• Vincenzo (10/5): Incredible stay-on-the-beach hotel. - Incredible location, one of the only hotels with a balcony literally ON the beach. Super comfortable room despite being not super new. Very very clean, the staff is super friendly, Aileen and Ton (sorry for not remembering the other names) made us feel like home. Food at the restaurant is good, cheap and it has a lot of dishes.. at least 20. Strongly recommended. Nothing, absolutely beautiful

Additionally, there is a slight electrical sensation when the shower head is touched. The blanket provided was quite thin, comparable to a flat sheet.

The room was comfortable, clean and had what we needed. The breakfast needs to be improved to make it feel like you are receiving value for money. A good breakfast would also encourage you to eat more often at the resort.

• Costakis (9/5): Would definitely choose it to stay again - 1. The location. At the end of the (very easy to walk) bay. 2. Absolutely loved the view from the room (king room) 3. THE VIEW 1. There is a water dispenser in the corridor instead of bottles in the room. Although I liked the fact that this means less plastic bottles, it would be better if a (glass) water bottle is also provided in the rooms instead of just glasses. 2. Not a big issue but like everywhere in the Philippines they like their aircon at max. I came back after the room was cleaned and had switch off the aircon and open the windows and door to let the temperature return from polar to normal.

• Sebastian (5/5): Worth staying for the stunning view and location, but at the expense of comfort.” - We stayed at Blue Waves for 7 nights. The location is truly exceptional — Station 1 is definitely a much better choice than Station 2. The staff were very kind, friendly, and always helpful. The hotel restaurant served tasty food, and having breakfast on the balcony under palm trees with a beautiful beach view was an amazing experience. Unfortunately, there were some significant downsides. During our stay, there were frequent power outages. The hotel does have a generator, but it was used very sparingly. After running all night, it was often turned off with the explanation that “the generator needs to rest,” which is difficult to understand, as such equipment is designed for continuous operation. On one night, the generator did not work at all, meaning no air conditioning — the heat made it impossible to sleep. The air conditioning itself was also quite noisy, although after two nights you do get used to it. Another downside is the very small room size. If you are traveling with suitcases, it is not possible to open two suitcases at the same time due to the lack of space.

The room is clean, spacious and has complete toilettries and has a balcony with see view in station 1. There was a black out when we get there and the place doesn't have generator. The beach house is next to Crimson hotel so if there is an event, we can hear it from our room aloud. regardless we have a wonderful stay and definitely come back.

• Michael (10/5): Authentic Philippine beach experience - Location! Location! Location! A very quaint hotel. Only three rooms. Terrific restaurant with good food at great prices. Free breakfast option is nice at this price. If you want an authentic beach vibe, this is it.

Trotz mehrmaligem Nachfragen erhielten wir weder das Geld retour noch eine Antwort von diesem Resort. 3 Nächte bezahlt - kein Geld retour bekommen.

• PAUL (5/5): Disappointing - Location. Filipino Breakfast. Staff. View. Take an E tricycle towards Station 1; stop when you see the blue canou; there is a sign for Blue Wave where a lane way is; then walk a few minutes on the beach. The room was very disappointing. We stayed during July in Level 2, seaview room. Sliding balcony door extremely hard to open & close; also, no exterior handle. Front door was also difficult to open. AC unit fell off its mount; a few hours to fix. Much water leaked via door frames & ceiling during heavy rain. Ants were an issue. Double size bed was tiny & very uncomfortable. The pillows were old and stank of body odour. Housekeeping repeatedly turned AC off after cleaning the room; upon our return, it took an hour to cool the room. The western food is appalling. AC very noisy. Wind and noise coming thru the unsealed front door.

View is spectacular. Staff are absolutely lovely and could not be more helpful. Ask them to organise your transfer. You have to walk a few minutes down the beach with your luggage and the transfer they organise will have someone carry your bags. Bed was super comfortable. Bathroom is lovely with hot water and good pressure. Station 1 was also quieter than 2 & 3. The only problem you will have is that you won’t want to leave. Nothing

The Happy hour and the food were just amazing. Very secluded, very private, with own entrance to the room, away from the noise and yet close to city, activities, restaurants and souvenir shops! The place doesn’t offer sun chairs/hammock! Something to thing about it.

Since the room is really comfortable for two, the size is such a luxury for a solo traveler like me. The safety box is also very useful and provided peace of mind. Hairdryer is available, yay! The cafe below the room serves amazing food (just not the coffee and shakes- check out my review on that ;)) Yes, no second thoughts on staying here again. The reception staff Chris is very professional, helpful and efficient. The bed is not as comfortable as I have like it to be, a bit sore on the shoulder in the morning but that’s just me - I sleep on my side so needed more cushioning. The bed frame is solid it’s just the mattress has no topper on it. Notes, wasn’t an issue for me -Shower pressure is quite low but it’s not a 5 star hotel so just get on with it :))

Though it has no direct access to the main road, you have to walk like 4 minutes to avail public vehicles going to station 2. This beach house is very much ideal for people wanting to have peaceful less mainstream vacation on station 1. Staff 10/10: Staffs were very responsive on booking . Com chat inquiry. Upon arrival they are very warm, friendly and kind. As per my most recent stay, it was Ms Kris who happens to be assisting me for the duration of my stay, truly provided an excellent customer service. Facilities 10/10: the best feature is the balcony with beachfront view. Breakfast is okey. They have an eatery / cafe / restaurant downstairs Comfort 10/10: cozy room complete with almost everything I need. For suggestion, adding a thicker blanket / comforter would add as a plus. Though Ms Kris provided me an additional blanket upon my request. WiFi 10/10: strong wifi signal Cleanliness 10/10: room, bathroom, everything is clean. Value for money 10/10: affordable and worth it with its location, beachfront balcony, comfortable room and great staffs I liked everything, all of my experience here were all positive.

• Rakesh (9/5): An absolute Gem in the White Beach - If you are looking to stay at the white beach and not interested in the mainstream resorts, this is the perfect place. The location is among the best along the white beach, station 1. This hotel is probably located in one the cleanest and best stretches of White beach. The rooms are like cabins with just enough space for 2. The beds are comfortable. The staff are super friendly. The view is something you will absolutely love and this part of the white beach if away from the crowd, so one can have a relaxing time. The food is delicious. Rooms need some maintenance. Our bathroom slide door was broken

• Ryan (10/5): Loved it. - It was a budget friendly price but the view was amazing and the room was comfortable. It felt like visiting family. It was in the middle of luxury hotels, so a spa day at Terra Wellness was right next door without paying the Discovery Shore price. It was a quiet sort with an amassing view of the sunset and only a 15-20 minute hook to D-mall via teach front of you wanted more action. Our fridge wasn't turned on at the time, but we thankfully didn't need it. It was our anniversary and they went above and beyond and surprised it's with balloons and a banner, along with swan towels surrounded by flower petals. The fridge wasn't on.

• Darwin (10/5): Exceptional - Location was awesome. Right if front of the white sands and blue waters. If you prefer peace, quiet and relaxation, this is the place to be. Contrary to station 2 that's the center of parties, activities and establishments, this place is one of the best. We also booked a room in Henann but we appreciate our stay here better since you're literally are 10 steps away from the beach :) Not that many food options. You need to go to station 2 to get great choices. Meal orders are only until 7 PM which is kinda sad, especially for those people who work at night and brought our work with us.

• Sarah-jane (9/5): Relaxed stay with beach views - The fact that the view literally looks onto the beach was a massive plus for us! The value for money is undeniable. Breakfast was good (especially the pancakes) and the staff were friendly. I would stay here again if I came back to Boracay! I would have liked the room to be cleaned once a day due to sand etc from the beach. Obviously not having a way to get directly to the road can be annoying but totally worth the location and price you pay to stay here.

• Julienne (5/5): cheapest you can find at station 1. - the beach view and literally at your doorstep. location is at station 1, however this is situated right next to Kasbar which was noisy at night. i was looking for a more private and less quiet feeling at station 1. I guess one should really pay big bucks to get that.
• Sean (10/5): Exceptional - Great location on the western end of Boracay's white beach far away from D'Mall (but still walkable). Good free breakfast choices and comfortable rooms with good AC. Three or four restaurants close by, and many restaurants and store about 10-15 mins walk. Perfect waterfront location with excellent beach. Very nice staff who was easy to work with. We would definitely stay here again! Shower water sometimes ran out for a few seconds, then started back again. Bar next door is sometimes a little loud.
• Jon (10/5): If I'm ever back to Boracay this is where I would stay - This hotel made my first time visit to Boracay a very pleasurable experience. And after walking up and down the beach many times I was very happy with my selection.
• Verified traveler (10/5): - I liked how close it was to the beach. When the saying goes stones throw away. It really is. The people were very nice and accommodating. The inly thing that was missing but it was very minor was a closet. It wasn't a big deal because most of my clothes where for summer.

The only thing that I didn't like is they are not clear about the room because I book the one that says superior with view but it didn't really exist also they don't have the view or balcony like the one in the picture. The service and cleanliness is great. We had a great stay. They have a small restaurant called the beach bites. It had a very nice view of the beach with bamboo walls. The only thing that you have to beware of is you have to carry your luggage like 600m long because they don't have access to the main road. The small alley to the main road is smelly.
• LIANG SHANG (2/5): 房間不怎麼大, 就算海景房空著也不讓你換房. - 圖片上顯示是海景房, 也沒標示要選有海景或無海景房, 所以以為自己訂的是海景房, 入住後居然是無海景的房間, 有被欺騙的感覺. 向 Hotels.com 反應也無效. 標示為加大雙人床, 但實際上床寬約為140公分左右, 比標準雙人床還小. 從馬路到飯店有一段路, 須走小巷, 沙灘, 拖行李有困難, 一定要事先聯絡好飯店請人幫忙處理.
• Verified traveler (8/5): - Great beachfront location on the more quiet end of White Beach at Station 1. Easy check-in, beach towels provided. Room was very neat and clean upon check-in. Mild toilet smell in the bathroom from the sink when water was running.
