- Brian (8/5): Homely atmosphere. - Very friendly reception, got on well with both landlady (Angela) and dog (miniature dachshund). Bedroom very small but comfortable. Bathroom across landing large and clean, but no shower.

We arrived after torrential downpour on the journey to a warm welcome and everything we needed for our stay. Enjoyed breakfast chatting with Angela - perfect start to a glorious sunny day. Would stay here again.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Stayed here for a local event (Trailwalker). The lady (I have forgotten her name!) who greeted us on arrival was lovely. Bed was comfortable and the room was lovely and clean. The only thing I would mention that is there is no locks on the room doors.
