The water pressure and water temperature are a huge thing for me and this Home2 had awesome water pressure and plenty of hot water! The bed was super comfortable. My husband commented several times about how great the bed was, and he isn’t easy to please. We didn’t hear any noise from guests or traffic and slept great both nights. Parking was easy and the lot well lit. We are so happy to have found this hotel because we will be making numerous trips to the area and will be booking at this Home2 every time.

- MARINA (8/5): - I was very happy with the size of the suite and the comfort of the bed. Bathroom also has a lot of space and the shower has a great pressure. Breakfast was ok. Everyday the same. We stayed 7 days and i think the only changes were: bacon to sausages or canadian bacon. Coffee it is not really good. The front desk people were very good and helpful. The cleaning was awful. We arrived a Tuesday and asked for not cleaning the next day because we had a mess. The following day was not cleaned. Neither the following one so we call service and they send someone to clean: meaning make the bed and put new towels. Then we had another "cleaning" day abd that was all for 7 days!. Location is great. Walking distance to restaurants and shops. I am sorry but the attitude of the cleaning people gathering in the halways in groups of 5 or 6 people talking loudly and not cleaning our room caused this review

When I asked about the fire pit I was told well I turned it on. Them asked when last time pool was cleaned and was told I don't k ow, not my job! The rooms were very clean and the kitchen staff serving breakfast were top notch, very friendly.

- Mark (6/5): - The staff was pleasant but hard to find, the pool was closed, the carpet in my room was stained. It wasn’t the worst room I’ve stayed in but based on reviews I read prior to booking it didn’t meet expectation. I wouldn’t recommend it or stay there again.

I spoke to the manager, showed her the pictures. She said to contact you and she would only charge me for one night. Mess left in bathroom from unplugging toilet.

- Anthony (6/5): Not great... - It was 6 degrees out when we arrived, got in the room and when I got close to the heater that goes through the room there was a TREMENDOUS amount of 6 degree air coming in!! I put a of towels around it to stop the breeze. That works for about 50% of it. Went down to the front desk and let the gentleman know there was a breeze coming through .that I had put a bunch of towels around it. He noted it in his pad. Took our room number and said he would have maintenance go up and look at it tomorrow He did not offer to move us. He did not offer to discount our stay. He did not offer anything other than to say really. I will have my guys look at it. They also had the microwave that was permanently attached taped off and said it didn't worked and had a countertop on on there. Not very professional So it was an average day at best. Definitely not worth the money. Definitely would not recommend

Breakfast lady was very friendly, cheerful and helpful. Met Kevin who was very thoughtful, helpful, a good "ambassador" for the hotel. Will stay here again when next in the area!

- Jeanine (8/5): We liked the aesthetic a lot but we probably won’t stay here again due to the uncomfortable bed. - The staff was friendly and helpful. We loved the aesthetic. The room was mostly clean. The location was great due to the fact that my husband was scheduled for surgery at Froedtert the day we checked out. The carpet in our room was very stained. Not sure what went on there but…concerning😜. Also, the bed was terrible! Way too soft which prevented a good night’s sleep. I think the mattress needs to be replaced ASAP.

- Gregory (10/5): - We just love these suites!!! Hilton has thought of everything in the design of these rooms. We had a birthday gathering with grandkids in our room and had a great time. It’s so well designed for families. Breakfast is always wonderful with many selections.!
- 677karing (8/5): Nice big room - The 1 bedroom suite was much bigger than expected. Nice quiet room. The air conditioner in the living room was broken. The bottom was hanging off and was leaking water. The rug was very very damp. Hopefully they do something about it before it leaks to the next floor. Also the light switches were dirty. Especially in the bathroom. Please sanitize these. Even b4 covid this should be done. The mattress was sunken in on both sides so they should be replaced. I did not try the breakfast. There didn’t seem like much to choose from considering the way it was hyped up by the associate checking us in. The coffee was empty which was to be available 24/7.

- Glepaw (6/5): Ok place, but I’ll choose different next time - Checked into the hotel late afternoon, check in was easy and room was on 4th floor. Walked in to the room and as soon as I closed the door there was a terrible smell. I couldn’t describe the smell, but it was atrocious. I thought, hmmm maybe it will go away. I checked out of that room the very next day and was put in a different room down the hall. Lucky no problems with the new room. Found out through housekeeping that room that smelled so bad had been like that for a while. They closed the room off now . So on to better things lol. Breakfast is Meh, nothing great. All frozen breakfast sandwiches in morning, basic food, cereal, toast, yogurt, waffles, etc etc. it will do, but if you can go out for breakfast or cook breakfast in your room you’ll be better off. My room is clean, bed sleeps well, pillows a little hard. Staff is very nice. In door Pool was closed , but reopened later the next day. Water in pool looks dark in color, hopefully they will get it looking better. I could see the indoor pool across at a different hotel and their pool was a beautiful blue . Elevator is very slow. They have two, but one is broken. They have a laundry onsite so you can wash your clothes, front desk gave me two small boxes of laundry soap, washing and drying cost per machine $2.00. Well the next week I was going to wash again and went to front desk to get washing soap and girl told me it would be $2.00 per box. I was like what, I wasn’t charged last week and now you want to charge me. It was upsetting to me, one week it’s this way and the next you have to pay. Front desk girl spoken with her GM and he didn’t even have the courtesy to come out and speak with me. Anyway, I paid for the two boxes and went on my merry way. Last day there, I had a late check out. When I came back to the hotel, I went up to grab my luggage and I couldn’t get in my room, they had locked me out. Walked back to the front desk and she said, oh it probably locked you out because check out is 11:00, yes I know that, but I had a 1:00 check out. She took my key card and re activate my key. Walked back and door won’t open. I was pissed. Went back down and she was confused, she was like I’ll just go up with you and open it. What a joke is all I can say.

- Robert (6/5): Ok stay - Ok place to stay. Clean and comfortable however traveling with kids and the pool out of service the entire time was a bummer. Elevator was sooo slow and only 1 worked the entire time. On the weekend the breakfast was not restocked based on number of guests. Completely empty at times of hot items and no dishes for cold items.

A lot of good food options around the area. It came in handy having a kitchen with a big refrigerator for our leftovers.
