Water pressure was low and water not hot. Sofa was dirty and needed a good clean. TV didn’t work… and was way too small for the size of the room. Some lights didn’t work.

• Brian (4/5): Disappointing - Might suit a local better, I not have much good to say... Big room, and bed The room was disgusting! Hair and little rubbish though the bathroom complete with bugs everywhere, walls dirty and staff is very limited on English and not very friendly at all.
• Faizal (7/5): Affordable with spacious room - Room space very big, free snack and soda drink (refill everyday). Food on breakfast taste good. In the room, there are a lot of geckos. Water flow to small, takes longer time to do shower. Variety of breakfast not too much.

• Natalia (1/5): Bad - NONE Of this hotel that i like. Since the owner of the hotel stay and live there , I suggest they go down and look by them eyes how bad and shucks this hotel. IF NOT better they closed this hotel !!! When I enter the room for the first time bathroom is wet because the toilet faucet keeps running. AC, room telephone is broken, linen was dirty, amenities not complete only prive for one person per each room. Breakfast was shucks , the staff was inadequate the dining table full with dirty cutlery, lot of food was empty and it took a long to refill. none of clean cutlery like spoon, fork, plate not ready, we have to anggry first and argue until the hotel stuff provide it.
• Anonymous (5/5): Poorly managed hotel - Nothing. Wifi was not stable. I could not use for work. Standard room was so smelly. I had to upgrade to executive room. First day, the toilet was unflushable and the sink was clogged. Second day, the air con was not working. Breakfast was bland and not much enough. Room service was around 3:30pm.

• candace (8/5): Kids will love it - The amenities are what make this hotel worth the stay. The area is noisy and way too much traffic. The room is large and dark, but we loved the sauna, pool, exercise equipment and breakfast.

• Verified traveler (6/5): Good looks can be decieving... - Hotel looked inviting at night...friendly staff with open foyer and nice facade. Room was very basic...not too clean either. Uncomfortable bed. Breakfast was same four days in row...no variety at all. Hotel good for young families only...pool and facilities are good for them.
• Verified traveler (6/5): A so so vacation stay - Not so good. Not happy on an occasion (17 Aug 2018) when my room (228) door was forced open by a hotel staff, who came with another male person claiming to look for someone else, in the afternoon despite having my Do Not Disturb sign being displayed. My 27 years old wife was standing directly after the door doing her makeup just after her shower. I was then out of sight laying on the bed. Luckily she had already put on her T-shirt and short. If not, I can't imagine what would happen.
