• wilmshurst (9/5): Would def recommend. - The directions were clear, not sure why we needed keys as we had a code to get in, but didn't use them. The one bed was a bit form for my hands, butt we made do. Very clean and quiet at night for the area, busy traffic during the day but we went out anyway. On a bus route so easy to get around to the main sites. Our only regret was not being able to get the gas top on to cook breakfast! Other than that it was perfect!

• Stec (10/5): - brak czajnika poza tym było wszystko co potrzebne, szczerze polecam, ładna klatka, spokojna okolica, pamiętajcie, że zawsze jak wynajmujecie mieszkanie musicie doliczyć podatek turystyczny. Gospodarz wypełnił formalności z zameldowaniem za nas. Bardzo dziękujemy i mam nadzieje do zobaczenia
• Juan Cruz (3/5): Numbers don’t work. Smells of smoke and old gadgets are also old and it was overpriced - Smells like someone was smoking there. Cleaning was not full and everything looked quite old for the price

• Tee (10/5): Exceptional - Ventsislav's place is perfect. We had a big car, he helped us secured a car park by the street. Then, he showed us to our lovely apartment and explained everything to us. He even helped showed the bus route for our visit around Rome. The apartment is very clean and comes with a nice cosy kitchen, fully equipped with everything you need to cook. We cooked our meals there for 3 days. Ventsislav also prepared many bread & snacks for us, so thoughtful of him. There's also a washing machine for our laundry. There's 2 bedroom and both comes with super comfy bed. Plus point, there's also air condition in each room. Not many European houses comes with air condition. The streets below us has everything! The supermarket is right below. Bus stop just downstairs and takes you 10 mins to get into the city for all the attractions like Colosseum, Pantheon and others.I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Rome.

• Cheryl (10/5): We had a wonderful time and really appreciated the host’s thoughtfulness to include fans. Rome is hot in August. - Very clean property, easy to find. Close to a taxi station. Very nice cold ac in the bedrooms for sleeping. Property seemed to be away from most of the historical sites so we spent more on taxis than we planned, but to be fair to us all the sites seemed to be much more spread out than we had imagined.
• Boris (10/5): Great location, close to center - It was a very nice location. Our host, Ventsislav helped us with a small issue very late at night past midnight. He's very nice and very knowledgeable. You can ask him any question, anytime. His apartment feels brand new with all the amenities. He even included coffee with cookies. He told us Bus 170 will take you directly to the center of Rome where you can see the Colosseum, the Pantheon, the Vatican, etc. It runs on time with a good schedule. Make sure to watch your belongings within the bus. Thank you Ventsislav for the nice stay. We liked everything.

• Catherine (10/5): Perfect apartment with street parking available - Location was perfect for getting into Rome centre. The bus stop is just across the road as is the taxi point. Easy walk to St Paul's which is definitely worth the visit. Apartment was perfect and the host very very helpful. He helped us with parking and gave us great information on buses, etc. All very good.

• Michele (9/5): We truly enjoyed staying in the apartment. The neighborhood is fun and is great for shopping. - Vincent, the host, was very pleasant and accommodating. He greeted us in a timely manner and provided us the explanation necessary for a comfortable and pleasant stay in Rome. The apartment is not located in the city center but the location allowed us to have free street parking. There is also a but stop in front of the apartment that took us to Piazza Venezia (from there a 10-minute walk to the Colosseum or a 25-minute walk to the Trevi Fountain) and the Termini Station. We highly recommend this apartment for anyone who rented a car in Rome. A small closet in the second bedroom would have been icing on the cake.

Well equipped kitchen with lots of nice treats. Very good shower and bathroom and good size TV in the master bedroom. Our host Vinci was very helpful and communicated well. A kettle to boil water would have been handy.

• Barta (10/5): Good location, everything is in 30 minutes. - I liked the location, the flat and the balcony. The kitchen is well equipped, the bathroom is clear, and we had everything we needed. The balcony is a big plus!

Feels like home because of the comfort and convenience to do what you want. . Vincenzo made sure you have all basic things in the house( tower, shampoo etc.) and even more ( snacks, water, milk etc.) That's really thoughtful. The supermarket and the long shopping street with nice shops can be found directly below the apartment. Also the busstop! Thank you for a awesome stay and good luck Vincenzo!
