• Angela (4/5): Won't be bac - Close to shops Says that keys were in safe at apartment and would get sent a code . No keys are not there we had to walk about 4 miles to there main office to get them .. then when there had to pay deposit tourist tax and early check in all in separate transactions. Also with early check in booking .com says to do it 48hrs before arrival ?, I did this and got confirmation that it was accepted. Then to get WhatsApp message from company to say it's not the case that it is only possible if apartment was ready. Upon arrival even though I had asked for the early checkin it was made to be the biggest hassle I had asked for . AT 15euro I certainly did not mind . I would not recommend this company or the place to anyone fit or otherwise .. I will suggest staff training in manners and friendliness . And not to think it's funny and laugh when you are having to do 3 different transactions .

• angelarosan (4/5): Decepcionante - Lo único bueno es su ubicación y el gran balcón Nada más entrar encontramos varias cosas rotas de las cuales hicimos fotos y se lo mandamos para que quedara constancia y no sé quedaran con los 200€ de fianza. Nos dijeron que era un apartamento renovado y de renovado naaaada. Una cocina antigua,un piso donde sólo hay aire acondicionado en la salita(los días de calor tiene que ser insufrible estar ahí),un sofá-cama que no sé si da grima o pena verlo. En La habitación principal se escucha toooodos los ruidos de la calle,fatal las ventanas que son antiguas y no aíslan nada el ruido y además entra luz desde los primeros rayos.La mini habitación de la litera tiene un ventanuco en el que no se puede ni ventilar ni tapar para q no entre la luz bien pronto,lo mismo que en el sofá cama ya q está unido con la cocina y por su ventanita entra la luz bien pronto. Lo cogimos para estar cerca de Port aventura y sólo íbamos a dormir pero es cierto q no repetiríamos y aun me os para descansar. Además lo debes dejar a las 10 de la mañana ,muy pronto

Al rededor tiene varios comercios Tiene ascensor No es un piso modero,por el contrario todo es antiguo El aire funciona perfectamente solo en la sala . tiene un balcón más grande que el piso 🤣 Tienen sábanas y toallas es muy difícil aparcar y más en plena temporada de verano. Algo que no me gustó y en su momento hablé con la agencia que lleva el piso, es que no hay cosas de aseo para la cocina( jabón de loza .esponja,) Es lo mínimo para lavar la loza y solo 1/2 rollos de papel higiénico . Tampoco jabón de manos . La respuesta de la agencia es que me acercara a la oficina y me dan papel y queda a 5 calles más o menos . Tiene un ventilador pequeño en malas condiciones y peligroso para algún niño , ya que las aspas están sin protección en la habitación principal, se podría invertir en un ventilador que sea seguro
• furcelea (3/5): Horrible si tienes que elegir entre dormir en la calle o en este apartamento, elige la calle. - La ubicación por no poner nada ya que estaba cerca del centro. Prácticamente todo. Reservamos el alojamiento para 6 personas pero por motivos diferentes fuimos solo 4 aunque menos mal porque para estar preparado para 6 de milagro cabíamos los 4. Un sofá cama súper incómodo, duro que no había quien duerma ahí, de ese sofá cama al fisio directo. Para ser un apartamento no tenía ni lavadora, ni horno ni las cosas básicas de alojamiento, un baño con una caldera enana que no se podían duchar dos personas seguidas porque se quedaba sin agua. Por la noche imposible dormir por todo el ruido de la calle ya que no está bien insonorizado. Y para colmo el dia que teníamos que abandonar el apartamento nos trataron horrible, con malas caras, exigencias para tirar hasta la bolsa de basura y chulería.

• Paolo (7/5): Good - Location great Noisy street and the building itself, the apartment has a pest problem , the bed is quite uncomfortable. No cleaning products and basic tool for cooking.

• Oleksii (4/5): Disappointing - The apartments have very poor soundproofing. It was impossible to sleep at night because of the noise. Upon check-in, a deposit of 200 euros (cash) was taken. When I was check-out, they said that they could not back money in cash and asked me to send a bank account to email. They confirmed the receipt of the details and promised to back money in few days. But more than a week has passed, and there is no money. Emails are not answered. Updated. After my review manager contacted me and deposit was returned.
