• Elizabeth (10/5): - The location was amazing. check in was so easy as there was parking opposite where you could leave the car during this process, the hotels chauffeur then parked the car on our behalf in their carpark, just a 2 minute walk away. The room was clean and bright and the pool facilities were also as expected.

The room was the best... large, clean, and comfortable. Not to mention, it was elegant. The breakfast had it all, loved it. I liked it all.

No umbrellas at the rooftop pool area, no service staff at the pool and sun lounge area. Bar and terrace staff seemed a bit aloof and uninterested, service was slow and dismissive.

• Ina (10/5): Dette hotellet gir virkelig super valuta for pengene! Full luksus for veldig overkommelig pris. - Dette hotellet ga virkelig super valuta for pengene! Jeg hadde en helt vanlig romkategori, men fikk et stort rom med et stort bad og den herligste dusjen jeg har opplevd på lenge. Sengen var enorm og svært komfortabel. Hotellet tilbyr også gratis mineralvann og mange velduftende badeprodukter. Frokosten var langt over alle forventninger, med supre ferske bakervarer, fersk frukt, ferskpresset appelsinjuice, og til og med en kokk som laget omeletter og andre ting etter ønske. Slik standard må man vanligvis opp i 5-stjerners hoteller for å oppleve. Beliggenheten er også temmelig uovertruffen - rett over gaten fra tyrefektingsarenaen og kun to minutters gange fra den kjente broen som binder Ronda sammen på tvers av det digre juvet. Utsikten fra frokostsalen, når man kommer inn i salen, gir et panoramablikk over den kjente tyrefektingsarenaen og fjellandskapet som omringer byen, og er til å miste pusten av. Dette hotellet er en perfekt base for å oppdage vakre Ronda. Har ingenting å utsette! Skulle kanskje sett at utendørsbassenget var varmet opp (reiste i mai, og Ronda ligger i fjellene, så temperaturen der er lavere der enn for eksempel i Malaga eller Sevilla), men da hadde nok hotellet kostet vesentlig mer. Så alt i alt har jeg ingenting å utsette. Det er så mye å gjøre og se i Ronda at bading var ikke en prioritet.

• Coen (10/5): Beter dan dit ga je niet vinden in Ronda. - Toen we aankwamen werden we goed geholpen. Kamer was nog niet klaar maar we konden alvast de koffers kwijt. Later kregen we een berichtje dat de kamer klaar was. De koffers werden voor ons de kamer in gereden en airco etc werd uitgelegd. Kamer zelf was super groot en mooi. Stapelbed voor de kinderen en een groot tweepersoonsbed, badkamer was ook groot inclusief bad en aparte douche. Goed onderhouden en schoon. Locatie kan niet beter voor Ronda. Zwembad op het dak was klein maar fijn. Ronda zelf is toeristisch maar echt heel mooi. Enige onhandige aan het zwembad is dat er een verdieping lager het restaurant is met een terras. Kinderen konden hierdoor geen bommetje maken of te veel spetteren.

The cooked breakfast in the metal tins was very cold, we had to ask to heat it up. The price of the hotel per night and parking is very expensive. There was a noisy 24 hour event right outside the hotel that we didn't know about. We needed ear plugs and sleeping tablets to sleep.

• Neil (10/5): Quality rooms with stunning views in the best located hotel in Ronda - The very best location in Ronda, with breathtaking views and sunsets. Well appointed rooms and wonderful facilities. We used the spa, had a massage, lounged on the rooftop pool to escape the day trippers and enjoyed the hotel to the full. Fantastic breakfast and helpful staff Some strange service decisions: - 4th floor restaurant open to all: great! However the access was badly managed meaning tour groups all buying a token coffee were up there looming over us as we sat having lunch with a view. A re-think of the table arrangements (keep a bit at the front free for gawkers if you like, but move the tables!) More strict access control and seating of guests would make the whole thing feel better. The hotel’s cost is justified in many ways but the experience is cheapened by the hoardes. - No bar/table service available to hotel guests spending the day by the pool on the rooftop. I’d expect to be able to order drinks to my sunbed at this price point, not have to schlep up and down myself

• ELENI (10/5): Great place to stay and great breakfast. - Loved the location the facilities and the very friendly and helpful staff Unfortunately closeness to shops and restaurants meant that when windows were opened it was noisy and there were lots of bugs. But staff immediately came and sorted this out before we returned for the night. Great service.

Not enough lighting in the room, power goes off the instant the key card is removed, need a 10 second delay to get out. Shower doesn’t seem to be thermostatic - became very hot a couple of times.

Could not exit or move and was unaware of the situation which could have been easily prevented and avoided both couple losing 25 minutes of there stay trying to exit lift.
