El apartamento muy cómodo y muy completo, no le falta ningún detalle. Hace la estancia muy cómoda. Está muy bien insonorizado, al cerrar ventanas no se oye nada de ruido. Las escaleras para acceder a la primera planta, no hay ascensor, y mi pareja tiene problemas de rodilla. Pero aun así todo perfecto 👌

Zona molto ben servita (negozi lungo la via, pasticceria nello stabile a fianco, centro commerciale e mercato di fronte). Vista spettacolare sulla Capela das Almas. Staff gentilissimo (Luz, Pedro e tutti gli altri): ci hanno fatto persino trovare il riscaldamento acceso, caffè e tisane a disposizione, come pure l’ombrello. Punteggio con lode assolutamente! Nulla, tutto ben oltre le aspettative.

They were always present and even assisted us with an issue they weren’t obligated to help with, which we truly appreciated. Communication was excellent — they responded very quickly to every message.

Metro Bolhao in 50 meters, Market Bolhao, Mall ViaCatarina - less then 100 m, office was in 150 m from our apartment plus it was very easy to communicate to arrange for cleaning. Apartment was very comfortable, all amenities worked well, kitchenette with al we needed, good Wi-Fi -everything was just perfect. Staff was very friendly, attentive and professional, they made us feeling welcomed. Thank you again! The only thing which disappointed us a bit was their washing machine - drying mode wasn't very efficient. The model we had didn't have a vent so all moisture stayed in it.

• Sevda (7/5): - The hotel's location is excellent. The staff were very helpful and promptly answered all our questions. They were also helpful with information about the city. The 24-hour reception is great; we didn't leave our luggage there, but it's possible to drop it off. The room was spotless and had everything we needed. Although there was air conditioning in the room, it wasn't working very well and the room was unfortunately cold. We were a bit chilly. They came and checked the air conditioner, and yes, it was working, but I think it was either inadequate or an old unit. Even at 30 degrees, the room didn't warm up.

• Francisco (8/5): Ubicación inmejorable; mejora la recogida de llaves - El lugar está muy bien ubicado, justo al lado de la Capela das Almas, la preciosa iglesia con azulejos azules en la Rua de Santa Catarina. Lo único que podría mejorarse es que hay que recoger las llaves en otra dirección (aunque está muy cerca, a la vuelta de la esquina), lo cual puede resultar un poco incómodo al llegar.

Le prese devono stare vicine al letto; avere delle luci nel comodino con relativo interruttore; Bisognerebbe controllare lo scarico del bagno perché venivano fuori degli odori non gradevoli anche se aprendo la finestra si riusciva a sopperire al problema; Ho prenotato tre giorni per due persone e hanno lasciato solo due cialde del caffè le altre sé le volevo bisognava pagarle; Se devi fare un viaggio più lungo potresti avere problemi di spazio visto che non c’è un vero e proprio armadio; Il check-in online nel loro sito non è chiaro ci sono degli intervalli di ore che non corrispondono alla realtà ( visto che avevo prenotato due giorni 17 - 19, ma arrivavo all’una del mattina del 17 il loro check-in nel sito mi permetteva di fare questo check-in notturno mentre in sede ho dovuto anche pagare il giorno 16, gli ho mostrato il sito ma non sapeva cosa dirmi tra l’altro per sbaglio mi ha fatto pagare due volte la tassa di soggiorno ); Se arrivate in orari più comodi rispetto al mio non dovreste avere di questi problemi; La struttura è bella e la consiglio ma per il prezzo che si paga è giusto avere delle attenzioni diverse verso l’ospite.

Many restaurants and shops and the metro steps away. The curtains in the bathroom needed repair. We mentioned this during check out, and the staff mentioned they would take care of it.

Personeel was uiterst vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Kleinigheidje, maar Porto is overdag superdruk in verkeer. De sleutel moet je op een andere lokatie ophalen. Dichtbij je appartement bleek achteraf. Geen probleem maar ik zou zeggen parkeer eerst je auto in via Catarina parking. En doe dan de rest. Alles is op loopafstand. Met de auto is het afzien.

You might be surprised by the old-building smell when you first enter, but it goes away once you air out the space a bit. The bed was comfortable, which can be rare in apartments. The location is excellent, and the customer service is outstanding. Although the area is quite busy, it was relatively quiet during the night. I even booked a taxi through them, and everything went really smoothly. Even if you're traveling alone, this is a great apartment. There wasn't anything I didn’t like. If I had to point out something, it might be that a small coffee table in the living room would be a nice addition.

Nestled conveniently near the bustling Bolhão Market and the stunning St. Catherine Church, adorned with its iconic blue tiles, this apartment is perfectly situated for exploring the heart of the city. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the warm and friendly staffs . They were incredibly helpful, providing us all the information we needed to make the most of our stay. The apartment itself is charming and well-appointed, making it an ideal retreat after a long day of sightseeing. However, our only critique would be the sofa. While it adds to the overall aesthetic of the space, we found it a bit uncomfortable for lounging. After a day filled with exploration and walking, a cozy sofa to sink into while sipping a glass of wine and watching television would have been the perfect way to unwind. Despite this small drawback, our stay at Capella YOUROPO was delightful, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking to experience the vibrant culture and history of the area. With its prime location, warm hospitality, and comfortable amenities, this apartment is a wonderful choice for any traveler!
• Leonid (9/5): Superb - The location is execelent - near to mall, metro station, market in the heart of the city. The kitchen is good equiped. In the nights this pedestrian street is rather quiet. You can achieve this property by metro from airport in 40 minutes. The sharp corner of the box below the basin in kitchen - be careful if you more that 1.6 m height! The TV wasn't bright, but we don't asked to fix it.

Spurgte over Whatsapp receptionen om der var en løsning/ nødstop, som vi ikke kunne finde- og i løbet af få minutter kom Julieta og hjalp! Super service. Ligger i et livligt område lige ved Capela das Almas og Mercado do Bolhão, men det høres ikke inde i lejligheden.

Got a bit lost on arrival. Was eventually sent a pin drop and then found reception easily. This would have helped before we had walked in the wrong direction late at night!

The staff is very responsive and kind (and great that we were able to communicate through WhatsApp, very convenient). What is convenient about this particular appartement as well is that it is close to the reception building, so checking out and storing your luggage (on the day of arrival and leave) is super easy too! The room is spacious and clean, airconditioning works well and there are windows that can be opened too. Has all facilities you need, even a laundry machine! There is some tea and coffee available too. The beds are great and even though the appartement is located in a busy street, we had no trouble sleeping. Absolutely nothing, the appartement was great and we would highly recommend.

It’s comfy, cozy, and has everything you need: basic cooking appliances, air conditioner that warms up the room, towels/sheets. We had an amazing time there! Keep in mind that the building has no elevator, only stairs. It was not a problem for us, but might be an issue for people with reduced mobility/babies

• Paduraru (2/5): Don’t recomend it !!! Heavy moisture smell - The location is right near Bolhao market and the walking road, with lots of shops, restaurants, cafes. The good thing is that you can check inn at late hours, and metro station is right next to it The bad thing wasn’t what others complained about the small bathroom, that was ok for us. We had a bad experience in this location: First thing when we arrive at late hour the weather was changing to rainy days, so the room was full of ants that we have to clean them and by the mourning they dissapeared as aspected, also on the room was a heavy smell of moisture because the rain was wetting the front wall, and we had to sleep with the window open all the days. On one of the days when the neighbor from the upper flat was taking a shower all the water was coming from the bathroom ceiling thu the led lamp, and everything in bathroom was wet and a new moisture smell. I messaged and called the owners but for 45min no one answered so Meanwile i talked to the upper neighbor to not use the water. I had to go their office to inform them about the problem. After 3 hours nothing was done. So no use of shower or toilet almost all day. So when a real problem comes they are out of the situation. So all the days a heavy moisture smell, is an old building, the entry door wasn’t closing very well, u can see thru it, and a 3rd source of water leaking was from the water boiler 🤦🏼‍♂️. So till this problems are not fixed i don’t recomend it
• Istvan (9/5): Superb - One of the best apartments, very clean, next to the Bolhao Metro Station. There are no bars only cafes in the neighborhood, so it was quiet in the evening, but the windows were very well insulated anyway. I would recommend it for couples.

There were ants (the staff came and sprayed a product which seemed to kill them, but the dead ants were then left on the counters). Lock was finicky and someone accidentally opened the door once. Would strongly recommend adding a deadbolt on the inside of the door. Noisy location, which is to be expected of the location - this is just a general comment for future travellers who may prefer a quieter location.
• Roxane (10/5): Gorgeous modern studio apartment in central location - We booked this apartment last minute when our accommodation was cancelled and we were delighted with the location and price. The studio is newly renovated, tastefully decorated and had all of the amenities including great air con and decked-out kitchen for a great stay. Quiet street in the historical centre just next to the beautiful famous Capela das Almas and a short 20 minute stroll to the waterfront. Easy remote check in with friendly hosts. I would highly recommend staying here. Thank you! Nothing.

• Aidan (10/5): Exceptional - The location was perfect,car park is nearby. Lots to see all within walking distance. No shortage of café's and restaurants. The car park situation could be explained a little better as you have to access it from the shopping center down the street but totally manageable once you figure it out.
