• Moyes (10/5): We had a great holiday. - The property was within walking distance of the centre in a safe location and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The host was extremely pleasant and accommodating. Nothing in particular springs to mind.

• William (9/5): Wonderful short break in Madrid - I liked the location as it was out of the hustle and bustle of the centre but with easy access to Metro stations Delicias (5 min walk) and Palos de la Frontera (10 min walk). Balcony great to chill out. Amenities in the apartment were fab also; everything we needed for a great trip. Pool was closed unknown to us (as slightly out of season), but not a big deal as so much to do/see in the city.

• MajLarsen (9/5): - Dejlig lejlighed lidt uden for centrum af Madrid - det tog ca 30-40 min at gå til centrum. Vi havde 2 drenge med (på 10 år og 13 år) og de delte sovesofaen. De var også meget begejstret for poolen, der er stor med masser plads. Parkeringskælderen var lidt trang, det var svært at få bilen ind og ud. Til gengæld stod den beskyttet under hele opholdet 😊

• Micky (8/5): Comfy residential apartment with everything you need - Comfortable private apartment in a residential building with fully equipped kitchen, good bed, plenty of storage space, and big TV. Use of the gym downstairs was much appreciated. Location was a bit further away from everything than we'd thought, but the Delicias metro station was a 10-minute walk away, so we managed that way. Checkout is 11 am with nowhere to leave your luggage, so not ideal in case of a late departure.
• Simoneta (9/5): Clean and comfortable with a cute terrace - The apartment was spotless, and the beds (sofa bed included) were comfortable. The neighbourhood is quiet and a supermarket, Carrefour, is on the corner. We enjoyed the small terrace. On the map, the apartment is within walking distance of the Atocha train station, but in reality, it is a bit uphill and quite a walk, so we had better take Bolt to the station.

• Margarita (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is clean with comfortable beds and bid rooms. It has all the functionalities you need to stay for as long as you need. Supermarket is very close. There are restaurants around and Delicias train and metro stations are 10 min walking distance. We were a family of three, and it was perfect for our needs.
• Marco (9/5): Superb - Very nice apartment, well equipped with nice and spacious rooms, kitchen and a lovely balcony. The neighborhood is good too, convenient central location to discover Madrid. We really enjoyed the apartment and the apartment building as a family with a daughter (3 years old). Swimming pool and playground in the aparment complex was very convenient, and also lots of playgrounds in the area. Wifi was a bit on/off, internet connection quite slow
• Jack (10/5): Super nice apartment in Madrid. - It felt very secured. Apartment was nicely decorated and clean. With the balcony our stay was so much better. We have used it every day. Very close to shops, Metro and restaurants. Super nice location. We could not find faults with this apartment and we have recommend this place to family.

The unit was secure - three different points where keys are required get into the unit (outdoor gate, exterior door and unit door). Host was accessible. The towels provided were rough. Two of the three keys required some fiddling to open the doors but they work.

• Lindsay (9/5): Great location and the pool is perfect for kids. - The pool, balcony, response of staff, and location That for a one night stay we had half a roll of toilet paper for 4 people. No courtesy coffee either - be sure to bring everything, even toilet paper. We had to buy a box of coffee for 1 cup.

• David (10/5): Great Apartment, Good Location - Very well equipped and spacious apartment on 2nd floor with elevator. Very nicely decorated. Has a balcony overlooking central courtyard. The owner was very helpful and arranged a taxi for us to go to Chamartin Station. The apartment is reasonably well located. A 10 minute level walk takes you to Delicias metro station, also Cercanius station and buses at the same location. There is a small supermarket on the nearest corner 100 metres away. Nothing to dislike.

Also, written instructions for operating the washing machine would help. But both of these issues are more due to our unfamiliarity with technology than any deficiencies of our hosts.

• Wheydink (10/5): Exceptional - Very nice staff, very clean, lots of space per Madrid standards, nice facilities, close to the train and metro stations, close to a nice grocery store, a couple of good restaurants nearby. Laundry detergent, body wash gel, and bedding were not allergenic or too drying. The apartment is next to the elevator and stairs so a little bit of banging noise from the doors. Could hear people talking and flush the toilet from the upstairs unit sometimes.

I didn't see anywhere on the description that it needed to be a request. Other places we've stayed the spare bed was made up by default with spare bedding in the cupboards.

• Sofia (10/5): Fantastic stay in Madrid - The apartment has everything you could need for a short or long stay. Super well equipped, great flat size, tidy and clean. The host was delightful. The building and garden aeras are awesome, the swimming pool is a dream. Great spot. Will be back. Nothing!

• Matti (9/5): Absolutely fabulous - Beautiful apartment, clean and comfortable. Very spacious. It’s a residential area and far from public transport.
• Astrid (10/5): Exceptional - Modern, perfect size, very secure, super comfortable ocated in a large apartment complex but it was very quiet. Also close to bus stops and a 15min walk to Atocha station with supermarkets and restaurants close by. Great kitchen and it also has a washing machine so travel gold! A laundromat around the corner for use of a clothes dryer if needed. Nothing. It was perfect.

• Roger (4/5): very bad experience here! - location is good. room is big and comfortable. this is an one-bedroom apartment in a huge gated apartment complex, this was never specified in the property description (just a name and street address and phone #), nor any instructions regarding procedures of checking in, so we just assumed this is a hotel apartment with a front desk. Upon arriving at the address (just a street address, no building # or room# ever given), we were standing in front of a locked gate on a side street wondering if this were the right place. Finally with helps from a local person happened to walk by, kindly using his phone to call the number, the owner showed up after 15 minutes to lead us in. This is disappointing and unprofessional, we’re fine with Airbnb, but at least let us know upfront so we can make arrangements for checking in, it would be helpful that way. Also, the pillows and bed sheets looks ok but are very “smelly”, we were extremely uncomfortable.

• Shari (8/5): Very good - The apartment was comfortable and in a good position, since well connected with the metro line. The pool was a really big plus in the apartment, and probably the main reason to choose this location. There are tons of supermarkets in the nearby. The main thing I didn't like is that one of the services included was the gym, but they didn't give me the key even if I asked for it and I told them that I wanted it. Since I booked this place also because I wanted to use a gym, that was kind of a big lack. The other thing that could be better was the communication with the host, despite I was writing always in english, they answered me sometimes in spanish, sometimes in english.
• Elaine (2/5): Disappointing and decadent - The only good part was the swimming pool. The host was really rude from the first beginning because of the deposit money. The woman that came to give us the keys forgot to ask for the cash and he just wrote "Hello, you didn't give her the money", but we forgot because she didn't ask us. And that after waiting outside for 15 minutes trying to contact him and not getting any answer. I moved the furniture to connect my laptop to the plug and there was a lot of dust behind. The Chromecast charger was missing and when I asked to the owner he answered "I'm sorry, some guests lost it". Besides that, the apartment seems decadent: the handlebar of the fridge was broken, also the frame in the leaving room, the pictures in the bathroom were twisted, there was no extra bed linen, no shower carpet and, honestly, to give two capsules of coffee for two nights it's just too cheap to an apartment that claims the title of luxury. Definitely, the worst host that I've ever had.
