Jonas (6/5): - The staff on this hotel were all very nice. The room was also good. The restaurants were not good enough for a five star hotel. The nicest view were from the restaurant by the sea but they had a very limited meny which were more expensive than good. The breakfast were rather big but only half good. It felt like they had a western manager there and the food was not focused on any part of the sections just half focused. They should lay down more effort to make the food tasty and fresh.

I experienced the "WOW" the moment I arrived at the impressive reception area. Two infinity pools, gardens, gym, restaurant, bar and beautifully appointed bedrooms each with a sea view. Staff are friendly, attentive and efficient. There are no attractions within walking distance except for s long expanse of pristine, golden sand and the azure water I of the Gulf of Siam. A truly exceptional holiday experience - just like last time.

thiemo71 (10/5): Nice Oceanfront Hotel - I had a great short stay at the Renaissance. The Check Inn was one of the best that have ever had! Khun Praw made me feel very welcome even though I was checking in early. The Room was perfect and the view was very nice. Only the Mattrace seemed to be a bit dated. Thanks also to Fongbeer at the R-Bar. The Breakfast was very good and had everything I need and more. Also, I took advantage of the Shuttle Bus to Pattaya which goes twice per day at 12:00 and 16:00 with a final stop at Terminal21. For the ride back you need to take a Taxi or Grab for about 200-300 Baht.

The staff provided excellent service; I'd like to mention Khun Nok Manager Khun Ball, Khun Jane, And the man at the cocktail bar Khun J (Not sure for his name). What keeps bringing us back is not only the beautiful atmosphere, but also the exceptional care from the staff. Our great experience started even before arrival. I reached out via chat to request changing from a King bed to a double bed, and Khun Joom from the admin team or front team was incredibly helpful. She responded quickly and prepared everything beyond our expectations. My little nephew absolutely loved the connecting room and had so much fun running around. Upon arrival, the Front team warmly welcomed us right from the luggage drop-off, even though I didn’t catch their names. The welcome drink with pandan aroma was refreshing and a lovely touch. During check-in, special thanks to Jimmy for the smooth and efficient process. He was very friendly, professional, and clearly well-trained, paying great attention to detail. When we entered the room, we were delighted by the welcome set with fruits and snacks—especially the look choup, which was amazing. Thank you to Anko Timmer for the thoughtful greeting card, and to the entire team for taking such good care of us. We then headed straight to the pool. While my nephew enjoyed the water, we relaxed at the pool bar. K' Night made fantastic cocktails and was very friendly and fun to chat with. Huge thanks to Night, Win, and Poon for their warm hospitality and for being so kind to our nephew and family. This stay deserves a 10/10. Every moment was filled with warmth and care. Thank you to all the staff for making this place truly feel like our second home.

The team at 609 Kitchen — Khun Johnnie, James, Natto, Ploy, and Nueay — treated us like royalty. We also had an amazing time at The Pool Bar, where Khun Tekkie, Night, Big, Poon and Win crafted wonderful drinks and kept us entertained throughout our stay ❤️ And last but not least, The Pebbles — with Khun Tak, Nok, and Nak — gave us an exceptional steak dinner experience not just once, but twice. Helen (10/5): Great service, thoughtful staff, and fantastic food in a perfect beach setting. - We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful beachside hotel and would happily return. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was welcoming and relaxed. A special mention goes to the bartender, Takkie, who made us feel at home. He was friendly, attentive, and, together with his team, created a great vibe, which made it fun for all the guests sitting around the pool area. Paddle boarding was another highlight of our stay. Game, who was in charge of the Kids Club, was very helpful. He gave us detailed recommendations and arranged time slots for us so we didn’t have to stress over things. We can see his dedication and passion for his job, and were impressed with all the life-size Minecraft figures he made to make the children feel happy and entertained. His aqua aerobics routine was a lot of fun for guests to follow, or at least try to. He managed to bring lots of smiles to everyone’s faces. The food at the hotel was excellent — delicious, well-prepared, and very diversified, with something to please everyone in the family.

It’s our 2nd time here for Christmas and New Year, and we would be coming back again definitely. Good sized hotel with lots of ways to relax and unwind. We feel very well looked after as Johnnie always remember what we like. He always greet us with a smile and a small chat at breakfast to ask if we need anything. And he’s always there at happy hour pool bar. Beautiful views of the sea and sunset from the property. We have two boys aged 5 and 9, and they love making friends and do activities in kids club. Great location for a well balanced holiday. Some days we go to central Pattaya for the mall and movie. Some days we sit at beach huts restaurants which is a short drive from the property.

Also, the iphone charger is not compatible to their plugs, they gave us socket extension instead. - - Overall, it's not worth for your money. Very expensive comparing to the quality.

As always, the warm hospitality never fails to impress. Mr. Endre and Mr. Opel greeted us warmly upon arrival, and we were truly surprised by the thoughtful birthday setup in our room — from the large birthday cake to the beautiful decorations and the lovely greeting card prepared especially for our daughter. We also received a room upgrade according to our Marriott Bonvoy status. Initially, we considered staying at the Pattaya Marriott Resort and Spa since it is newer, but in the end, we chose to return here because we genuinely appreciate the outstanding service, the spacious swimming pool, and the peaceful atmosphere. A heartfelt thank you to Mr. Endre and Mr. Opel once again for the warm welcome and exceptional care for our family.

Breakfast and dinner are truly like night and day. The food at night at 609 was a bit overcooked (burgers especially) and they did not even come over to serve water. Johnnie on the other hand was very attentive to small details. He deserves special accolades. Although we came to celebrate our anniversary, the ownership brought us a birthday cake instead. It makes for a refreshing stay from the hustle and bustle of city life. Rooms: Spacious and modern. Great sea view and amazing sunset view as well. Breakfast: Large breakfast spread options. Fresh fruit. Note, it does get crowded. Kids Club: Thank you to all the staff there. Always attentive and fun activities for the kids. Pools: 1. Large pool for kids and adults. 1, kids pool. 1, adult pool. Great views out for the sunset. Beach: Direct access to the public beach. You can paddleboard, swim, and have a nice walk along the beach. We understand it is not in their control, but we noticed at times there was a bit of trash brought up by the waves on the surrounding beach. Gym: Decent free-weight options and cardio machines for a good workout. F&B: Check out Pebbles, it's towards the beach. Delicious grilled fish and oven-baked bread. Near-by: Lots of waterparks, like Aquaverse. Good Restaurants, like Mum Aroi in Silverlake. It's easier if you have a car with you. Anna Rohm and her team are taking great efforts and care with the property. Thank you. We will be back again!

Bij bestellen van eten & drinken komt er nog een best een behoorlijk bedrag aan service kosten & tax bij elke keer als je iets besteld. Tip geven prima, maar ik wil graag zelf bepalen aan wie 🫣.

It’s one of the first places that comes to mind whenever I need a relaxing getaway. The place is clean, the room layout is well designed, and the front desk staff, housekeeping, and everyone in all departments provide excellent service. Especially Mr. Johnny, who pays exceptional attention to detail. I’m truly impressed and will definitely keep coming back.
lenkab273 (10/5): Very pleasant weekend stay - Nice, luxury and about the right size. Very spacious rooms. The whole hotel is spotlessly clean. Staff very pleasant and professional. Clean beach, but there are no hotel sun-beds as it is a public beach. Pool for kids is separated from the pool for adults which makes it more relaxing for those not travelling with kids. Food excellent

From the moment I arrived, every member of the staff displayed remarkable professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail. The front desk team (Hack, Karen, Zack, Opel, Tong) please forgive me if I spelled your name wrong and I am just unpacking and lost my list that had everyone name on it, and the Housekeeper that maintained my room to the highest standard of cleanliness and comfort. The friendly attitude, prompt assistance, and genuine hospitality made a lasting impression. I really encounter a high level of dedication and customer care, and I want to ensure that management is aware of the positive experience I had. I will gladly recommend Renaissance Pattaya Resort & Spa to friends, family and colleagues and I look forward to staying with you again in the future. briangL6841WC (8/5): Good for families - Review: Renaissance Hotel Pattaya (Stay: Oct 11–13) We had an enjoyable stay overall at the Renaissance Hotel Pattaya. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially at the kayaking facility, which was decent and easy to access. Breakfast offered a good selection of dishes, catering to various tastes. However, the beach area could use better maintenance. There was a section with sand flies that unfortunately bit me and my family, which affected our beach experience. Improving this aspect would definitely enhance the overall guest experience. Despite that, we appreciated the hospitality and amenities, and would consider returning if the beach conditions improve.

The location was great — everything we wanted to see was only about 10–30 minutes away. The hotel itself is absolutely fantastic and so relaxing. We loved spending time at the Rbar — great drinks and such a beautiful view! Our room had a lovely balcony overlooking the resort, and we even had a bit of sea view, which made it extra special. Everything was spotless and so well organized. The entire team was warm and welcoming, but a special shout-out to Seven and Balee, who went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Every single staff member we met was friendly, kind, and always ready to help. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay — we’ll definitely be back!

HansF932 (10/5): Exceptional Experience at Renaissance Resort Pattaya! Highly recommended!!! - Wonderful stay at Renaissance Resort Pattaya! I’m a former Hotel Executive and can without hesitation recommend this hotel to any traveler. I’m a Club Marriott/elite member and was welcomed with perfect smiles and professionalism! Check-in/out, luggage and Valet services top notch! The resort is beautiful and well maintained. Very nice tropical clean pools; one for just adults which is fantastic! The room I occupied was very large, of clean & fresh appearance with crisp linen, the Marriott Bed (so good) and a wonderful bathroom with big shower and soft towels, nice amenities and a stocked minibar. The large balcony with furniture is also a nice addition. I had a fantastic dinner at 609 restaurant with a large Beef Tenderloin and a great Goat-cheese salad plus cocktails… all prepared correctly and very delicious!!! The drinks at R-Bar and poolside during sunset were likewise delicious! The resort offers a unique “happy-hours” promotion starting 3pm until 10pm … buy 1 get 1 for cocktails and beer and times switch between outlets; nice! I observed the breakfast buffet and it’s one of the best in the business including cooking stations and many premium food items e.g. smoked Salmon! The bakery products are very authentic and I even met the French Pastry Chef; but unfortunately didn’t catch his name. Service was implacable throughout and a special thanks to Mr.Anko Director F&B and his team for making my culinary experience a top notch one! I like to mention some names who in particular cared for me; Khun Tak Assistant Mgr., k.Beer from R-Bar, k.Bayoke from 609, K.Benz & Kim pool bar, k.Nam from Housekeeping and K.Hack from front desk… sadly I did forget the name of the Director of Rooms who was very friendly & courteous upon my early check/in! I will be returning to Renaissance Pattaya later this month for another get-away … and more will follow!! Thanks PS: it is very much worth mentioning that this Renaissance (Marriott) property is one of the few where I notice senior Management engaging with guests! Well done!

Every stay is filled with smiles, happiness, and wonderful memories so much so that I often find myself already planning the next visit before I even leave. What impresses me the most is the consistently high standard of service. No matter how many times the staff may rotate, their warm smiles, genuine care, and attentive service never change. The quality remains impeccable. On my most recent stay, I came with my extended family of more than 10 people. The staff welcomed us with such warmth and even prepared a lovely photo souvenir for our family, making this trip even more special. (A big thank you to Khun Opel, Khun Endre, Khun Cake, Khun Kaew, Khun Arty, and Khun Aum) I also brought my little dog again this time. Even though it had been just a week since our last visit, the staff still remembered us and greeted us with the same kindness and care, while preparing the room and everything we needed perfectly. I truly encourage everyone to experience this place for yourself. Then you will understand why I love it so much and why I call it my second home. It may sound unbelievable, but once you’ve stayed here, you might just find yourself returning for the tenth time just like me. Finally, my heartfelt thanks to all the team members who made this stay so memorable, especially Khun Mimi (Sales) Khun Endre, Khun Opel, Khun Ing, Khun Tong, Khun Cake, and the entire Front Office team for their thoughtful arrangements and attentive care.
