- Buddhini (6/5): Pleasant - I like the cleanliness of the room. And I like the location of the hotel. It's a bit far from the city area.. I didn't like the fact it didn't have any breakfast options. There isn't a good restaurant nearby so I was struggling. Also the staff communication isn't that clear. They are not that welcoming or helpful. I literally had to ask questions to get information. Also I have to kept MYR 50 security deposit which I knew when I came there. It's refundable deposit but they should have told it to me in advance.

Both receptionist staffs at night n morning were helpful eventho their internet was down n they cant seem to check if i had made the payment via booking.com . Hotel is very near to the legoland. Thats a plus. Overall we are well rested. Thank u Natura hotel No tv channels to watch for my kids. No wifi. Have to pay for tourism fee twice. Via booking.com and also at the hotel. But it's just 10ringgit. Not a big deal for me. The room have a very funky smelly stench.

- Hemah (6/5): For the rate i paid, i expected it to be squeaky clean. Not worth the price. - The deco at the lift area is instaworthy. 1. The sliding door in the shower was not properly cleaned. 2. The glass shelf above the sink is about to break and fall as the rod holding it got rusty. We had to be extra cautious cause we didnt want to end up paying penalty for that. 3. Only 1 small shower gel bottle and 1 shampoo was provided for the two of us for the whole 3 days 2 nights stay. 4. No privacy, we noticed the top part of the curtain was not fully covered and there is CCTV from the outside. 5. The iron and the board has to be shared and the board was super dirty. 6. One of the towel provided was torn.

My room didn't have any windows or source of natural light which is my biggest problem. Other rooms seemed to have windows but mine didn't, I would appreciate if they atleast tell you before u book which rooms have windows or not.

In actual fact i did only stay for 4 hours there, on 28 Dec from 7am to 1pm. I was very upset.

- Shaharum (8/5): There are plenty of good reasons to return - Keep coming back to the same property, I'm pretty sure it is for a very good reason. A warm welcome by friendly security officer and reception. A walking distance to a few eateries serving local breakfast, lunch, dinner and supper, 24 hr coin laundry and convenience stores. Clean, comfort and peaceful room. Tea kits, 2 bottles of water and daily housekeeping are a few good reasons to feel at home after a long day at work. Highly recommended to others on business or leisure alike.
