• Jesus manuel (3/5): Céntrico pero muy mejorable - La ubicación y el trato de Marina Tener que esperar durante casi 20 minutos a recibir las llaves... fue un punto bastante duro en cuanto a la gestión. El apartamento era un ático con acceso poco práctico, algo que no se indicaba en la descripción y que puede suponer una dificultad importante para familias con niños o personas con movilidad reducida. En cuanto al estado del alojamiento, encontramos varios aspectos mejorables. No había cortinas ni elementos que bloquearan la luz, lo que dificultó el descanso. El baño presentaba problemas de mantenimiento: el inodoro estabo suelto, la bañera tenía fugas y la cortina no era adecuada para ducha, además de estar en condiciones poco higiénicas. También percibimos falta de limpieza, con pelos visibles en el lavabo. El mobiliario y el aprovechamiento del espacio tampoco resultaron del todo funcionales. Había muy poco espacio para guardar ropa (solo un burro con seis perchas para tres personas), el sofá presentaba manchas visibles y la tercera cama era muy básica, prácticamente a ras de suelo y más adecuada para un niño. En general, el espacio tiene potencial y es suficiente, pero la sensación fue de descuido, falta de limpieza y poco aprovechamiento. Con una mejor atención al mantenimiento y a los detalles, la experiencia podría mejorar considerablemente.
• Kelly (8/5): - De ligging is top en het appartement is mooi ingericht. Je hebt een balkon aan de voorkant en klein terras aan de achterkant. Contact is laagdrempelig. Je kan om bijvoorbeeld schone handdoeken makkelijk vragen. Paar kleine aandachtspunten, zo was niet alles van de lijst wat aanwezig zou zijn, beschikbaar in de kamer (zoals wasrek, strijkijzer). Sleutel hing hele dag in de voordeur na de schoonmaakbeurt, gelukkig niks gebeurd. Om in de lift te komen moet je eerst drempels af (of op), wat onhandig is met kinderwagen.

• Gary (7/5): Great location for a city break - Good contact from the host to help us to access the property. Great location, very close to the Turia park and also easy walking distance to the old town. A handy convenience store at the end of the road. Stylish modern decor and a very comfy bed. A nice sun trap balcony / patio to use with deckchairs and an outdoor sofa. We stayed in the deluxe suite (attic room on the 3rd floor) and the toilet is literally in the room with you at the end of the bed (so is the bath with curtains and shower fitting). It's my own fault I did not notice this from the listing, but you do need to scroll through a lot of photos to find it! It was not ideal for the two of us, but if you had a family sharing it would have been impractical. Also the cushion on the outdoor sofa was waterlogged, so you got a wet bum if you sat on it. Finally, there is a TV but no local stations provided so you need your own media. We enjoyed our stay but I would not call it "deluxe". :)

Apartma je nekoliko drugače urejen, kar nas je tudi pritegnilo. - Lokacija je top, zelo blizu obeh glavnih trgov in drugih znamenitosti: vse glavne znamenitosti so oddaljene približno 10 minut hoje. Tudi do Oceanografica in Bioparca ni daleč, največ pol ure stran z avtobusom, do plaže je približno 45 minut. Kopalnica ni praktično zastavljena - umivalnik je nameščen izven kopalnice, v sobi oz. na hodniku. To je sicer vidno že na fotografijah, vendar šele ob uporabi ugotoviš, da je nekoliko nerodno. Še posebej nepraktično je za pomivanje pribora in posode, ker nimaš kam odložiti stvari in vse zmočiš.

• Dr. Stephan (9/5): Schönes Apartment in Innenstadtlage - Apartment hat eine sehr gute Lage in der Altstadt, wobei wir nachts ohne Lärm sehr gut schlafen konnten. Marina, die Gastgeberin, denkt im Vorfeld an alles. Kommunikation mit ihr ist absolut super. Praktisch sind die auszuleihenden Fahrräder der Unterkunft. Unser Apartment war wirklich schön und stylisch eingerichtet. Wichtig zu wissen, dass es eine Suite und kein vollausgestattetes Apartment ist - es gibt nur einen Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine, Mikrowelle und kleinen Kühlschrank - reicht aber. Die Tür zur Toilette ist doch recht offen, wenn auch geschlossen. Aber hat uns als Paar bei dem Aufenthalt alles nicht gestört.
• Christin (9/5): Schönes grosses City Apartment im Herzen der Stadt mit tollem familiären Service - Marina ist sehr sehr herzlich und wir durften schon recht früh am Anreisetag unser Zimmer beziehen. Wir haben noch einen Kaffee zusammen getrunken, uns spontan für das Mieten von Fahrrädern entschieden, was ein absoluten Muss ist, Valencia mit dem Rad ist so viel besser, als mit der Metro oder zu Fuss. Und wir haben nicht für bezahlt für die Räder. Danke dafür, Marina. Das Zimmer ist schön gross, alles da, was man für ein paar Tage braucht. Hier und da sind schon einige Gebrauchsspuren im Zimmer zu finden, das Sofa ist ist in die Jahre gekommen, der Sofatisch recht wackelig, eine richtige Tür beim WC wäre auch schön. Das wäre es dann. Alles mit einem kleinen Make Over zu beheben... ;-)

Ci ha consigliato diversi posti dove mangiare e ha riservato i tavoli lei stessa, così da farci evitare attese ai locali. Ci ha fornito le biciclette per poter ammirare Valencia su due ruote, fornendoci il seggiolino per il bimbo. Davvero gentilissima, consiglio vivamente questa struttura.

Le bici erano belle, ci sono stati consegnati tutti gli accessori necessari e ci è stato fornito anche il sediolino per portare un bimbo piccolo che si è divertito molto

Aranżacja wnętrza wykonana z dużym smakiem - można się poczuć jak w dobrym argentyńskim filmie. Jeśli jesteś pierwszy raz w tym mieście, warto posłuchać rad Señory Mariny - wszystkie wzbogaciły nasz pobyt. Muchas gracias.

I got lost trying to find the location but Marina was there waiting outside when I pulled up. Location was good for me but other travelers may find it a little out of the way from the main sightseeing areas. It was nice to be able to rent a bike directly and store on the property. A small kitchenette would have been great.

The staff were excellent, very friendly, and recommended great places to walk. The hotel lobby is cozy and atmospheric. We especially appreciated the high quality of the shampoo provided in the room. The room had a coffee maker, a refrigerator, and a microwave. The location is in the city center, close to major attractions. The entrance was a bit hard to find - look for the large wooden doors with the letter ‘B’ above them. The bathroom door in our room was quite heavy and difficult to close; you need to use some effort to move it. The windows had some small gaps, so we could hear a bit of noise from the street, but since the area is quiet, it didn’t really bother us.

Great to have the fridge, coffee machine etc in the room, it was quiet and we slept really well. Marina was a really friendly host. We loved renting the bikes and cycling to the beach. Great location near shops, restaurants etc on a quiet road. Would definitely recommend.
• Lovisa (8/5): Great week in Valencia - We had a great stay in totale. We loved the location of the place and we also liked the way they could arrange transfer from and to the airport. The place was clean and nice and had what we wanted in general so we have no complaints there. The communication what our host Mariana was always good and we felt very welcome from the start. We also liked that they could arrange bikerental at the hotel. The bikes worked nicely without any problems and we thought it was a good way to get around the city and foremost the beach. There was also a complimentary snackbar with some croissants and coffee and such for free which was nice.
• Franz (5/5): Basic apartment in good location - Location was conveniently located in the old town . Some simple but nice restaurants/ Street cafes were very close by. The pick up service from the airport was very good. The Photos in the net were misleading and the “terrace” was not really usable. The whole apartment was very basic. The host does not live at the premises and can only be contacted by phone or internet, which is ok in most situations, but there was a power cut in the area and it took a long time to clarify, of whether it was only local or throughout the city. As the main door was operated by an electronic code we could not leave the apartment as we couldn’t be sure to get back in. Only after a few hours the owner appeared.
• John (10/5): Great owners, great room, comfortable and super friendly. - We really loved the layout and ambiance of this place. It’s set up like a small hotel and is a great home base for exploring Valencia. Our room was excellent and we enjoyed having wine on the balcony. We also really loved chatting and engaging with the owner and her husband. Such a fun couple of people and they really made us feel comfortable and welcome. We will recommend this place to anyone.
