The location is strategic, especially for those travelling to or from Senai Airport. So convenient For that price, I would say the room is quite small. There's a limited space to pray (as a Muslim) in the room. The unpaved road at the parking lot.

• Bhatiapuneet (2/5): 1st and last time at AB Inn - Not much, as it was way below expectations. Low standard hotel. Missing basic amenities such as kettle, coffee. Only body soap in bathroom no sampoo and conditioner. There is phone in room but you have to guess how to call reception. AC needs service, not working at all. Asked the reception but no one came for any follow up though we were told about that. Wifi is there, but you have to ask the password at reception, they are not going to provide it without asking. In bathroom, shower was right in the middle of toilet seat and wash basin without any partition. You don’t get proper space to even stand there for a shower.

For the price of SGD$30. It’s a good deal , Front office staff,Lava , Nurul, Azra, helpful and kind,definitely will coming back again, two thumbs up👍👍

Good ambience Facilities not in working order during check-in - key not working for Room 128. Need a few calls to room service crew and reception to rectify causing inconvenience. - tv not working for room 129 - air cond not cool for room 129 resulting in request for room change to room 126. Aircond need to be set to below 20 deg C to feel cool. Suggestion : Please check all airconditioners and service them ( Filter clogged and the inside of acond blower mouldy for all three rooms mentioned). You will save electricity and more importantly, no customer complaints by servicing your air conditioners.

• VENKATESH (6/5): Ok hotel to stay for week ,not exciting though. - It was ok,but nothing great.Hotel staff(@reception) are not customer friendly and doesn't have smile on their faces. I asked for a small help to get my boarding pass printed only to hear no from the staff.I think they have to work on it to suit hospitality business.
