They are charged for water that was given in the room, which was unexpected and disappointing. There were large piles of hotel laundry that I had to step over in order to reach the room. I rejected the room. Hotel gave me another room. The second room given to me was nice. Clean and comfortable. There was no hot water in the bathroom so I was not able to take a morning shower.

- Hassan (8/5): Wonderful staff, comfortable bed, and a delicious breakfast. - The staff was courteous and helpful, doing their best despite the nagging of some rude and disconcerting guests. And the breakfast was quite delectable. The in room facilities need to be addressed, and attention to detail is paramount, such as an electric kettle that doesn't work or why there were no mugs in the room.
