We were somewhat disappointed - Location close to the old town and all points of interest in Split very good although first impressions from outside on the street location a little rundown looking but different once you get inside. Value for money was poor and could do better. This was not a cheap place and we had travelled Croatia and stayed at more reasonable priced locations and got more for our money with finishing touches such as access to coffee machine in your own room rather than cheap sachet coffee set up outside your room in the small foyer. This could easily be a nice offer set up within the room. We had to sort a broken safety box upon arrival and ask for extra toiletries. The place just felt lacking for the cost.

- Diego (10/5): Beautiful and perfect location - The hotel is beautiful, strategically located in a perfect spot to walk around the entire historic center. It’s also excellent if you’re arriving by car, as there’s a parking lot just one block away. The staff is incredibly friendly and always attentive, making sure your stay is as pleasant as possible. My birthday happened to fall during my stay, and they kindly left a complimentary bottle of local wine so I could celebrate with my friends. There is no iron, but the staff kindly brought me one since it was my birthday. That way, we were able to iron the shirts and dresses we brought for the occasion of my birthday

Et tout petit peu bruyant jusqu’à la fermeture des établissements autour mais rien de dramatique.

A very comfortable stay with excellent communication/service from Elena. - On arrival it's a somewhat unambiguous building however once inside it has a nice reception area and Elena who greeted us is a real asset to this business - she could not have been more welcoming or helpful throughout. The rooms themselves are set over 2 buildings (the second being a lovely old stone building just around the corner) and are well equipped and extremely comfortable not to mention absolutely spotless (and I'm fussy!). The bathroom was luxurious with an excellent shower and nice toiletries provided. I'm fussy about beds too but this one was extremely comfortable with excellent pillows. Good aircon too. Located just at the start of a pedestrian area you can easily get dropped off and picked up literally around the corner. Excellent soundproofing/windows - a very peaceful stay in the centre of Split. Breakfast is not served onsite but at a restaurant in a square literally 5 mins on foot from the accommodation, and what a view from there! A lovely way to start the day. Lots of nice restaurants/cafes and bars in the direct vicinity. I would stay here again and recommend to friends. Nothing - everything was great!

- cornelia (9/5): Super Lage, komfortabeles Zimmer,ruhig, gut ausgestattet, freundliches Personal, sehr empfehlenswert - Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen, zwar mitten im Trubel aber davon merkt man gar nichts sobald man es betritt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und das Zimmer absolut ruhig. Die Klima Anlage geräuschfrei und alles war perfekt vorhanden. Gefrühstückt haben wir dort nicht, es gibt viele Möglichkeiten in der Nähe. Ich würde dort immer wieder einkehren und kann es nur weiter empfehlen.

- Fredrik (10/5): Mycket fint hotell i centrala Split, nära till allt - En pärla som ligger vid början av gågatan. Nära till allt, ca 3-4 minuter till gamla stan och ca 10-15 minuters gångväg till den större färjeterminalen och ca 20 minuter till närmsta citystrand. Finns gott om restauranger i närområder. Bra fungerande AC som behövdes i värmen. Vi använde egentligen bara rummet till att sova i, men det kändes fräscht, likaså dusch och WC. Trots sitt centrala läge så stördes vi inte av ljud utifrån. Bra kontakt med ägaren innan gjorde att vi kände oss välkomna. Frukosten är på ca 5 minuters gångväg från hotellet, vilket inte är ett problem. Däremot öppnar den inte förrän kl 8.00 vilket kan bli tight med tiden om man ska iväg på en utflykt med tidig start. Frukosten var mycket bra med ett par olika val. Storleken på frukosten var stor, vilket gör att man får en bra start på dagen.

Lit confortable. Le personnel est bien attentif et répond très bien à nos questions. Les petit déjeuner est vraiment bon et copieux. Il y a eu confusion avec l’enregistrement du transport de l’aéroport a la chambre. Il y avait deux offres de service, une de Booking.com qui était gratuite et l’autre de l’établissement pour 45 euros. En remplissant le formulaire en ligne, je croyais inscrire mes données pour le service gratuit. J’ai dû payer 45 euros à l’établissement parce que j’ai rempli le mauvais formulaire. Il faut faire attention.

Room was comfortable and cute, we loved the location (right at the start of the pedestrian only area, so your taxi can drop you off right at the hotel). Close to everything but very quiet. Effective air conditioning. Lovely breakfast at a nearby cafe with a water view — it opens at 8 or 9 so we unfortunately weren’t able to use it on mornings we were getting an early start. Truly no complaints - Elena the manager was absolutely lovely!

- Lara Van Rooyen (9/5): Location, location, location... - The property manager, Elena was extremely helpful and friendly. She went out of her way to assist with ferry timetables and recommendations for restaurants and the like. Her English was great and she was very willing to help. The location cannot be beaten. The accommodation is in the perfect spot, right next to a parking lot (which we needed because we hired a car). The rooms are in the hustle and bustle of the old town, but the rooms are sound proof and overlook the street and city. The rooms, bed and overall facilities were excellent and are highly recommended. You are walking distance from the riviera, the fish market, shops, restaurants and monuments. Not everyone likes a bit of shopping. The shops (not restaurants) are closed on Sundays. If you are planning on shopping on a Sunday, you may be dissapointed. There are, however, a million other things to do. There are quite a bit of stairs getting to the rooms, and with a heavy suitcase, it may present a challenge. But if you are young and strong (or pack light), you won't have any issues.

- Sarah (9/5): Little gem in a perfect location! - Very personal feel, wonderful warm welcome and the staff (Elena) couldn’t do enough for us. The location was really central, but without being noisy, the room and bathroom were both perfectly clean and comfortable and we felt really safe. Although there was rarely someone at reception, we could easily get hold of Elena as needed. Genuine little gem of a hotel!

The room is smaller than we thought but was tastefully decorated with everything we needed inc a small fridge Theres nothing can be done about it but we were disappointed by the view from the room window however, we must appreciate we were 2mins walk away from centre of old Split so we cant complain about that!

- evelyn (10/5): Fantastic location and cosy stay! - The location is fantastic! Perfect spot just right outside the old town for you to take a rest/ bath if you come back from any boat trips! Air con is good, water pressure/ temp great. Elena is also very friendly and responsive! All good! Perhaps good to have thicker/ non-paper bedroom slippers because they are torn pretty fast

Das Haus ist nicht leicht zu finden. Mann muss schon auf die Klingelschilder schauen, da es von außen nicht leicht zu finden ist. da es nicht wie ein Luxus-Appartement aussieht.
