- Simon (9/5): Would stay there again - The bed was really comfortable and the shutters didn't let any light through during the night. I was offered to check in early, which I really appreciated. I got fresh water and towels every day. It's definitely not a luxurious hotel, but you get a lot for what you pay. The location is good too. The only downside was that the bathroom sometimes smelled of cigarette smoke. This was weird, as it only happened in the mornings, even though there were no windows in the bathroom. Perhaps it was coming from the ventilation system?

Apesar de andar um pouco, o hotel não fica muito distante do metrô e é fácil de pegar táxi ou uber. Há uma boa quantidade de conveniências e restaurantes nas redondezas e a área de comércio é próxima e muito diversificada. A falta de privacidade do banheiro, a porta era de blindex transparente.

Zimmer wurde auch jeden Tag gereinigt und es gab frische Handtücher. Die Bilder, insbesondere die des Bads, sind hier deutlich beschönigt. Unser Bad war dunkel und ungemütlich. Der Spiegel alt und angelaufen, die Fugen sehr schlecht verarbeitet...

The drying machine was not working and the staff didn’t help. Me and other guests had to go to a Laudry outside at 12:30 am to dry our clothes. And they didn’t even offered to pay for this.

Das Bad ist renovierungsbedürftig- das Wasser vom Wasserhahn läuft hinter dem Hahn herab in den Ablauf vom Boden, es hat keine Duschabtrennung - wenn man duscht ist dad ganze Badezimmer nass. Das Bett ist zwar einiergmassen bequem aber die Bettwäsche fühlt sich eklig an. Das Personal spricht fast kein englisch.

- Justine (9/5): Rapport qualité prix était la et localisation parfaite ! - L’hôtel était propre et très bien localisé. Le personnel comprenait l’anglais ce qui était un plus. Le chauffage au sol était mis très chaud donc cela nous a surpris quand nous sommes arrivés mais tout est redevenu normal le lendemain. Il n’y a qu’un seul sèche linge.

La literie est confortable et la chambre est spacieuse. L’équipement de la chambre est assez ancien (miroir taché, baignoire visiblement usée). Une lampe au plafond ne fonctionne pas, dommage car elle est au dessus du lit et il n’y a pas de lampe de chevet… plusieurs détails qui impactent un peu l’expérience en vacances.

- Ying (5/5): 飯店位置與每天清潔這點很滿意, 按摩浴缸無法使用很失望, 洗澡水忽冷忽熱要小心 - 地點熱鬧方便/ 樓下就有很多餐館不用擔心沒東西吃/ 巷口就有便利商店/ 房務人員每天都會清潔房間/ 房內空間大還有小客廳 標示每間房都有按摩浴缸, 卻故障無法使用, 向櫃台反映也只回應近期維修中... / 水溫忽冷忽熱/ 房內只有一個小小掛衣架 冬天外套厚衣物太多沒有地方掛/ 2樓有免費洗衣機2台及烘乾機1台, 使用的人多要等待, 第一天烘衣時間還有46分左右就被下一個使用者拿出來放在外面導致衣服根本沒乾; 第二天晚上9點多等到凌晨1點都還有人在使用, 只好隔天早起再使用 卻被惡意丟入大量衛生紙???

- Kim (7/5): - 싱글 트윈 예약했고 밤늦게 체크인했는데 싱글 더블로 업그레이드해서 그나마 숨쉴 틈이 있었어요 1박이고 3월1일 체크인이 가능한 유일한 선택이었어요 새 시트 베개커바였는데 흰 시트 베게커버가 누렇게 찌들었고 찌든 냄새가 나서 집에서 가져간 타올을 깔고 베개 사용했어요 시트커버는 삶아서 세탁하데라도 누렇게 찌든 것은 아예 교체를 하시라고 조언하고 싶네요

- 芸秀 (9/5): CP值高、環境乾淨、符合我的住宿需求 - 此次2大2小入住(5y、8y)，預計尋找坪數大、乾淨、價格合宜、兩大床、有地熱、房間有桌椅方便放食物用餐、有大浴缸、飯店有洗/烘衣機(不一定要在房間內，但飯店一定要有)、附近熱鬧、離地鐵站不遠、飯店要無限供水或有飲水機…等符合以上條件的飯店。最好還可以選擇不含早餐(因為我們都睡到開心才出門) 由於此次是冬天入住，要參加kk滑雪的一日遊，集合地點在西面，我也不想換飯店，所以選擇尋找西面站附近符合條件的飯店。網路尋找後，lion hotel有符合以上條件，實際入住也很開心，房務姐姐都打掃的很用心，每天回房間後都有整理也有更換新毛巾、赤腳貼地能感覺地板的乾淨。 有地熱真的太重要的！小孩每天都賴在溫暖的地板上也不怕著涼，洗好的衣服或滑雪裝備放在地面上，隔天就乾了！房間如果覺得太溫暖，窗戶還可以打開通風。床鋪不會軟得不好睡，剛坐上去有點硬，其實是支撐力很強的床，連睡四晚都很舒服不會身體酸痛。會推薦給朋友，有機會也會再選擇回住！ 入住當晚有兩位櫃檯人員，女性櫃檯人員服務態度很好，而且男性櫃檯人員的態度相比之下不親切。在我送女性檯櫃人員臺灣伴手禮(餅乾、糖果)的時候，他才抬頭與同事交談，然後看了一眼我送的東西就哧笑說一些話，雖然我聽不懂，但感覺不是很尊重客戶的態度，至少我人還在前台，是否也該等客人離開再表達個人感受？
