• Halder (2/5): Would not recommend!!!! - N/A The bathroom door had water damage the shower silicone had mould growing in it the door was drafty the windows weren't sealed properly the fridge smelt like fish and the surroundings were very loud paper thin walls and flooring

• Shannan (10/5): Excellent Value for Money, Clean and comfortable - Clean, affordable and central. The check in instructions were easy and the room was a great size for a multi night trip. There was a bad review left 2 weeks before our stay and we were quite worried we were going to be staying in emergency housing. Thankfully this wasn't the case and our experience was the opposite of the review left.

• Maclachlan (1/5): - We didn't stay. But the room did have wheelchair access like advertised so that is good Filthy filthy filthy. Unfortunately the units are also adjacent to a very old and rundown motel that houses long term tenants. This place also ran the reception on behalf of 118 apartments... When we pulled up, the older rundown motel had a window wide open and a torn curtain hanging out it. I thought that is a bit odd and we continued to get out of the car. Then a very dodgy looking man climbed out of that window walked slowly passed us while staring and wrote down our number plate before carrying on his wander. Once we got to the room and seen the state of it that was enough for us to get on the phone and book somewhere else. We had our 6 month old with us so weren't risking hanging round neighbours like that or in such a dirty apartment

Security was questionable, our room had a door going into the the next unit, with a table in front of the door to stop it opening and the front door lock was rickety it didn't feel really secure. But we had no issue. The veiw out the window was a really run down motel (where we signed in at) with curtains hanging off the rails and the building was in need of a paint and some maintenance. Our building was in much better condition though.

She was able to provide us with an early check in - the room was completed to our expectation and everything was in order. Also, with the chaos of travelling, we were supposed to take the Trans alpine train and had taken some cash out to use while in train. Due to some error, forgot it there in the hotel. Miss Flynn notified us about this and also transferred the money back into our account right away. Rarely we get such an amazing service and honestly. Everything was hooks
