• Artemis (8/5): - Very friendly people at the check in and during the breakfast, they wanted to accommodate all our needs fast and efficiently. We stayed just one night so the room was just fine, comfortable and clean. The breakfast has sweet and salty options, with good coffee. The location. We wanted to visit Lugano, Google maps showed a 30 minute drive but we didn't notice it was on a mountain path, with narrow streets and a lot of turns. But that was out fault, not the hotel's :)
• Berro Tarelli (10/5): Acogedor y confortable - Un lugar muy bello entre las montañas, con mucha tranquilidad y zona con naturaleza, la cama fue súper cómoda y las almohadas también (algo que es difícil conseguir en un b&b). La anfitriona fue muy amable y simpática con nosotros, y su desayuno continental un espectáculo!

Big bathroom. · We arrived at 8pm on April, the temperature outside was 8º, the windows were open and the heating was off, we tried to regulate the temperature and sent a message to try to warm up the room but we were told the heating was off since April 15th. It's a terrible idea to turn off the heating before June in the north of Italy. And to leave the windows open too. There were ants running all around the bathroom.

• Krzysztof Str (9/5): Doskonały na przerwę w podróży i na dłuższy pobyt. - Doskonale położenie, piękna okolica, aczkolwiek dojazd od strony Szwajcarii jest wymagający i budzi emocje u osób bez doświadczenia w prowadzeniu pojazdu wąskimi drogami pod górę :) Pokoj czysty, śniadanie średnio urozmaicone, ale smaczne i można się najeść. Żadnych uwag.

• Silvia (8/5): - La signora che gestisce il b&b è stata molto disponibile e gentile. La colazione è varia, sia dolce che salata. Il b&b si trova a mezz'ora di auto dai principali luoghi da visitare sul lago, in un'area molto silenziosa. Questo permette un soggiorno ad un prezzo più basso rispetto agli standard del lago ma di ottima qualità, compreso il parcheggio gratuito garantito. A 10 minuti di auto si trovano diversi ristoranti tipici.

• GABRIELLA (10/5): Un soggiorno molto gradevole. Struttura accogliente e rilassante. - Stanza ampia e molto pulita, essenziale e molto confortevole. Staff gentilissimo e ottima colazione. Ottimo soggiorno.

Zameldowanie było proste, tylko brakowało wcześniej informacji jak ma przebiegać, wiec jak zajechaliśmy późno (korki w Szwajcarii) to po ciemku było ciężko ogarnąć gdzie jest kluczyk. Po telefonicznym kontakcie jakoś ogarnęliśmy łamaną angielszczyzną

Скрипел деревянный пол, нам повезло, что мы жили на верхнем этаже, но мы старались передвигаться очень аккуратно. 2. Дорога к отелю со стороны Лугано экстремальная, но со стороны озера Комо проехать несложно.

Nella mia camera ho avuto un problema con un termosifone rumoroso che ho dovuto escludere per dormire di notte che ha comportato un calo della temperatura interna della camera,e pavimento in legno molto rumoroso durante il calpestio.

Kleine Schönheitsreperaturen sollten jedoch durchgeführt werden! - Unterkunft leicht zu finden und toll zwischen dem Luganer- und Comer See gelegen (Entfernung ca. 15-20min. jeweils). Parkplätze nur ein paar Meter entfernt und freundliches Personal. Die Auswahl beim Frühstück ist nicht groß, aber reicht vollkommen aus. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und diverse Restaurants nur wenige Autominuten entfernt. Zimmer sauber und abdunkelbar. Sitzmöglichkeit vor der Unterkunft mit tollem Panorama! Leider keine Klimaanlage. Nachts hat es sich trotz 18 Grad Außentemperatur nur wenig in den Räumen abgekühlt. Leider war ein sehr großer Teil des Badezimmers verschimmelt und das Wasser in der Dusche lief nicht richtig ab, weshalb das halbe Badezimmer schon nach 2 Minuten Duschen überflutet war. Ein kleiner Kühlschrank auf dem Zimmer wäre toll!

• Dalmira (7/5): It was okey, but could be improved for this price - - the room was authentic and stylish - the toom was very clean, and the stuff clened it the next day - the stuff was very friendly - the breakfast was healthy and good - the area around is beatufiul and safe - it was very cold in the room, but we had only one blanket for one bed, while our room was for 4 people with bed and big sofa - we paid extra charge for the pet (10 euros), but the room does not have a pet bed or any bowls to keep food or water for a pet - there is no elevator, so it might be hard for someone to carry on a luggage upstairs

A localização é boa , não fica super perto do lago mas tinha visto em alguns comentários anteriores que as estradas eram perigosas e não achei nada , é uma montanha obviamente que tem curvas mas o alcatrão está em perfeitas condições , tem espaço para passarem dois carros, fiquei satisfeito com as condições. Acho que nem pode ser uma crítica porque sabia para o que ia , é pena não ficar mais perto do lago mas mesmo assim fica numa zona verde e tranquila.

• Alessio (9/5): Torneremo sicuramente - La struttura è nuova, pulita e calda (in inverno). Non abbiamo dichiarato un orario di arrivo ma abbiamo trovato le chiavi sul bancone della reception insieme ad un foglio di benvenuto dove erano presenti tutte le informazioni che servivano. La colazione è semplice e buona, la proprietaria gentilissima e molto disponibile. La posizione è molto comoda come punto di appoggio per entrambi i laghi (di Como e di Lugano).

• Marvin (9/5): - Super nette Gastgeberin, die beim Frühstück einen tollen Cappuccino / Latte macht und es gibt super leckere Croissant. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, es war alles sauber. Die Umgebung ist super und man kann sich ein paar Tipps holen. Wir empfehlen Balconi di Italia. Es gibt zwei Straßen nach oben. Die eine ist super, immernoch italienisch, aber die andere ist so gefährlich, dass sie im Winter nicht befahrbar ist. Also vorsichtig mit dem Navi. Der alte Echtholzboden ist sehr hellhörig, somit hört man alles. Nachdem alle Gäste nett waren und man ja wusste, wann man zum Frühstück aufstehen muss, war dad gar kein Problem. Aber erwartet nicht, hier bis 10 Uhr ausschlafen zu können ;-)

• Simona (8/5): - La struttura si trova in una posizione strategica, ideale per visitare sia il lago di Lugano che il lago di Como. Le camere erano pulite , mentre la colazione a buffet era molto buona, con un assortimento giusto. L’host è stata molto gentile e disponibile, fornendoci tutte le informazioni necessarie per il soggiorno. Forse la strada x chi non è abituato. Essendo in montagna, la strada per raggiungere l’hotel è un po’ impegnativa (stretta e con diverse curve), ma una volta arrivati ne vale la pena.

Tutto pulito e soprattutto la possibilità di fare check in oltre l’orario indicato Magari avrei messo un kit bagnoschiuma e doccia in più per ospite e magari dato il 2025, una Smart tv con servizi come netflix e YouTube
• Anita (10/5): Alles war perfekt! - Der Check In war problemlos… alles lag an der Rezeption bereit. Die Unterkunft ist eine Mischung aus Alt und modern und insgesamt sehr sauber. Die Unterkunft liegt ca. 10 km von Rovio entfernt… Mitten in der Natur und trotz der Steigung gut befahrbar. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und die Chefin war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich… wir wir werden auf jedenfall wiederkommen.
