Pavel (9/5): Byli jsme velmi spokojeni, lokalita, čistota, ochota pana domácího, dostupnost obchodu a služeb, určitě doporučujeme. - Skvělé ubytování, perfektně vybavená koupelna, pohodlné postele, balkon s výhledem na moře. Vše čisté a funkční. Velmi ochotný hostitel, který nám poradil, když jsme něco potřebovali. Lokalita je skvělá, přímo u pláže. Pozor, že stejně jako jinde na Viru ještě není pitná voda, je potřeba s tím počítat a mít vlastní, nicméně řešení je snadné, v obchodech je běžné balená a na tomto ostrově jsme na to zvyklí. Ocenil bych jednu skříň navíc, stávající jedna je pro více lidí na apartmánu méně.

Viera (7/5): Ubytovanie fajn, dojem pokazený neochotou zástupcu ubytovateľa popracovať na odstránení nedostatkov. - Ubytovacie zariadenie sme navštívili opakovane a lokalita i poloha ubytovacieho zariadenia sa nám páčila. Vybavenie apartmánu bolo dostačujúce. Nepáčilo sa nám, že v apartmáne neboli vymenené chýbajúce žiarovky v osvetlení nad varnou doskou ako aj nad umývadlom v kúpeľni a to ani po urgencii u ubytovateľa - p.Daniela. Našou jedinou špeciálnou požiadavkou bolo, aby sme v Chorvátsku mali funkčné chorvátske TV programy - DVB-T tuner bol nefunkčný a v ovládači boli hrdzavé batérie, takže tiež bol nefunkčný. Požiadavka bola daná aj osobne ubytovateľovi, ale napriek prísľubu sa počas pobytu výmena tunera ako aj výmena žiaroviek neuskutočnila. Nepáčila sa nám tiež zničená podlaha pri vstupe na terasu, čo kazilo celkový dojem z izby. Pravdepodobne podlaha navlhla (v technickej miestnosti sme našli plesnivý koberec) a vydula sa, preto musela byť celá zodratá, aby sa dali otvoriť terasové dvere. V kúpeľňovom umývadle hrdzavá výpusť si už tiež vyžadovala výmenu.

Svitlana (10/5): - Шикарне місцерозташування 👍👍👍- прямо на березі, тихо, гарний пляж безпосередньо навпроти отеля, мало людей, завжди багато місця на пляжі. Власна парковка на території. Якщо Ви шукаєте спокійний відпочинок, без шуму і натовпу - Вам сюди.☺️ Водночас з цим, якщо раптом захочеться двіж - 5 хвилин на машині і Ви в епіцентрі активного відпочинку. ☺️ Магазини недалеко - є невеликі в пішій доступності (включно з дуже хорошим овочевим магазином) і два супермаркети в 5 хвилинах, якщо їхати на автомобілі. Отель і кімнати ідеально чисті👍, є все для приготування їжі (якщо є бажання готувати самостійно), каво-машина, чайник, посуд, холодильник і т.п. В номері - великий балкон з видом на море, ми їли на балконі і милувались краєвидом 😍, територія отеля охайна, персонал дуже уважний, будь-яке питання вирішується швидко. Щиро рекомендую цей отель! 👍👍👍 Нема пральної машини в номері, але є окрема пральна кімната з пральними і сушильними машинами - можна користуватися за потреби. Бажано додати в номер посудомийну машину (навіть невеличку), це створило би ще більше комфорту тим, хто сам готує їсти. Але це не проблема і нам це зовсім не завадило насолодитись відпочинком.👍

Dieter (10/5): - Die Anlage als auch das Apartment ist äußerst sauber und gepflegt! Besonders auffallend war, dass das gesamte Personal und nicht nur einzelne Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich waren! Ideal natürlich auch der kurze Weg zum Meer das zum Baden einladet. Da gab es nichts auszusetzen!
Egidius (8/5): Soweit ist Okay aber für Deluxe Unterkunft ist das nicht ausreichend - Super Lage, Beste Aussicht, sehr bequeme Betten, gute Parkmöglichkeit , sehr gepflegte und saubere Aussenanlagen Die Balkontür ist reinste Katastrophe! Die Wohnung ist sehr hellhörig, ein Tag hatten wir gar kein Wasser!!! Auch nicht die Toilette könnten wir nutzen! Gut das wir das Meer vor der Tür hatten… nur wenigstens eine Entschuldigung wäre angebracht gewesen! kann immer was passieren… aber das geht ja gar nicht! In der Wohnung ist es alles vorhanden was man braucht aber sehr sehr einfach und billig eingerichtet … zu wenig Liegen für so viele Gäste

Kerstin (9/5): Last Minute Traumurlaub - Die Lage ist unbeschreiblich toll und wir hatten unser Apartment im obersten Stockwerk. Es waren zwar einige Stufen aber der Ausblick war unbezahlbar, wie der Name schon sagt. Schöne, moderne Einrichtung mit ausreichend Platz sowie dazugehörigen Parkplätzen. Sowohl die Betten als auch das Sofa waren komfortabel zum schlafen und die Küche hatte (bis auf Gewürze und Öl) alles was man für einen Aufenthalt braucht. Auf der Insel findet man zudem Bäckereien, Supermärkte sowie Restaurants und Bars und man ist recht zügig in Zadar oder ein Stück weiter auf der Autobahn. Die Klimaanlage befand sich im Flur und hat Wohn- und Essbereich gut gekühlt, allerdings war es schwer, das Schlafzimmer zu kühlen, da es sich um die Ecke befand. Im Wohnbereich gab es aufgequollenes Laminat durch einen Wasserschaden, vermutlich wurde bei Regen die große Balkonschiebetür nicht oder nicht richtig geschlossen. In unserer Küche gab es keinen Backofen sondern nur eine Mikrowelle, das sollte man beim Einkaufen mit einplanen.

Lia (10/5): SUNSET APARTMENTS - Die Anlage war sehr sauber und immer aufgeräumt. Die Mitarbeiter kümmern sich täglich um die Anlage. Auch Samstag und Sonntag. Daniel hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen obwohl wir viel später angekommen sind. Es gibt genügend Parkplätze und Liegen für den Strand. Es sind auch 3 Weber Holzkohle Grills vorhanden. Und auf jedem Balkon ist auch noch eine bequeme Sonnenliege vorhanden. Es ist genau so wie auf den Fotos. Für uns war die Wohnung perfekt. Danke Daniel und Team.

Tatjana (9/5): - Lep, moderen, čist apartma, terasa s pogledom na morje, zelo lepo urejena okolica nastanitve. Dovoljeni psi. Plaža le nekaj korakov stran. Prijazno osebje, g. Daniel je bil vedno na voljo. Kavč malo neudoben za spanje. V kuhinji smo pogrešali še kakšno posodo za kuhanje.

Ľubomíra (5/5): - Dobra lokalita, apartmán hned cez cestu pri mori,kamienkova pláž Hned pri príchode sklamanie,ubytovala nás upratovačka(majitelovi som písala kedy prídeme),dali nam apartmán na prízemí, zaplatený sme mali vyššie s výhľadom na more,volali sme s majiteľom prišiel po vyse hodine čakania, že všetko je obsadené a my sme si rezervovali na posled.chvilu(ale v moznostiach rezervácie bola izba dostupná inak by nam ju neponuklo),pri vstupe do apartmanu nas ovalil zápach octu,balkonove dvere su nejaky ten rok poškodené(podľa recenzii) majitel hovoril,ze im zatieklo ale to je tam uz dlhsiu dobu a neopravili to,muž mal problem ho otvárať,jednu noc prsalo a zatekalo do bytu aj pri zavretom balkone,museli sme použiť ich uteraky,zaclona mala pleseň,tak isto roletav kuchyni flakata, plachta a paplon taktiež žlté flaky,postele tvrde, podusky este viac nedalo sa spat,v spalni stale nieco praskalo,pukotalo,pri otvorenom okne v noci nieco tieklo za oknom cize tiež rušivé,gauc extrémne nepohodlny pre deti, mikrovlnka nefungovala,odtok strasne zapachal,wc sa pustalo v noci same a stale nas to budilo,dvere extremne vrzgaju cize kazdy pohyb na wc kazdeho budil, žiadne sieťky na oknach,bolo tak veľké množstvo komarov,pri odchode ani nikto neprisiel,nechali sme kľúče vo dverach.4 ⭐ mal tento apartman možno niekoľko rokov dozadu,teraz určite nie

Anton (10/5): - Krásny veľký apartmán s výhľadom na more. Milý pán Daniel, ktorý promtne reagoval, ak sme niečo potrebovali. Blízko na pláž, lehátka boli výborným bonusom. Cítili sme sa fajn. Škoda, že nebola k dispozícii práčka a myčka, zišli by sa.

Dorota (10/5): - To był nasz kolejny pobyt. Bardzo dobrze się tu czujemy. Kilka kroków do morza, spacerem do sklepu. Uśmiechnięty i przyjazny personel. Gospodarz kolejny raz stanął na wysokości zadania i klucze otrzymaliśmy wcześniej zgodnie z naszą prośbą. Polecam!
Andre (10/5): Sanset Relax - Obiekt przy samym morzu ,piękne widoki ,gospodarz bardzo uprzejmy ,personel bardzo miły, czystość w całym obiekcie perfekcyjna ,apartament przestronny duży plus za wyposażenie kuchni oraz za super balkon który umilał każdy dzień a widoki niesamowite!

Iryna (10/5): Общее впечатление очень хорошее! Идеальный отдых с детьми. Прекрасное море, огромное количество пляжей вокруг. Советуем - Прекрасное расположение: первая линия, до моря 20 метров. Красивая ухоженная территория, небольшая детская площадка, зона барбекю. Номера просторные, хорошо спроектированы. Очень чисто. Удобная кухня. Есть вся нужная посуда для комфортного пребывания. Смена постельного белья и полотенец по запросу. Управляющий всегда на связи. Территория убирается каждое утро. Желательно включить сервис влажной уборки апартаментов, при проживании более 7 дней. Слабый интернет, не всегда хватает для просмотра потокового видео. Отсутствие TV приставок и таких сервисов как YouTube, Netflix, Apple TV. В зоне барбекю нет щипцов для углей и отсутствует качественный свет.

Horst (8/5): Sehr schöne Zeit - Das Apartment war sehr schön. Die Lage ist hervorragend. Blick aus der obersten Etage direkt aufs Meer. Am besten war Daniel der uns ausgezeichnet unterstützt hat. Meine Frau hatte sich am Knie verletzt und konnte schlecht laufen. Für Daniel kein Problem unsere schweren Koffer nach oben und wieder runter zu tragen. Auch ansonsten ist er einfach super hilfsbereit und aufmerksam gewesen. Das es in der Anlage keinen Aufzug gibt

Olena (10/5): - Суперские апартаменты! Прекрасное расположение - пляж с чистейшей водой не более чем в 50 метрах; рядом очень много кафе и магазинов! В номере идеальная чистота! На территории есть детская площадка, зоны барбекю и отдыха, парковка! Сами апартаменты оборудованы всем необходимым для комфортного отдыха! Однозначно рекомендую!!!!!
