Grace (8/5): It is ok to stay - The place is nice, very clean and good breakfast. The check in took long than we expected. The location is far SFO downtown. We booked with breakfast and they unknown about it :( They charged more than $90 over the price we booked, it is boring to carry out the claim process.

The staff was very helpful and responsive throughout the planning process, which made coordinating for our group easy. The rooms were clean, modern, and comfortable, and the location was convenient for our guests. Overall, everything went smoothly, and we would definitely recommend the AC Hotel for group stays or events.

Saini-cheema (4/5): Poor - Location, clean This place needs better staff, stayed here few times now, booked a room for my parents for the first time here. How you treat people, especially elderly says a lot about you, maybe you are always short staffed or maybe kindness/courtesy is not something you value or provide to your customers. Gave my parents a room where the key wouldn’t open the door, my parents asked for help from the staff on the floor, asked to call the front desk or go back down to ask for help, again given another key which again did not open the door, again my parents asked a person passing by (staff) for help, telling my parents again to go back to the front desk and ask for help. Battery on the door lock was dead and needed to be changed and finally my parents were able to get to their room. No one took the time to check what the issue was, kept asking my parents to go back and forth from 5th floor back to the front desk to ask for help. I ordered door dash for my parents and it was accidentally delivered to the front desk instead of the room, I called the hotel and requested if someone could please drop the food to my parents room, no that’s not an option I was told. I’ll make sure take my business elsewhere and not book with this hotel again.

They kindly moved my room to a two-bed room without any hassle and made sure everything was comfortable. Their positive attitude really made a difference and improved my whole experience.

The bad music pumped out in reception and hallways, thin walls so we had to listen to a kid crying while we tried to fall asleep, and the fact they charge almost $5 for crappy drip coffee. Pretty tacky for a 4 star hotel that charges over $200 à night.

Ed_7462022 (2/5): Lack of customer service after unexpected cancellation - We booked a stay at the AC Marriott San Francisco (Nov 7–8) to celebrate my wife’s birthday. We even completed self check-in through the Bonvoy app. After our concert ended that night and we were just five minutes away from the hotel, I received a call informing us that our reservation had been cancelled due to flooding. While I understand emergencies happen, the way the situation was handled was extremely disappointing. No assistance was offered to help us secure another room at a nearby Marriott property, no alternatives were provided, and no effort was made to support us—even though we were suddenly stranded late at night and live two hours away. I am a Gold Elite member and have always been loyal to Marriott, so the lack of care and acknowledgment was very disheartening. What made this even worse is that there was no follow-up from hotel management the next day—no call, no apology, no gesture of goodwill, not even basic communication. The experience felt dismissive and completely out of line with the level of service Marriott usually stands for. We have always chosen Marriott when we travel, but this situation left us feeling overlooked and unsupported at a moment when customer service should have mattered most.

The toilet could have been cleaned better (noticed a hair, wiped it down myself). Even when I show all the receipts in the bank online but she didn’t accept it and ask to wait more and more. But its not my problem that you can’t connect with Booking or don’t see any payment while I have all documents that I did it.
Amariarin (10/5): Convenient Location, Beautiful Rooms, Unforgettable View - Beautiful hotel with authentic European design, clean and stylish rooms, and one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever had. The location is very convenient, just minutes from the airport, yet peaceful with a stunning bay view at dawn. I couldn’t try the food and beverage due to my short stay, but everything else made me wish I had stayed longer.

Stephan (9/5): Gute Lage als Zwischenstopp von Las Vegas zurück nach San Francisco über den Yosemite NP. - Wir hatten die Suite mit 2 Schlafzimmer und damit ausreichend Platz für unsere 5-köpfige Familie. Betten... alles bestens. Leider ist das Restaurant im Haus etwas teuer, z.B. zum Abendessen, wenn man nicht mehr fahren möchte. Frühstück war bei uns dort inklusive und sehr gut.

The hotel was pretty hip, the staff were very friendly, it was clean and the room was very spacious. We will definitely be staying at these hotels on our upcoming trips. Thank you AC Hotel!

Ashley (10/5): - This hotel was conveniently located but there wasn't much around it to do. The couch had a stain on it, and so did the floors, it just didn't feel very clean and the beds were a bit hard for my preference. We stayed in a room with a pullout bed, but they didn't have any pillows and limited sheets for an extra bed, and they only left us 2 towels when we specified 3 people in the room.
Klaus-Dieter (4/5): Simple to expensive - Top-Lage und das war’s dann auch schon. Hoffnungslos überteuert. Parkplatz extra, Frühstück extra und bei einem normalen Zimmer einen Zimmerpreis von über 300 Euro.

Seaside37014476221 (10/5): Best hotel in south San Francisco - Hotel is amazing and very good location and sea view rooms are amazing. Frontdesk Özcan is great and helped us a lot. They have also free charging stations made our travels easier.

Thomas (10/5): Quite place on the weekend 20 min from Pacifica - It was nice and new. Its in an office park. The microwave is in the hall. Door was taking a long time to close but other than that it was very nice. Loved the rain shower.

From start to finish, the experience exceeded expectations. Ashley Cabrera and Margaux Esplana delivered outstanding service, ensuring every detail was handled with care and that our team felt supported throughout the stay. The food was excellent, and the venue itself was perfect. We could not have asked for a better location or higher level of service, and we look forward to returning in the future. Thank you Ashley, Margaux, and the rest of the AC Marriott SFO Oyster Point team for the top notch service!!

KeepItM0vin (10/5): Sax player live on Saturday night!':-) - We came for one night and went to the lounge and the people were so warm and friendly. Our cocktails are so delicious. I'm writing this review as I sit here in real time because I don't wanna forget what a wonderful experience it was and to make sure we recognize everyone working so hard to make us all feel at home in this lounge. They had an amazing saxophone player named Ashley Gemison who seemed to have made friends with everyone here and was making warm dedications and playing her heart out. This is the first time in a long time I've seen live entertainment in a hotel lounge. It's so cool and welcoming. Whoever is booking the entertainers should get a high five because we are all having so much fun. This property is modern, comfortable and a real treat. The rooms are comfy and sleek. What a joy!

Tanja (8/5): Zimmer gut, Lage ok, Frühstücksregelung nervt - Zimmer war groß und sauber. Die Lage ist im Industriegebiet aber gut für Ausflüge nach San Francisco mit dem Auto perfekt gelegen. Da Theater beim Frühstück, das laut Buchung inklusive ist: Wir hatten 2 Zimmer für insgesamt 7 Personen und bekommen dann pro Zimmer 2 Gutscheine a 20$. Und das auch nur für eine Nacht. Wir haben aber 2 Nächte gebucht. Mussten dann am nächsten Tag mit der genervten Dame am Empfang diskutieren. Das geht gar nicht! Dann sollen sie kein „inklusive Frühstück“ anbieten.
zll861 (2/5): Avoid if you don't want BLOOD & PEE stains on comforter - Disgusting BLOOD & PEE stains on comforter. NOT changed at all. Talked with front desk and only got new comforters, no new room or re-cleaning. The second one also has blood stain on it and the dirty one was not taken back. Very rude service. I complained to the director of house keeping and she kept telling me the stain is fresh to make it worse and refused to admit it was there before I checked in although I had pictures. She called the GM but didn’t allow me to talk to the GM because “he was not in the office”, so how did she call him?! That employee is ridiculous, try to avoid if you don’t want biohazard and moronic service.

Q9438FLbarbaras (10/5): Oyster Point Marriott AC visit for business - My colleagues and I had a 5 night stay at the AC Marriott for a business trip 2 weeks ago. I have to say Ashley Cabrera managed our visit with professionalism and ease. We had multiple changes, last minute food and bevvie needs aswell as needing power cords ot the meeting room we rented for 3 days. The room was great, the team was topnotch, and i highly recommend this hotel for business and or pleasure!

Jrrob (6/5): Lot’s of silly misses - I stayed one night. Check out time is 11am. Housekeeping walked into my room at 7:30 am without knocking and then again at 10 am. This is unacceptable. Housekeeping should not have been dispatched until I was slated to checkout. Two, I understand we all need to be more environmentally conscious. I think it’s great that hotels are moving away from sample-size shampoo and body wash. However, the body wash was nearly empty. Also, the hotel still uses sample-size lotions, and it had the audacity to stock my room with a half-used sample size lotion. Attention to detail is important.
