Room 234 toilet ran all night and the tp holder is loose in the wall so tp kept falling. Detachable shower heads would be nice. The key lighting was a new thing and is a good idea in principle but it kept leaving people in the dark so the person leaving would have a key but fd fixed the issue with a substitute card.

- wakai (4/5): - Saff members service were excellent. However, facilities did not meet our expectation. I reserved 2 beds, yet we got 1 king bed. Shower room is too small and bad design, because you could not reach the handle for water temperature. When you open the door, the handle is hidden behind the door.
- Edgar (9/5): SF spring break 2026 - This was the second time we stayed at this property. Not too far from DTSF and San Jose. Perfect location. Room was perfect for us. Complimentary breakfast was good. Nothing special just good to filled up our stomach before heading out. Staff was friendly and very professional. Parking fee little bit high. Need more of disabled parking spots, especially in front entrance.

The location was very convenient as it was close to the freeway, not too far from the airport, not too far from San Francisco or Silicon Valley. The rooms were nice, clean, and quiet. There was plenty of parking in the lot. There were nearby restaurants, coffee shops, and gas stations, which was a plus. I would definitely stay here again.

- Kevin (9/5): Cant emphasise enough how friendly and professional the front desk staff were. - Very friendly and helpful service desk staff, this was really appreciated and noted as this was one of the only places we experienced this great quality and we stayed at a total of 8 hotels. Different breakfast times for weekdays and weekends and on the weekend the breakfast was getting cleared away and packed up quite early. The variety of breakfast food was really good, however the breakfast set up could have been a lot better. An extra toaster and locate the toasters before other items or in a different location to not slow the flow of guests trying to get other items.

- ANDY1888 (2/5): This hotel scammed us and charged us twice - Booked this room and it was cancelled by hotel. Then they automatically locked us out of room at 7am. And then got charged twice for one room. Emailing Anthony Capuano Anthony.capuano@marriott.com so he can look into this. Also didn’t receive the bonus points as part of the Marriott program.

- Bill (8/5): The hip replacement was a success... - I picked the hotel as it was with in 4 minutes from the Peninsula Surgery Center, where mywife was having a hip replacement. It was suitable for our needs
- Nancy (6/5): Just a Decent Stay - The place was clean, but they never came to clean the room during our entire stay. Liked the heater, beds and closet space. Liked the mirrors, sliding bathroom door, and separate toilet area. Never cleaned our room, couch was dirty, floor had stains, sink was tiny and wood underneath was warped, shower was small, and it was hard to use tv. Breakfast was not good.

- AlexKac (8/5): Great family hotel with EV charging but so so breakfast. - Basics first. Big rooms. Good queen beds. We did use the trundle and it was not great. We brought our own mattress topper that made the trundle the envy of the room. Parking is $22 a night but if you have an EV they have plenty of chargers. I appreciated that. Breakfast is ok. It’s missing potatoes, bacon, or fruit medleys like Hyatt Place. It had a fantastic oatmeal bar, dual waffle makers, and good beverage choices. Just sausage every day. Would’ve preferred bacon and sausage to rotate. Would come again.
- barbararobeson (10/5): Great Stay Springhill Suites - Hotel was lovely. Front desk staff could not have been friendlier, check in nice and easy. He even found us a great restaurant for dinner. Room was very quiet. Will definitely be repeating our stay at the Springhill Suites in Belmont Redwood Shores each time we come to the bay area.

It was a wonderful touch that made the stay feel even more welcoming and comfortable. The room’s furnishing was impressive — modern, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged. Everything felt well-maintained and of good quality, from the bed to the lighting and storage spaces.
- Zaira (1/5): - The breakfast was decent On 11/7/2025 the morning of check out I Spoke with Operations Manager Arianne Expressed my concerns regarding the cleaning of the room the sofa, pillow & shower liners are totally dirty with mold and stains, showed her the video I took, she told is surprised to see that that and will bring it up to her staff totally unapologetic, very careless person. I spoke with a few other guest there told me they did not have shower courtins but shower doors. We will NOT recommend this place to anyone or stay here ever again.
- Lisa Neef (10/5): Pricey and you have to pay an additional fee for parking. - I've stayed here a couple of times and have always been satisfied with this hotel. They have started to charge $22 a day yo park. I could see if this hotel was in the middle of downtown San Francisco, however, it is located in an industrial part of Redwood Shores. The extra parking fees along with the increase in room rates makes this hotel very expensive. I will definitely shop around the next time I'm in town.

- Anna (9/5): Modern, clean hotel - recommend - Very clean and the rooms are new and modern, larger than usual, with a sitting area. Good, standard breakfast. Great for the price. Gets busy at breakfast. I would suggest extending the hours on weekends. The food was removed so quickly, while the room was full and people were still trying to get some food.

- Kim (10/5): Safe hotel, great rooms and wonderful staff! Would definitely stay here again! - Wonderful hotel! The staff was super helpful and friendly, check in was easy! The room was super clean and comfortable, very modern! There was a great selection of food and drinks for breakfast. The location felt safe and secure. We really enjoyed our stay here even if it was only overnight. Nothing, everything was great!

- Cathy (7/5): Convenient for the purpose of travel. - Breakfast was adequate. Oatmeal either too thick or too watery Rooms were spacious. Nice closet. Sink in bathroom too small. Not enough towel racks. Desk light didn’t work. Cushions on sofa well sat on.
- djdishong (10/5): Great Bay Area Stay - Great hotel in the Bay Area! Perfectly sits between downtown San Francisco and Santa Clara area. Close to lots of restaurants and shopping as well as activities. Only about a 40 minute drive to the coast depending on traffic. Hotel is very modern, updated, and CLEAN! Pool is “heated” but be warned, it’s still a little chilly. It’s more to take the edge off. Breakfast is always great and has a ton on of options! Only think I would say is the need for a couple more and new waffle makers. The ones there for our stay, the cooking surfaces were worn out so everything stuck, even with spray. But it’s not a big deal. If I’m coming back to the bay area, this will be where I sta.
