was very clean. You have to take 2 separate elevators whenever you come in. One to the lobby then another to your floor. The housekeeping staff did not clean 1 night. They said they two to get to rooms but aren't always able to unless you explicitly request it. That's not mentioned at all. The iron was broken and we got another that worked slightly better. They are not very quick to respond to requests ( new towels, iron, etc)

- Nora (8/5): - The hotel staff was very accommodating and always provided service with a smile. Although the restaurant in the lobby was under renovation and had a limited menu the food was so flavorful and good. You won't be disappointed. The location was the best!

- Ed (9/5): Great! - good location the staff was exceptional. Interesting there was not a business center at least that I could find. Not such a bad thing though kept me from working. Loved it would probably come back if it weren't for the military and national guard presence. That was unnecessarily confronting and seemed to serve no purpose other than intimidation and buffoonery. Felt sorry for the soldiers. Free drinks and live blues in the lobby :)

- MOONJUNG (4/5): Disappointing river view - I had a trip to D.C. to celebrate my 9-year-old son's birthday. Overall, the hotel is in a good location. You get to enjoy the Wharf well. The facility looked nice and clean as well. I am giving only two stars for the following three reasons: 1. The river view is not exactly a view of a river (see pictures). It is very similar to what is shown in the picture for the Marina view rooms on the reservation page, which is cheaper. I paid extra to get a river view room to make my son's birthday extra special, but we were definitely disappointed, and I don't think it's worth the price. I complained about this to the front desk staff - they were not very friendly about this matter and said the room I got was indeed a river view, and I should have gotten a "river front view" to have a view of the river directly in front of the room. A more honest picture of the view from a room would have been helpful. 2. Valet parking is short-staffed. The hotel is located directly above Public Parking Garage 1. We tried to do valet parking, which included in-and-out privileges, but the wait was too long, so I went ahead and self-parked in the garage, which does not have in-and-out privileges. 3. The card key access on the door from the courtyard to the inside was broken. We could have locked ourselves out, but my clever son suggested that one person should stay inside in case we can't come back in. There was no warning sign about it on the door from the inside.

My husband and I were celebrating our anniversary and they gave us a complimentary bottle of wine When we needed extra time to checkout, they gladly extended to it. I also like how you can text at anytime and someone will respond.

- Florence (10/5): Beautiful hotel with a beautiful and kind staff who helped to keep the weekend relaxing. - The room decor was beautiful! I was provided a suite, and additional pillows. The hall and room smelled calm like eucalyptus or lavender. The shower was exceptional and massaging, and the water temperature made it hard to leave. The room was very clean! The staff were friendly and fun, and knowledgeable about the activities/climate in DC. There was nothing wrong with my stay other than the price. But who wouldn't prefer a cheaper hotel rate?!? Also, the only think I would have liked more was a direct view of the river.

- Joshua (10/5): Great location with amazing restaurants nearby - The hotel location was great. We were in town for a concert two blocks away and had a corner room with a view. The hotel was undergoing renovations and there were some issues with hot water but the hotel went above and beyond to make it right with us. Valet parking was a little high but you are paying for the convenience. There are several great restaurants and The Anthem is a block away. Will definitely stay here in the future.

- Jordan (8/5): - Great stay overall. Very clean room. The only thing is that I wish it was told to me before it was about the incidental fees, which are seventy five dollars per day. And they do not own the parking lot, so you'll have to find parking somewhere else. Unless you want to pay sixty dollars a night
- Karen (8/5): Excellent location within walking distance of many restaurant and the Anthem. - Excellent location within walking distance of restaurants and the Anthem. Gym was very well equipped and I felt safe enough to go for a morning run on the Wharf. No pool/hot tub
- Rachelle (4/5): - The first picture you see is the nice picture showing the fire pit which was the deciding factor between this hotel and others. So we really only choose to is hotel for the fire pit on the roof top only. And to Check in and be told that “oh we don’t have the fire pits” was very disappointing on so many levels. 1, the rate was much higher than other hotels around so I’m think okay well they have more amenities so we don’t mind paying a little more to get what we wanted and don’t let me get started on the “queen beds” which seem to be more like a twin bed.
