- Sara (8/5): -
- Danna (6/5): My stay was decent and comfortable. Had a hard time finding someone to check out - It was clean and when the staff was available they were nice They don’t have 24 hour staff available and they are doing a lot of construction
- David (10/5): -
- don (4/5): The front desk clerk is a gem. Staying in a freezing room with a negative 3° blizzard outside was depressing - We were caught in a blizzard so the location The room had 2 sources of heat. They consisted of a thru the wall ac unit and a wall register controlled by a thermostat on the wall. The front desk person was great I wish I remembered her name. She told us she turned on the heat in the room but when we got in we turned up the thermostat. Well it turns out only one heat source can be used at a time and we blew a circuit breaker somewhere. We didn’t find this out until checking out so it was a cold night.
- Shane (5/5): good price - breakfast was a little sparce...no juice...brick of cream cheese that you had to open each time you or someone else used it rooms not being made everyday...breakfast need more variety and 1 more waffle maker would be nice
- Sonia (5/5): Needs improvement - Clean There was no heating, and my family and I were very cold because it was freezing the day we stayed there
- Antony Esteban (2/5): This is a messy place to stay… not worthy! - Basically nothing. Rooms were smelly, like dirt and smoke altogether, someone tried to open my door, there was a dirty towel hanging in the toilet, the room given to us was not ready… We had to complain about it to receive a new one because they did not even know, kitchen and utencils were very dirty, food was kind of old and anti-hygienic, AC was very outdated so heating was difficult, almost impossible! TV was not working so I had to play with it to make it work, and we had to wait for checking-in like a lot, as well as we had to leave the keys in the box when checking-out cuz the réceptionnist was not there.
- Joseph (10/5): -
- Nichols (10/5): - Nice beds No complaints
- Miley (8/5): -
- Charles (8/5): - Sarah was very hospitable and helpful😊
- Chengbin (6/5): - Good location to visit Theodore Roosevelt national park but the facilities are a little bit old. Overall not bad
- Dwight (8/5): - Very friendly people. Sara was great.
- Eric (6/5): - Definitely in need of proper repair here and there. Room clean, only one light out or 4 working in room. No ac working, window was open no screen. Had to work at it a bit to close. Ok place to stop for the night for a good rate . Right off highway. Place to gas up and eat close by.
- Karen (6/5): - Needs some cleaning up, ibside and out
- Hong (8/5): - Friendly staff but the condition was not the best. I noticed stuck drawers and missing lamps. The window a/c unit did seem to be the easiest to use but I did not really need it since it was cool. However the price was good. I would stay here a night or 2 when I am on a low budget.
- Mary (5/5): pleasant and thankful the hotel is available in this small town. - The hotel is an older model, but rooms were nice. Our faucet leaked all over the countertop so we used a washcloth to soak it up daily while using the drain had a small leak onto the floor luckily my bag wasn't under it when I noticed it since I leave our bathroom bag under the sink usually. We had a hard time regulating the A/C unit it ran all night until we figured out how to use the timer feature. It was nice to have a cool room during the day but overnight it go too cold couldn't get the heat to work. The continental breakfast is very limited we at once then ate out the rest of the time. Shower head didn't spray just bubbled water out of it. We couldn't get the t.v. to work at first but the owner was very helpful. It is a satisfactory place to stay. The motel is family owned and run and we are happy to support that. They have been working on the parking lot so there was a pile of dirt that made it hard to park on one side. We felt comfortable and safe and the beds were very nice. Spent 5 days there so the price was nice. We would stay there again. I answered this question above but I will add a few thoughts. I could use a lamp on both end tables and items fall out of the plugs when they are plugged in. Would like to see mini refrigerators with a separate freezer and refrigerator. A lot of people who are traveling carry drinks and food items and use a lot of ice packs it's nice to refreeze them.
- Karen (4/5): - Desperately in need of some TLC. Lobby smells like stale cigarettes. Hallways are dark and dirty. Rooms were clean but need updating. We weren’t brave enough to eat breakfast because lobby area was so dirty.
- Diane (7/5): - the Lady running the whole hotel was super nice. price
- Calvin (4/5): - Room ac is noisy room needs updating breakfast could use some fruit coffe wad good
- Charles (6/5): - Besides the bed the only other furniture to sit on was a an old office chair that was permanently in the reclined position. Towels were not exchanged.
- Joan (6/5): - Opted for this property due to very limited pet friendly options near Medora. The room was clean and the bed was descent but the whole property needs a LOT of TLC. Staff were very nice and the breakfast was good.
- Alok (10/5): -
- Borowik (5/5): If I saw it 1st, I'd never would of stayed there. - What breakfast? The apt lied about how beautiful the hotel was.
It was on a dirt road, no sign on the hotel. From the outside it looked l8ke a dump. The man behind the desk was very accommodating. Room was decent.
- David (2/5): - There was a smell the moment we walked in. The bedroom wasn’t any better. The sink was stained and chipped. The towels were thin, worn and stained. Dirty microwave. No pictures on the walls and the chair to sit on, I don’t think a thrift store would take it. One lamp. Unfortunately we booked for two nights nothing else around. We went site seeing and came back late only to find out our room was never attended to. My husband went down to the front desk and inquired why. The guy said you needed to ask if you wanted your room cleaned and fresh towels!!! Never have we had to ask. The outside is no better. Old hose laying around, garbage overflowing, the cord to the air conditioner on the sidewalk, tripping hazard. Overgrown weeds , all the windows were filthy. Had to shut the air conditioner off it was so loud in the room .
- Carie (2/5): - Yes this is a budget hotel. We were traveling with a dog and it was the only place available that takes pets and close to TR Natl Park and Medora. Definitely book in Medora or even Miles City MT, not here. We felt unsafe, there were bugs in our room, the sheets felt dirty and were poorly put on, the white towels were tinged brown. Hallways smelled of smoke. Water came out of the tap very cloudy. Generally we felt unsafe, felt dirty and got out as fast as possible the next am. Barely slept. Do not stay here.
- Michelle (4/5): - The motel is not kept up at all. It is dirty and in need of many repairs. While the air conditioner in the room kept the room cool it was way too big and loud for the space. I'll say one positive thing-- the bed sheets were clean and the bed was comfortable. The room constantly smelled of cigarette smoke. I couldn't wait to leave. I had read reviews and was trying to save money, but I learned my lesson. There is alot to be said for being in a place that I feel safe when I am traveling. This motel is not that kind of place.
- Heather (6/5): - Building looks run down. Reservation was for a king bed, was given a queen bed. The washcloths/towels had stains on them.
But the price wasn't bad.
- Danielle (4/5): -
- Lynn (2/5): Very disappointed - The hotel staff are nice and informative. However, one room with 2 beds the one bed was terrible and the other was barely tolerable, the shower fan and infrared warming light did not work, there was one shampoo and one conditioner, and a bar of soap, there was no coffee maker but had coffee grounds and cups and the air-conditioning was loud. The King room had no towels,no one answered the phone when we were requesting towels,no one at the desk even after ringing the bell, air-conditioning was set at 62 degrees and could not be changed. Breakfast, coffee was recycled from the day before, it was unclean, very few choices, toaster didn't toast my bagel. Overall I will not stay there again Very disappointed.
- JENNIFER (8/5): - There are no trains near the hotel so it is very very quiet. It's right next to the freeway so arriving and leaving are very easy. There was an okay breakfast.
- Susan (6/5): Please help this place. - This hotel needs a lot of help. The lobby is dirty and the entrance is dirty. The room seemed to be clean however VERY dated with worn chairs, stained sinks, and toilets that so low you felt like you were sitting on the floor. Air conditioner was in the wall and made so much noise and had a smell when on that we needed to shut it off. The front desk attendant was very polite and accommodating. This community and area needs a nice hotel but this one is not making the cut. A remodel is in need badly.
- Andrade (10/5): -
- Kathleen (6/5): - Room was clean but the exterior looked deserted. Weeds everywhere.
- Ellie (6/5): - Ok stay
- Della (8/5): -
- Barry (6/5): - Needs to be up dated and the rooms had a strong odor.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Not bad, not amazing - The sink had an unpleasant odor until we ran hot water down it for a while. The showerhead should have been replaced as the stream out if it was one big jet. Other than that the room was nice. The air conditioner worked very well. I get hit easily and was able to keep it nice and cool in there. The breakfast left much to be desired.
- Mike (3/5): -
- Ross (5/5): Paid too much for so little! - Not what's pictured.Old sink, chair stitched up.Smell of incense.
- Melissa (6/5): - Our stay was fine, but the place is pretty run down. The rooms were clean, we had a hard time with the musty smell. Hallways were dark and the cleaning cart was still sitting in the hall at 7:30pm. I’m not sure there are better options in the area, but we wouldn’t go out of our way to stay here again.
- Martin (3/5): Poor - I did not eat breakfast. The hotel is fine but building is old. Room was not equipped with towels but the front desk lady did get me towels. I could not watch tv cause it was not hooked up to internet or something. The front desk was very nice and her customer service is very good. She does excellent work. As I said she went and got towels for me. The front desk lady did make me feel comfortable with excellent extra activities which was great It could have been better if the other people that was staying at the hotel could have been more respectful. There was slamming doors till 2am. I could not sleep.
- Rebakah (2/5): Location was where we needed but not a great experience. Pricey because of the location, but price is not reflected in e - Location Bedding permanently stained to the point we did not use the covers. I had to go ask for more toilet paper bc they left us a very small partial roll. Breakfast was stale bread for toast or coffee but the creamer was curdled. So gross.
- Nannie (7/5): Good - Staff was great.
Good location for us Floor was very dirty. Something sticky had been spilled and not cleaned up.
- Uerling (4/5): Disappointing - Staff was friendly. The hotel smelled like pot in the main hallways when we checked in. The room was not clean - there was stuff all over the carpeting. No towels or soap available.
- Anala (2/5): - I've never stayed in such a bad place like this. The staff tried to do their best, I think, but the room wasn't ready, and it was dirty. They left a used towel in the bathroom. The rug was stained. The smell in the room was disgusting.
- Monty (4/5): Drive farther for a better room - What breakfast Building was run down and room wasn’t very clean
- nancy (2/5): - Gross!
- Audrene (4/5): - This place is a dump, but unfortunately the only motel
in Wibaux. The night clerk was snippy and the place is
dirty. The weeds outside were disgusting and the whole
place is filthy. It should be closed!
- David (10/5): Exceptional - Friendly small town atmosphere. No complaints
- Casey (8/5): - Don't judge this place by it's outside appearance. The room was clean and in good shape. The air conditioner worked great as well as the tv. The girl that checked us in was friendly and easy to talk to. The outside of the building could use some landscaping and repairs but inside was really good. Well worth the cost and would definitely stay again.
- Sharon (7/5): It was clean and gave us a good night’s sleep. Good value. - Location Shower head needed replacing. TV was not working. Most likely previous occupants had unhooked things to play games.
- Charles R (8/5): - First thing I noticed was how the towels looked yellow. I had laid one on top of the soap and the next morning the soap had turned brown. The beds were clean and the bathroom was clean. I wouldn’t stay there again.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - If you love a cheap room this is the stay for you! It was cheap but also run down, cold showers, not able to get ahold of staff (tried 5 times!) to get Kleenex and toilet paper which our room ran out of within an hour of checking in, yellow grimy towels and a sketchy breakfast (again no staff in sight!).
- David (6/5): - Ok
- Jackie (5/5): Only Fair. - Very dated but clean. Beds comfortable. AC unit very noisy. POOR breakfast selection. Not good value for the cost.
- Robert (10/5): - very courteous and room is great.
- Ellen (8/5): Say hi to BEAST and bring him treats. - When we first arrived, BEAST greeted me. Best hotel desk clerk EVER. I'd go back just to visit him. It's a tiny town but surprisingly there were a lot of people staying there. Met some small families with kids and nice to know it's pet friendly. We didn't have a view because we were on the bottom level, but not a biggy.
- Daniel (2/5): - NO HOT WATER. Why do you stay at a motel? To sleep and have a shower. Well, i did get some sleep. 'Breakfast' was toast or Fruit Loops or Corn Flakes
- Lok (9/5): Superb -
- Kevin (8/5): - Bed was slightly uncomfortable, property looked aged, quiet area
- Robert (6/5): Pleasant -
- Kale (4/5): - Hotel has seen better days. Bed feels like
- Blythe (2/5): - Very run down. Dirty. Room wasnt ready after calling, confirming, and it being 9pm at night when we arrived.
- marsha (10/5): - good

- marsha (10/5): - excellent
- Kevin (6/5): - Clean room, nice staff, a little breakfast, Coffee is very light 😉good for one night, historical town
- Kimberly (10/5): - The building has seen better days, but when we arrived, the staff was the most accommodating and welcoming of any hotels with 5 Star rating!!!
Our room was immaculately clean and comfortable. We had been putting in some long hours on the road and we had the best rest of the trip there!!! I would stay there again anytime!
- Melissa (6/5): - There was incense burning at the front desk that was very strong and though our room was clean, there were towels piled up on the bed and not put where they belong.

- Chuck (4/5): The site was too expensive, poor staff, no breakfast - There was supposed to be breakfast, but no coffee, stale breads, nothing prepared, no staff to be found. We finally made a pot of coffee while calling any phone number we could find. After 45 minutes, someone 745, staff came from a room and started another pot of coffee. We were told the waffle maker doesn't get turned on until June!
