- Larry (10/5): - I used to stay at the more expensive hotels in the near area, but they have started adding extra fees like parking and I decided to try this hotel to see what it is like. I was very impressed and will stay here again when I am in the area on business.
- Tom (6/5): - Fine hotel, good breakfast. We wanted to swim and use the hot tub but there were kids in there for several hours. Hotels should have a one- or two-hour adults-only period or they will never get to use a service we pay for with hopes to use. I am glad kids get to swim and enjoy, but when they dominate it for 6 hours or more, it’s unfair to others. The staff didn’t care at all. They seemed bored. The breakfast folks were very polite, efficient and pleasant. They deserve raises.

Exercise room was small. Only had 1 of each option. So you couldn’t bike or walk at the same time with someone. Hot tub was hot but jets broken and this was why we booked here. Disappointed, wasn’t on website as an issue. The room was very large; we had the King with sleeper sofa and the mattress was too thin! You could feel all the bars painfully so.

- Robert (4/5): - While not intending to be overly critical, it is reasonable to assume that guests, particularly those staying at a hotel chain of this caliber, anticipate amenities such as a satisfactory breakfast, a well-maintained pool, and, in many cases, a functional jetted hot tub. During this three-night stay, these expectations were not met. Upon arrival, a notice indicated that the hot tub jets were non-operational. It would have been beneficial to have been informed of this issue during the initial inquiry regarding pool area hours at the front desk. The response received indicated the issue had been ongoing with no estimated resolution timeline. This situation is disappointing, as the availability of a functioning hot tub is a significant factor in enhancing the guest experience. No compensation was offered, nor necessarily one that I could think of for this type of disappointment. Breakfast was pleasant, and the rooms and property seemed safe and clean. Again, I was just so disappointed by the hot tub situation. If this is an amenity that is a must for you, you might want to contact the property ahead of booking, as there are plenty of other hotels of this caliber nearby
- James (6/5): - The rooms are advertised as suites but, there are not. The room was nice size with 2 full size beds. There is a sitting area with a small sectional. The sleeping and sitting areas are separated by a wall approximately 4-5 feet high thus, there is no privacy at all. There is only one TV, positioned where it can be viewed from either bed and from the sitting area. The breakfast was very good and the staff was highly professional. Lastly, the property appears to be relatively new but, the furniture looked to be second hand.

Breakfast was 1-star at best - we chose Summer Kitchen Nextdoor. This location is very disappointing. The grandchildren asked if we could change hotels.

Also, loved how close it was to the Zoo as well as the shopping and food areas near the hotel. Would definitely stay here again.

- Nicholas (8/5): - The beds were some of the best I've ever slept in, and the staff was second-to-none. Great dining options as well. When I visited on this particular day, the hot tub heater was out, so we couldn't really try it out. The pool was good (and surprisingly warm), however it was smaller than it appeared in the photos. Overall a great stay, but I would say that the price was rather high for what we got; by comparison, the Omaha Marriot Downtown has more amenities and a nicer atmosphere than Comfort Suites for about the same or slightly more money (depending on the day; Comfort appears to jack up their prices by almost three-fold on the busiest weekends, whereas other days it's much cheaper).

Breakfast was great (eggs, sausage, waffles etc.). The hot tub was out of order while we were there. The heated pool was nice but semi warm. Overall a fantastic hotel.

- Russell (6/5): - Walked in and immediately saw a sign that said HOTTUB HEATER BROKEN on the front counter. Said something thing to the effect of “That’s disappointing, that was one of the perks that brought us to this hotel”. The gal at the front counter responded with “If you’re disappointed, I can offer you a free cancellation”. I didn’t ask for a discount or reparations, but I thought that this response was a bit inappropriate. Otherwise, the hotel was just OK. Expected better considering its high ratings on Expedia. It was clean, but felt like it had been remodeled by the cheapest contractor they could find. The shower floor felt like it was going to cave in at any second. Lots of holes/blemishes/Etc in the walls. Not terrible for a budget hotel, just not as nice as we were expecting, given the location, reviews, and pictures on the website. The breakfast was very good

- Josh (2/5): - When we checked in the person at the front desk was very nice. We decided to go down to the pool and there was music blaring cussing and people drinking alcohol. We left the pool area because of the vulgar language and the vulgar music. When I brought it up to the person I work the next morning it might have been the manager she could care less. She told me to next time bring it up to the person that's working. Normally I would do that but you could hear the music in the lobby from the pool area. It should have been taken care of without anybody reporting it. The bathtub was dirty there was rappers in the drawer to the nightstand. We have stayed here several times at least a couple times a year and this is the worst experience I've ever had there. I will not be back

- Verified traveler (2/5): Indoor pool - There were about 10 kids jumping into the pool, screaming at the top of their lungs and they were in there up until 10 pm. The front desk lady did not say anything to them. There should at least be an hour at the end of the night just for adults if they are not going enforce the rules that they printed and taped up on the doors. I’m pretty bummed out that I could barely use the amenities that I paid for.
