• Raimond (8/5): Prima basic uitvalsbasis voor Pattaya - De kamer was ruim. De badkamer voldoende groot. Het bed was ok. De airco deed zijn werk. Er was een wasmachine, een magnetron en een koelkast zoals je in een appartement mag verwachten. Meubilair is functioneel, maar versleten en aan vervanging toe. We kozen voor dit appartement voor de ligging en die is perfect. Aan alle kanten loop je zo naar de shops, reatautants en uitgaansgelegenheden. Het zwembad was ok, maar zou overdag meer beschutting mogen bieden. Ook hier zou een opknapbeurt geen kwaad kunnen.
• Blaz (10/5): Awsome, just needs some repair - Staff was great, communication was on level, they were really helpfull when it came to super early check in and super early checkout. Only downside was, the apartmant was getting old and few things didnt work. But othervise was great place.

• Anssi (10/5): 2 viikon yöpymiset - Henkilökunta oli ystävällisiä, siivous oli jokatoinen päivä. Sijaintina huippu paikalla koska ravintolat, baarit, kaupat ja ranta lähellä. Uima-allas oli iso. Moottoripyörän tai auton saa vartioidulle alueelle. Miinuksena muutamana yönä oli metelöivä naapuri

Pricing, cleanliness, location, facilities, all abobe what I expected and considerably better than many a European 4* hotel has ever been able to offer to me. Make sure you get upper floor accomodation, say, level 24 up.

• Aaron (8/5): - Overall, it was a nice studio setup. The only drawback is late check in or early check out. There is zero personnel depending on the hour which makes it difficult. Security guard didnt speak english and was fast asleep on the couch, so that didnt help either. For the money though its worth the booking since it is close to everything you will need.

• Masahiko (10/5): 満足 - 12/30、31の２泊しました。チェックインの場所が分かりづらかったですが、コンドミニアム全体の管理会社のスタッフが親切に教えてくれました。部屋は広いワンルームマンション。景色は隣の駐車場でした。。。ベット、枕ともシーツ無しのため、毎回いろんな人がそのまま寝てると思うとちょっと。。。プールは広く日当たりもよくのんびりできます。朝食、ランチとも3階のレストランで食べましたが、スタッフ、味、料金とも満足でした。帰りのベルトラベルのバスの迎え場所がよく分からず、1時間待ったにもかかわらず、チケット無駄にしていまいました。ただ、管理会社のスタッフがバス会社に連絡してくれたり、タクシー手配してくれたり、とても親切でした。大晦日のガラディナー も無いため、安く泊まれて満足でした。

• Theis (10/5): Fantastic view in fair room. - A long weekend, first time in Pattaya. Ceap, Clean and fair room vith a fantastic view to the bay and near to Everything in peachful area. Good balcony to relax. Close to the beach and the night basar, easy to get to centrum and the action of Pattaya.

Good sized balcony and bathroom. Would stay again. The pool was big. Location fantastic lots of great bars and restaurants and evening walks along the beach front.
• Verified traveler (4/5): Poor agent service and looking to charge any extra - My 7 year old daughter was ill and vomited some small amount of bile. We told the cleaners the next day and my daughter apologized. When checking out the owner of the agency acting as representatives to the apartment demanded an additional fee for this. The shower had no head and I had to request this get fixed.
• Thomas (6/5): Very large, good view. - Great view but not the room I booked, had no joy with the Management about it. large room and the cleaners were good, very old and Tired Lifts, more like Ovens with the heat within.
• Verified traveler (6/5): not quite worth price of admission - The view was about 20% ocean, 80% other hotels and the bed was a bit stiff, so I found it a bit uncomfortable for sleeping, but everything else was pretty good.
• Verified traveler (8/5): central location, quite and nice appartment - Very Close to central area of Pattaya and beach, room was very good with nice balcony and sea view, kitchen was not really equipped very good, so cooking no chance... but allover good and everything worked well, room Service every day was great. Big Swimming pool including enough chairs, we liked it!
• Verified traveler (4/5): ちょっと古いコンドミニアムです。 - ホテルというより、コンドミニアムって感じなのでカップルやリゾート旅行での使用は いまいちかと思います。単身の男性とかにはいいと思います。 建物自体も少々古いですが、寝る分には問題ありません。
• Nakazato (8/5): コストパフォーマンスとアクセスは抜群 - コストパフォーマンスは非常に良いかと思います。 ここはホテルではなくコンドミニアムです。投資用物件を貸し出しているというイメージでしょうか。なので、旅行客だけではなく、住んでいる方達もいらっしゃいます。なので安いんだと思います。 ホテルの様な受付は無く、管理会社に行ってチェックインをする流れです。多分迷います。実際に私も迷いました。コンドミニアム内の他の店舗の人に、予約したスクショをみせて、場所を教えて貰いました。 デポジットでは2,000バーツかかりました。チェックアウト時に返金されます。デポジットもクレジットカードOKでしたが、30％の手数料がかかるとの事でした。 日本語を使えるスタッフは皆無ですが、中学校程度の英語力があれば、困ることは無いと思います。 注意点は、管理会社が9時〜17時までしかやっていないので、夜中のフライトギリギリまで遊びたい方は、もう1泊追加で予約しておき、日中にチェックアウトをしておいてデポジットを回収しておき、夜に鍵をセキュリティー（管理会社ではなく警備員に）に返すとスムーズです。警備員は3階のエレベーター前に常にいます。 パタヤ発展の一角を担ったコンドミニアムだそうです。タクシーの運転手も誰もが知ってるので、帰れなくなるという心配はありません。 建物内にはマッサージやランドリー、コンビニが多数入っています。プールも付いていますが、高級感は特に無いので、あえて入るような事はしないと思います。 パタヤビーチの目の前にあり、歓楽街もとても近く、アクセスはとても良いです。セブンイレブンもすぐ側にあります。通行の便では最高のアクセススポットです。 ただ、パタヤビーチは、このコンドミニアムの入口の反対側なので、そこは作りが悪いと思いました。 高級感は特にありませんが、比較的綺麗だと思います。タイ特有のウォシュレットも付いていました。無料wi-fiも付いています。 また、このコンドミニアムとは関係がありませんが、タイ全土、電子タバコの所持は違法です。私は警察に捕まって、日本円換算で10万円を警察に支払いました。ビーチでは喫煙自体も違法です。注意して下さい。
• Thomas (8/5): Decent Basic Lodging, Good Location - Pleased with the size, location, and condition of the unit despite being an older building. Located away from main party areas but still with easy access. It is essentially a condo unit, so limited service/amenities. Pool is decent, ended up spending more time there than the beach (was not impressed with Pattaya beaches...I've been spoiled by the islands). Only real criticism would be the entry way. The building spans an entire block with one end backing onto beach road. Only one entry and that is at the other end, so if you want to go directly to beach road you have to take a random emergency exit stair down to parking lot and then walk out and down an alley...not the most convenient and no signage giving directions. Also check-in was a bit confusing as there are multiple companies on ground floor managing individual units and it was not immediately obvious which to go to. Overall I would recommend in passing but not overly enthusiastically.

• stanley (8/5): All round good - Just house keeping not good attention to detail this makes all the difference to a guest. View was great space and comfortable As I said just house keeping was about 3 in the afternoon before the room was cleaned

• Bill (8/5): Excellent location - Right next to central mall/Hilton hotel, 10 min walk to walking street. Can catch baht bus right in front and get around easy. Room was nice and clean. Washer was a bit old but ok. On site many cheap laundry service, massage shops and coffee shop. I personally loved it there and will be back. You will have to pay 2000bht security deposit on arrival. You get it back as long as u don’t tear anything up. No isssues at all with staff and cleaning ladies came everyday and changed my sheets & pillow covers.

• richard (2/5): where are you - Typical booking, however, at bottom of booking page a statement give a 8:00 pm deadline for checking in??? I arrive at checkin office at 7:45. They were closed and did not answer phone. Sign on door states they close at 7:00 pm??? Wasted hour serving for office. Street has no indication of name. The hotel room turned out to be a condo in an unmarked building of hundreds of private condos. I found building employees had no knowledge of this condo rental service. I had to book elsewhere. Hotels.com refunded my payment with a $30 bonus. Unless the details of checkin process and building location are published, Hotels.com should remove this listing.
• Sunil (2/5): Will not prefer to stay again. - I have been staying with them many times in the past but this time the experience was not good, and we checked out with a bad taste and moved to another condo in the same building. The reception staff was not soft-spoken. The housekeeping staff was not good. They just refused to clean the utensils mentioning their new policy, although they used to clean in the past.They penalized us as per their No-smoking policy. One of the housekeeping staff saw us smoking on the balcony which is permitted, but the balcony glass door towards room was open. Who reads all these this fine points in a policy when you sign the policy? Not fair to treat the regular customers in the name of the policy. I wish they improve and train the staff.
• Frederick (8/5): Thailand -Pattaya - Great Kaneohe cation right next to a great mall with shopping and great food court. All different kinds of food and close to the beach.
• Charles (10/5): Best Place in Pattaya - I have been to Pattaya like 7 times and this is by far the best hotel I have stayed. The staff is so friendly and the room was perfect. No charge for female guest. The pool and location perfect.
