Indicaciones por parte de la recepción respecto al acceso y contacto inmediato 24 horas. También es de agradecer que eramos tres adultos y nos facilitaron una cama plegable. Recomendable alojamiento.

(10/5): Uns apartaments genials. - Ens ha agradat tot,: el tracte del personal de Youropo, en especial d'en Pedro, que ha estat pendent de nosaltres durant tota l'estada i ens ha ajudat en tot el que li hem demanat, fins i tot temes de parquing i de bus turístic. Els seus companys també, sempre responia algú. Són unes persones encantadores i molt amables. La ubicació és genial, una zona molt animada i cèntrica. Al tancar les finestres no es sent res, està molt ben insonoritzat, i tampoc entra gens de llum al tancar els porticons. Electrodomèstics de gama alta, no hi falta detall. Em va sorprendre que no té aire condicionat però un cop allà, realment no hi fa falta, hi ha un ventilador gran i qüasi no ens calia engegar-lo. La neteja de tot. Al preu pagat hi entra la neteja diària si es demana per WhatsApp, si no la demanes no venen. Està tot en un sol ambient, l'habitació está integrada en la sala d'estar i cuina, és tal i com es veu a les fotos. El llit supletori pel nen era còmode. Per dir alguna cosa, que no tenia ascensor, però nosaltres estavem a la primera planta i no ens feia falta. Realment un lloc per tornar.

• SILVIA (8/5): - Apartamento muy limpio , la ubicación perfecta y muy pendientes de si necesitamos alguna cosa . No tiene aire acondicionado , pocos armarios y las almohadas para nuestro gusto muy blandas y el colchón se unde en el centro .

Detalloso como el café, agua, plancha, pastillas de lavadora,… Apartamento recomendable 100%. Nada, pero por poner algo. Aire acondicionado para los días de calor. Si hay un gran ventilador. Un armario pues solo había un hueco que ya tenía el tendedero metido y otras cosas, y unos soportes de maletas para poder abrirlas. Ya que ni había armario suficiente ni había soportes de maletas. Pero vamos, son cosas subsanables que no empeñan el magnífico apartamento q es. Volvería sin duda.

Had everything you could want and is super comfortable. Hosts were very accommodating and helped us find parking close by that was reasonable. Try the ice cream shop and cod potato in the restaurants below. Would give them 6 stars if I could.

• Colleen (8/5): Great place to stay - Great apartment, super clean and well equipped. It is located in a fun neighbourhood near Tower of Clerics with lots of stuff going on. Only downside was outside overnight noise due to its central location needing windows open to manage heat.

Parking was available but the process for picking up the key is cumbersome and the location requires a steep uphill walk to the apartment which is difficult with luggage. (However, staff gave us assistance with offloading luggage on site so worked out ok.)

• Ladawn (10/5): Exceptional - Fantastic location next to Clérigos tower. Tram stop right in front. Livraria Lello is so close you can actually see the top off it from the windows. Gelato right outside your door. Large windows to balcony that can be opened or shuttered to block out light. Great space and equipped kitchen. Washer and dryer combo. Great communication Staff checked in via app multiple times to make sure we didn't need anything Not an issue for us....just FYI it can get noisy Friday and Saturday nights in front of the building. Nothing bad just people having fun. Might need earplugs if you are a light sleeper

Decoration, cleanliness, cooking utensils all way above average. But up and above all, the staff are just fantastic. Immediately available on text and direct calls, kind and truly helpful. They really round up the experience Some kind of sound system would be a nice additional touch

The property managers gave great/clear directions and were very accessible/responsive if I needed anything. The great location came with some noise. It was also graduation week for the college across the street. Things calmed down after 10:00.

And there was an ice cream shop literally right below the apartment--what more could you ask for. And even on a busy square within 2 blocks of the university, we slept with our balcony doors open without being disturbed.

Amazing ice cream shop below the apartment 👌 Struggled with the shower as hot/cold markers on wrong way round plus water temperature dropped after a couple of minutes. A pint of milk in the fridge would have been a bonus.

• Lynne (10/5): Superb - My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at our Youropo apartment in Porto. The apartment is located in a terrific area, close to restaurants, shopping, public transit and very walkable. We were able to communicate easily with the office staff whom are friendly and helpful. Our apartment was very clean and comfortable. It was great having a kitchen. We also had a lovely view. We will definitely choose this company again!

Well furnished room with all amenities including toaster coffee machine washing machine OTG microwave etc. Bathroom shower needs a bit of maintenance. When using the hand shower the head shower also drips when it should be closed.

• Toni (10/5): An apartment that brings the best of Porto to your doorstep - The experience of staying in a trendy apartment in the walled area of Porto near the centuries old Cloister and Bell Tower, was truly wonderful! We were so close to many interesting sites to explore. The apartment had everything we needed and more. We found carrying our luggage up two flights of stairs a little hard but it was such a delight to be in the apartment we quickly forgot about the effort. The Christmas celebrations were close by and occasionally we heard the noise of the lightshow on the bell tower. Mostly it added to the atmosphere of being on a holiday at Christmas.

• Michael (10/5): Spacious modern apartment, great location and amazing customer service - The property is in a great location with a lovely outlook (tower, public square and the vintage tram no.12 stops just outside !) and is very close (2 mins) to local buses for the airport and Campanha transport hub. The apartment we stayed in was on the 1st floor and was very spacious, well equipped, with good storage and spotlessly clean. We also wish to say a special Thank You to the YourOpo staff who were amazing - the communication was superb both before and during our stay. We stayed Sunday to Thursday in November and found the local area busy but not noisy at night. Also, there are lots of nice cafes and restaurants within 5mins walk - esp recommend Bragança, Taberna D’Avo and Santagloria cafe. Nothing 😀
• Zoltán (9/5): Superb - Perfect, beautiful appartman in the centre of Porto, next to the history of Porto. The staff answered quickly and friendly, accessing to the flat went smoothly. The apparman thanks to its location was a little bit noisy, but that is the price of being so close to the centre, to the tower. Tha parking place the staff offered is quite far away and walking hundreds meters up with baggages is not worth the price difference comapring the public garage...

• Bumjoon (10/5): 위치, 청결, 컨디션 모든게 완벽한 호텔 - YOUROPO 숙소는 칭찬을 받아야 합니다. 아주 많이. 스텝들은 현지의 오래된 친구처럼 매우 든든했고 많은 도움을 받았습니다. 그들은 항상 빠르고 친절하게 나를 돌봐주었습니다. 우선 숙소는 정말 깨끗했고 편안했어요. 침대시트, 청결, 세탁기와 히터, 식기류 등 모든게 완벽했어요. 숙소의 위치는 이보다 더 좋을 수 없어요. 나 5살 된 아이와 모든곳을 걸어다녔어요. 오전에는 볼량시장과 마트이 가서 먹을것을 사오고 렐루 서점을 다녀오고 근처 브런치를 즐기고 루이스다리를 건너고 기차역 구경하고 이런 모든것들이 도보로 가능합니다. 칭찬을 쓰자면 1시간도 모자를것 같아요. 이 너무 좋은 숙소에서 편안하게 잘 즐기다 갑니다. 유일한 단점 하나는 엘레베이터가 없다는것이에요ㅜㅜ 하지만 필요하다면 직원이 와서 짐 나르는것을 도와줍니다. 정말 감동적이었어요. 👍 Mafalda, Ligia, Pedro, Rafaela 모두 고마워요.

• Travis (8/5): Fun stay in porto - Great location nice space. Very friendly and informative host. Helped find parking and helped with bags. Fun outdoor park/bar across the street. Laundry!!!! Nice to be able to clean clothes. My only complaint would be it’s a bit stuffy. Don’t think there was AC so I can imagine it gets hot in the summer. There was a fan and the windows opened but it was a bit noisy outside. Not horrible but you’re right above an outdoor cafe. You hear them putting away all the chairs and tables late. Outside of that though it was a great stay. A lot of fun walkable things to do. Eat a francisinha! Better yet eat two!!

• CHRISTOPHE (8/5): - Super appartement, très bien équipé, idéalement placé, très calme fenêtres fermées, on entend absolument rien. Personnel gestionnaire extrêmement réactif, charmant et très pro. Presque 5 étoiles mais 4 car il n'y a pas la climatisation: étonnant dans un pays ou les températures sont souvent élevées. Il y a un gros ventilateur, mais c'est très bruyant et ça fini par brasser de l'air chaud. Sinon logement absolument parfait.

• Oded (8/5): Great Apartment - Great apartment located in my opinion in the best strategic location in Porto. Walking distance to all places. Could improve small things like: provide more than 2 coffee capsules for a 4 days stay, Cable/Satellite didn't work etc. But all in all a great place
• Campbell (9/5): Great location, high spec apartment for a couple on a tourist trip - Great location, close to tourist area and transport links for exploring further. Historic tram stop literally on door step. Size of apartment great and bed comfy. Facilities in apartment a real bonus, washing machine used to freshen up stuff we travelled in, even had a golf umbrella to use for some rainy days! Balcony looking out onto the tower and square great, shutters on windows kept place dark and quiet at night on a weekend. Staff at check in ultra friendly, let us know when apartment ready earlier than expected and had loads of great tourist info. Some of the fixtures in the bathroom a bit tired, could do with a little TLC around the shower.

• Meredith (9/5): Perfect studio in Porto! - Centrally located within Porto. Beautiful balcony. Apartment was very clean and the kitchen had everything provided that you could want. The washing machine was a huge bonus. Awesome communication with the team! The shower was the only fault in the apartment. The water did not drain, it just remained in the shower the whole time and for the remainder of the day until the next shower. Maybe a squeegee to help the drainage would help this situation.

• Pete (10/5): Fantastic room in an brilliant location. - Perfect location, right in the middle of everything. It could perhaps have got a little noisy outside at weekends but with the windows and shutters closed there were no problems. The apartment was clean and had everything you would have needed for a few nights stay. The Team at YOUROPO were brilliant, quick to answer questions and always helpful No aircon in the room, which might have been an issue in the summer (we stayed in October). Stairs might prove difficult for anyone with mobility issues.

• Ruth (10/5): Beautiful apartment in a perfect city location - The location is absolutely perfect - right next to Clerigos tower and opposite the livraria lello. The hosts are very friendly and clear in communication. The apartment itself is really well equipped for a short or longer stay so we felt able to make ourselves at home. Because the location is right in the centre, it can get noisy on weekend nights. This was fine for us because we're used to sleeping through city noise but I could see that it would bother others. The hosts communicated via WhatsApp, which was really convenient but if you're used to getting a lot of WhatsApp spam messages like me it's worth knowing in advance so you know to pay attention and also trust the messages.
• Jane (10/5): Cool apartment very centrally located. - Great apartment - so comfortable with everything you need and centrally located. The staff were exceptionally helpful and responsive. Very close to the centre of Porto’s nightlife/clubs so can be noisy if you are there on a busy night (eg. Friday, Saturday) but great if you’re into clubbing etc.
• Charles (9/5): Great apartment and location with a very prompt and helpful staff - Place was fantastically located, clean, and the staff over WhatsApp was very prompt and helpful with instructions. My only issue was the shower drain. Was very slow to the point that one would have to shut the water off after 30 seconds to not flood the bathroom and then wait several minutes to go down before turning the water back on. After checking with the staff, it appears that that occurs often. A little nitpicks by me, but was the only inconvenience we experienced.
